Lucy Kibaki has re-emerged from her hideout. And she did the most dramatic thing, blamed the blue-eyed boy George Saitoti for negligence. May be she is speaking for the people with an edge in the Kibaki succession pile-up. Or maybe she was having those relapses. But who fails to notice that sooner than he can crane his neck, Saitoti may be eased out of the security docket to environment, as he swaps places with Michuki. Don't say I told you. Does anybody notice two things, that Mutua is standing behind loosy and is probably spinning already. Goebbels has to explain whyt Loosy meant, thereafter. Again, which is the other Loosy on her left in this picture? The story can be read here: www.nation.co.ke/News/-/1056/523684/-/u1ukjw/-/index.html

No wonder kegs de othaya looks punch drunk every day, waking up to that face every morning for 45yrs can drive one nuts.
So who is crazy lucy rooting for? The clueless god son boy born with a silver spoon in his mouth, abandoned a constitutional office to position himself to get the one he really wants?
I think they realize that this Presidency has been disastrous, leading to a series of calamitous events of biblical proportions.
The Nation is being punished by forces out of our control, ever since this dude got into office. Death and destruction is the order of the day. Thats the legacy of this buffoon of an ape

Thank you lucy. Insensitive and idling thieves like Saitoti need some real lashing. Very incompetent yet careless with words. "I was angry with Minister (George) Saitoti (Internal Security) yesterday when I saw him on TV. All he had to say was ‘I hope this tragedy will teach you a lesson’.”
"How can dead people be taught a lesson, they are already dead! I reply to him, we will learn when you come to us and give us civic education,” the First Lady emphasised.
She also challenged Mr Saitoti to explain to her in writing by Tuesday why his Ministry had not conducted any civic education to avert such accidents.
“It is his responsibility to mobilise the administrative officers to sensitise Kenyans. This was an accident because of ignorance; ignorance because our people have been neglected for so long by their leaders and it is very sad,” she said I hope she extends the tongue lashing to the other lazy, incompetent thief in State House as soon as he arrives from Addis Ababa.

The trademark of the thief from the slopes, incompetency, sloth, death and destruction, its hitting home, people are seeing it. The man and his people are a curse to the Nation! As per Murphy's law, ever since this dude got into office, everything that could go wrong went wrong. In this day and age folks are dying of hunger, disease and pestilence, buildings and infrastructure crumbling, tribal tensions abound. Yaani one is hard pressed to find a lacuna of joy peace progress and happiness during the existence of this regime. Bure kabisa oayamuk.

Why is this incident so painful to crazy Lucy? Has she said anything about the PEV?

Pmaniac the two issues are unrelated and she was a beneficiary of one tragedy hence her silence. I do welcome her tongue lashing - it's long over due. However she was speaking as concerned citizen. I wonder why Saitoti has to to report to her?....no no i get it she runs the show at state house! she stole by proxy

Looks to me like Saitoti's goose is cooked as far as Kibaki succession in PNU is concerned. For Lucy to come out strongly, there must have been things brewing under the radar. In a way, this gives Kenyatta a field day.
Hata hivyo, our government, our leadership are all corrupt and inept.
Most of the people in power do not care about the common man - irrespective of their tribe.
I am so fed-up with our system that I think a revolution is the only way o get rid of this mess.
Another point - why is it politically incorrect to talk about family planning at the same time with improving the people's standards of living?
I think that the thre major factors consigning our country to the dark ages are
1. Kuzaa watoto wengi while the country is already full - we cannot even sustain the people we have. More than 50% of our population is below 16 years old. This leaves a very smal proportion of productive population. But the productive population is the one dying from aids tec.
2. Corruption, ukabila and selfishness
3. Mismangement, lack of proper planning, outright incompetence.
Kenyans, amkeni. Or else, we will be driving ourselves to extinction. Our current system is not self sustaining unless we are propped up by donors etc.

Sometimes i wonder whether laughing at these clowns would help or even heart.... When Lucy claims that the pple of kenya have been neglected for too long by their leaders, then does she not consider that her hubby could be the problem she's talking about hence direct her rage to him... This is quite interesting and i'd love to see what saitoti thinks..

It gets even more confusing whn the Kibaki himself gave Saitoti the much needed "confidence vote' immediately upon return from Addis.

the cartoon is very hilarious. i like the mwiko in mama's hand. saitoti has entered between a 'rock' called lucy and a 'hard place' called wambui-land. matere keriri did not survive, will professor survive? saitoti had better know lucy was not acting in isolation. there was a pro-uhuru choir including cousin beth mugo and some PSs standing behind lucy.

I think Saitoti's goose is cooked. When Loosy is done with srapping fafa Shimmy, he will call Muthaura who will announce the reshuffle. Nobody understands better that Loosy doesn't like losing face. Ask Ipu, Keriri and the other small man who was in Anglo-Leasing.

Ababu Namwamba should prepare his chin for a big slap just as those other central kenya MP´s have in the past. Fortunately for him loosy only punishes men from central province. Saitoti as old as he is could not face loosy, even through the press and tell her off. Yaani, central kenya MP´s dare not joke around with Ka-rucy.
