Mzee, NB that ALL "live" feeds from ICC are subject to a 30 minute delay to allow for sensitive matters or names to be censored out of the proceedings aired to the public. This means the feed will not start until 15:00 hrs Den Haag time (16:00 hrs KE time).

I think that capital FM wil also have a jig from this link. www.capitalfm.co.ke/news/files/2011/09/WATCH-ICC-LIVE-2.jpgI did not expect that ICC would delay the feed by 30 mins

Sang's lawyer mentions the PM. First time he is mentioned in the court during confirmation hearings.

Sang's lawyer unable to abide by the schedule. He is already going into evidence and has been warned for the third time to speak slowly!

ocampo appears to be linking the PEV in Rift Valley to land issues only, independent of the election results! i.e. deliberate violence and taking advantage of the tensions to achieve the evictions from Rift Valley.

Mambo bado. Hi ni kionjo tu. But today even WSR was lost for words. He even forgot the questions he was asked.
If the charges are confirmed then this is going to be a very bad movie for these men.

...misssed it all, I will wait for trhe transcripts and I do hope it is cached online shifta the entire presentation is following closely what the OTP has prepared, ruto's defence team is still presenting as they did their numerous appeals not too much surprise but because they are ahead of schedule, the victims rep was given the last 15 minutes slot as introductory and to continue later, that was just plain riveting and re-focuses this trial around what its about, i.e victims of the mayhem. very moving indeed. waiting for when they came back from the break

I did not know Bubus don't have names in Kenya? How do they secure national IDs? Ruto buried a Bubu without a name!

When did Uhuru quit ODM? 3 months before the 2007 elections, according to Ruto.

Today I have learned that Uhuru is the recognized leader of the Kikuyu - somehow Karua na akina Kibaki missed that memo

Quote of the hearing so far: The devil must have made a short visit to Kenya but not at the invitation of William Ruto (Kilo-ten)

Seriously, Kigen was a disaster. Oraro was somewhat fine but definitely not ready for the international stage. Kilo-ten tried.
Ruto thought he was addressing a church congregation in Eldoret. Thank God Kosgey didn’t speak. Sang thinks this thing is still a joke… ati he's accused of transmitting coded messages to Kalenjin folks in the Netherlands.
