Note the specification: ALLIES OF UHURU KENYATTA, which can be split to mean Ruto is free to appoint his corrupt self and acolytes! to begin with, as a negotiating point. ;D ;D 'Uhuru Kenyatta' is probably here used as a metonym for the Jubilee coalition (though I could be wrong).

But I gave it some thought. Who was the journalist quoting? How savvy, subtle and intentional could he be? I read the whole article and the REASONING THROUGHOUT and concluded he, not she, was a measured deliberate communicator who would know the nuance, and factor in the possibility of apparent confusion rising from a metanymical [did i get that correct] interpretation. That is what I conclude as the opening negotiations gambit. GET RID OF AS MUCH GARBAGE AND BALLAST AS YOU CAN! WE TRAVEL LIGHT, SEEING WE ARE OURSELVES ALREADY LOADED ENOUGH WITH OUR PERSONAL TRASH! NB: Uhuru hired a PR-buro which charges per second in thousands pounds. You want to go over their message slowly. Like a poet weighing words on a golden scale. Relax Daniel, I drunk and I am in an alcoholic withdrawal high mode! I will hit the ground after a shot of panadols, Old school remedy to hangovers!

as stated in its preamble, this thread was to go on until the swearing in of kenya's fourth president but i have been contacted offline and online by some jukwaaists for its deactivation and archiving at the expense of a new one on president uhuru which i oblige but not before stating as follows. that as we wish the seed of kingu wa magana well and are captive audience of kamande wa koi's uhuri ni witu(see video below) we are alive to the historical contestation that the uhuru presidency brings to bear on the reformist movement that jaramogi and later agwambo embodies. raila's stolen presidency as titled in the book can be reduced for the purposes of this discourse to the biblical analogy of the stolen birthright for which defined the abortive successes of the affected generations. in kenya, we know that it was odinga who was to be legitimate first statesman but the historical kenyatta(mythical as he was with cultural, identity and ideological defects) staged the first power grab that was neither democratic nor universal in suffrage. the man from bondo had been mandated by the british to constitute the government as kenyatta, then viewed by kaburus as a reprobate but the thanks to the magical power of kingu wa magana, jaramogi got entranced and lost in the wiles of ''the essential house of mumbi.'' he "sold" the birthright to kenyatta the moment he elevated the uhuru's father to second god status. truth be told, kenyatta the 2 is a consequence and a continuation of this deception and intrigue for which the rightful heir to the throne is a victim of emergent and pre-eminent forces that conspires always on the verge of victory. the good news is that this is the year of jubilee when this historical anomaly, despite the forces and principalities, will no longer prevail and the "birthright" restored. the initiative by the man photoed below was nipped in the bud. uhuru has no choice and thats despite the glaring facts of agwambo's victory and rejection of the evidence by supreme court, the restoration will happen only after the appointed time. and thats why uhuru's presidency as a consequence of democratic power grab, is the most significant ever in kenya's presidency, well foretold and even envisioned by the likes of the man photoed below with kamwana who hads a ringside seat in the happenings that is kenya's worst kept secret.

Aah, thy son of Jommo, There have been reports you met David Cameron, but there are no officially released celebrations of the occasion. Now, if a fellow head of state visits the [serving] British Premier, and, before being ushered in, there is no image beamed world-wide of those toothy smiles in-front of the most famous adress on the Western Hemisphere, No 10 Downing , then of course we are talking of a SNUB. You have been treated like scum. So, oyadha wuo'Kenyatta, this white Davy guy is treating your excellency like a side-plate, good enough for activities of the dark, but too much of a decorum loss to be seen with in public. Sweet for illiciti relations like the war in Somalia, a disaster to be cosy with in the open sea, with the likes of BBC, Sky, CNN and the rest of the news sharks circling around. Yet on a personal level, this visit was of course a triumph to you. An ICC indictee facing some of the most heinous crimes invited officially to the capital of one of the lound mouths who professed consequences and limited contacts pursuant the same. This reception is a powerful message to Fatou Bensouda and her nuisance of a court, that you are about untouchable. Unless she can create a lot of room with the qualification from the United-K, that you, Uhuru-K, is actively cooperating with the court, and thus the invite.NB: Once upon a time Britain arrested, or at least put Agostino Pinochet of Chilli under house arrest on the orders of a Spanish Judge. So when here they are, INVITING OFFICIALLY AT A STATE TO STATE LEVEL, an ICC indictee, you could even say, POTUS Obama too, is in the No 10 Downing Street loop. Therefore Not only are you vindicated, you are also positively rehabilitated, and thus politically absolved. So then, this is a trip you had to make, for personal reasons. As to whether you had to make the trip as the President of Kenya who fundamentally always needs run the national interest on top of his agendas, you need be slapped for foregoing the China outing which I reported on, on your Uhuru Muigai thread. I have second-opinioned my sources and the result is the same: your first state visit outside Africa had already been certified China. This London thing was a hijack. So in a way, you have snubbed China. You were confirming, and re-affirming the embedding of Kenya within the old colonial womb. Your father's son as it were! continuing the family tradition. The Kenyatta imperium and fortune was not created neither by oriental patronage nor Asian largesse.Remember, if Kenya is the pivotal country in the solutions to the Somali mess, then the natural venue for the conference is Nairobi ---Or Nakuru for that matter, where Generals Sumbeiyo, Garrang and Omar Shabir of both Sudans, signed their famous treaty. That you, your excellency, had to fly across the world to London, at the invitation of Cameron ---who can hardly hold his coalition with Clegg of the Libdems together--, to discuss next-door Somalia where your [KDF] army is the top dog after dispersing Al-Shabab helter-skelter, is something of a farcical episode in Kenyan diplomacy. And that having gone there you are a diplomatic embarassment to your purpoted host and thus is shielded off the media and sneaked around town like a girl of low morals visiting a hotel of honourable reputation, is I suppose a humiliation you can live with as a comprador chieftain who knows who his real bosses are, but ----and here comes the make-believe consequences of the genial PR-machine you hired----, on a scale on which you campaigned affirming African dignity and pride and mouthing slogans the equivalent of down with imperialism, you reveal yourself a hoax. A cheat, a fake without dignity nor pride. You remember Mwai Kibaki? well, may be you do not, but I do. Doing a nap after afternoon tea, Emilion would not even bother to be woken up to answer a phone call from Gordon Brown, Cameron's predecessor. But here you are, Uhuru Kenyatta, 'quispiling' your tail at a handclap [or thumb to mid-finger click] from David Cameron. And enjoying yourself tremendously. What a blackout! On this one, your expensive english PR-firm has short changed you. Demand a bit of your money back, or get a second opinion if you think I am off shot!

www.thelondoneveningpost.com/kenyatta-and-museveni-humiliated-at-the-somalia-conference/2/Why would the Daily Nation tell such a lie which would be disproved within a few hours? Uhuru Kenyatta's court found it imperative to spread the falsehood that he had met the UK premier?? I would think in the PR-war, lying about it and then being outted within 24 hours, is more embarassing than having not shone attention at it at all. Now that attention is on it, we are unearthing the PORK's minute by minute itinerary, and discovering PORK was a virtual prisoner, with British intelligence officials riding in his car, armed I suppose, commandeering him to back doors and confining him to dingy smoking rooms! ---Seeth kenyatta, seeth, thy Jommo's son!

src=" NOT THE PRINCE AND OWNER, but THREE DAYS IN THEVLIFE OF THE OWNED PRINCE?There are three passages in the parliamentary report on the Westgate massacre now publicly available, which lead me to consider the earlier suspicions accurate, that wide sections of the security apparatus, the intelligence services et al, knew in advance Westgate was going to be attacked. The parliamentary report even mentions a Jewish owned Mall in Nairobi. Therefore Westgate was no a surprise attack. It was condoned: Tough top men let it happen, whatver their motives. Now, in the beginning of this thread, Nereah wa Amadi, the currently off-battle-station chief Jukwaa correspondent at the heart of what is hot in Kenya, insisted we interrogate Uhuru Kenyatta on a scala of scores. Remember he was not yet president then, but Nereah had ideas he was rising ! Let us listen to how she puts it lithely: This seminal thread is for all intent and purposes meant to address the conceivable uhuru kenyatta phenomenon in kenya politics and as regularly as possible analyze his politics, scores, risks and trajectory in kenyan politics. …… From this day to the swearing in of kenya's fourth president, this thread will remain dedicated to the political persona of uhuru kenyatta with focus on his hustings, credentials, engagement model, the legal battle at hague and in kenya. i invite you to help interrogate the beliefs, ideology, values and any conceivable risk that uhuru pose to kenyan dream with his quest to succeed his next door neighbour, mzee kibaki as the president of kenya. In the light of the above questions, I want to use the Westgate massacre to interrogate one of Uhuru Kenyatta’s risks, and partly, a score. The direct family of the president was present at the Westgate Mall on that fateful day. His son and sister. And in the event he lost blood relatives, a cousin and his fiancée. Yet Preventive intelligencewas available. Uhuru's late Nephew Mbugua and fiancee Wahito What does this mean? What is the score here? It means: Either 1. The security men who knew had other purpose; they kept the president totally in the dark, and were resolved to have whoever relative of the first family run the risk of death, or be captured and used as a bargaining chip by the terrorists. So there was no Tip-off. Or 2. There was indeed a TIP-OFF, but president Kenyatta made the decision to let his family go to the ill-fate Mall. This would mean, by psychological profile, that Muigai is in one of the coldest mental ranges in the republic. A man of exceptional cruelty and cynical pathology. Bound to no emotional attachment, even of blood ties. (What other motive?) ----You have to have heard that the sickly insane little brat of North Korea has executed all the surviving blood relatives of his executed uncle, to understand this kind of pathology in power. 3. That Uhuru Kenyatta knew of the impending attack, but forces more fearsome than he could challenge, shut him up. In other words, he may be commander in chief, but this was not his call, not his decision to make, even if his own family were going to die. I have to admit I hasten to out rule option 2. Uhuru Kenyatta had no motive to sacrifice in blood, hi blood relatives, including possibly his son. ----the one dating Arap Moi’s grand-daughter [Watch out for that haemophilia gene, you intermarrying royalty’s!]. Option three too looks psychologically untenable to me. Which leaves me with option one as the most serious candidate. The president was kept in the dark, even if it meant risking the death of his son. Now, you have to be a chilling man to believe you can contain the rage of the head of state , CIC, when he looses his son, and gathers it could have been prevented. A chilling man I said, working for and with a chilling organisation. The president as commander in chief has a formidable array of instruments to cut one down, in retribution and vengeance, so for others to be so sure they have him over a barrel, even in a situation where he can mentally veer off due to grief over the loss of blood loved ones and turn very nasty, requires more than that metal ring in the nose of castrated bulls, and which is used to control them. So what would this chilling men in a chilling organisation do, that would cower the Kenyan President elect? Good question. But Uhuru Kenyatta has not moved to shake up the defence an intelligence industries or departments. Neither is there a plan to re-organise them in the wake of the Westgate Pandora. There is a story here His Excellency is not telling us. It is a telling risk. Dangerous. jukwaa's references:

Jakaswanga: The guys must have nephews, nieces, and all sorts of relatives all over the place. I doubt that he knows all of them, much less what they do on a daily basis. Let us suppose he knew. Would it be practical to try and locate his relatives, with a "stay away from message .."? Skip, skip, skip ... I too will agree with Option (1). I have no doubt that there has been an implicit message that all must be done to save The Prince. "Implicit" because his smart QCs have no doubt told him that he cannot be linked to any "extra-curricular" activities that help his case. And, also, there are always "pro-active" people who want to show "initiative" and thus get a leg up onto the gravy train. By the way, didn't he say that there would be a "commission"? Anyway, this reminds me that I have been intending to call for the immediate arrest and prosecution of one Ole Lenku, Interior Minister (Kenya). Take a look at this: There has to be a law that makes it a crime to appear in public in such clothing. Maybe something about a "visual assault on the public, with the deliberate intent to cause harm" ... He will probably claim he was told "casual", and " this is my best casual; in fact, I asked the tailor for a special fitting last night". His Excellency too doesn't look too hot, but in a different way. Looks like early morning after a long night with a Mr. J. Walker. But, I imagine, quite understandable, with terrorists all over the place. " Shite ... I feel like crap. But they have told me this has to be done for the nation. And it's only 15 minutes". Gichangi gets high marks---did his morning 10K run, to keep himself lean and trim and then strolled into State House without, it seems, having broken a sweat and with clothes looking like he just got into them. But he loses a few marks with that look: " I can't believe they got me here so early for such bullshite ..."

SAVING PRESIDENT KENYATTA TU! Yawa, Olympos has fallen, wololo! President Uhuruto in toto is held hostage by a particularly vicious rogue band consisting of top bureaucrats, top military personnel, shadowy business men, even more shadowy power brokers and, of course, other unscrupulous petty dealers who serve as the lubrication components of corruption in Kenya. A few good men, possibly of suicidal bend, must rise up ---like in the movies --- to the challenge, tear through enemy lines, wreak havoc in their ranks, untie the god Zeus from the tentacles of the puppet masters, and preserve his presidential thunderbolt from extinguishing. The dream of a corruption-free administration must never be let die out. The dream must live, even when Olympos Statehouse is down. Aah! thy Apollon of the sure darts! Thy scatterer of enemy ranks! Doth I misses thou fast and thick stings That depleteth the din of enemy rants! -- As twangs the bow as if it were a lyre! The above video from Early November 2013, but it was only availed recently [February 2014] on Jukwaa, so this posting is in retrospect: ---and a severe warning to Man Otishotish to stop behaving like Bensouda who is ever late with her stuff at the ICC! But, better late than never, given that, anyway, since the President made that gut-wrenching confession about the pivotal role of his office in corruption, he has further fatalistically relapsed into impotent sleep walking. And awake, he has taken to other hobbies to while away time in captivity. So too has his orderly Pancha Ruto been tranquilised by the debilitating charms of graft. Indeed, his tail either folded between his knees or fly-whisking in solicitous supplication, Sir William the Docile laps away at the juicy crumbs tossed his way. A resigned Well-fed hog. Wholly alert, to the disturbing Uhuru Muigai in this video, I am listening with my heart. With my head, I am afraid I would have to first put in so many disclaimers, that I would possibly drown in cynicism and sarcasm ---like bad boy Njakip! For instance, historically, the office of the President of Kenya has been the citadel of corruption. And that is how we explain the fact that the occupants of that office -- -President Kenyatta, Arap Moi and Mwai Kibaki, have emerged as the richest of Kenyans. Therefore, because of the dynamics of historical continuity, a logical deduction would indicate the current office of the presidency is not from Clean Mars, where the rest were of Planet Earth the corrupt. There has not been a radical departure in the political economy of Kenya with successive regimes, and the current one certainly not. Intellectually speaking then, boy Muigai’s public admission that his office is a den of wheeling and dealing state thieves, is no surprise. The surprise for me, lies in the fact that the fresh President seems to be genuinely emotionally unsettled about it! ---That is, it is news to him, and hurts him so so so much! It is so innocent, it is endearing. One is moved to tears of sympathy, and risks adopting Uhuru as one would a simple minded villager girl dating a brothel supplier of fodder. Hmmm. More about those disclaimers later. Meanwhile, listening with my heart, I am ready to cut the son of Jomo some slack on this issue. And thus the following deliberation. KEEPING THE VISION (2030) ALIVE: SAVING THE HOS! [HEAD OF STATE] Having listened to this missive many times over with my heart, what I perceive , is a man held captive. Uhuru Kenyatta is a prisoner in chains, and he is trying to break free. He has become aware, that his presidency has been usurped by a powerful coterie of forces that have engulfed his office; and all he is, is a figurehead watching his tenure sink, building no worthy legacy. This has hurt him, for I deduce he took himself seriously in his self-image of a transformational leader. A man who would make his mark on this history of Kenya, and not forever stand in the shadow of his father, aka founder of the nation.BUT WHO HAS KIDNAPPED PRESIDENT UHURUMUIGAI KENYATTA? Let us listen to the prisoner himself in candid mode: -- ‘’Lazima tuambiane ukueli: the biggest corruption in Kenya occurs in the office of the president! ---The security related agencies are the basis of corruption in this country. Wakifichana, wakifikiria ya kwamba ati ni mambo ya security, hapo ndipo wataunda pesa …. … That business is going to come to an end. And it will come to an end!’’ [emotive stress] AND Officials deemed corrupt will not be allowed back to duty, even if re-instated by the courts! ‘We have to obey the law. We will bring you back, lakini we will send you home on leave, wewe uende ukakule mshahara wako nyumbani, lakini hautaingia hilo ofisi ndiyo uendelee na hizo mambo yako tena! It is not going to happen, it is not going to happen …’ [digs his fingers into the desk, breathing fire and shaking his head] ‘’IT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!’’ I infer, think and believe, this frustration expressed here by President Kenyatta is genuine. SO LET US TRY TO HELP HIM OUT, SINCE HE MEANS GOOD FOR THE COUNTRY. LET US AGREE HE WEEPS WITHIN; HE DOES NOT SEEM TO KNOW HOW TO BREAK FREE OF HIS CAPTIORS AND DISCHARGE SOME MEANINGFUL DUTY. First, let us make a short list of the top civil servants who hold sway within the office of the president –where the corruption resides. Those whom a systematic detective with guts would have to call in for questioning first. 1. Joseph Kinyua, Prime Minister, senior veteran and an institution in himself. 2. F rancis Kimemia, Deputy Prime Minister and head of civil service incognito 3. Anne Kuguru $ Nancy Gitau as senior counsels 4. Jomo Gecaga –Presidential Chief of Staff and PA NB: When fish starts to rot, it starts at the Head ---my grandfather. That is a very short list, if I have time I can easily work it to ten. But I also think a preliminary interrogation of the above will lead to a host of creatures equally sucking away at the life blood of the taxpayer. Kibaki had his ‘golf buddies’, Uhuru has his ‘drinking buddies’! The guys in the kitchen cabinet. Kitchen, where the meals are apportioned. B: Then the president was very specific about THE SECURITY RELATED AGENCIES. That is another word for MILITARY PROCUREMENTS. And the short list is obvious for a cop with some common sense. www.mod.go.ke/?page_link=peopleThe civilians there like newbie Omamo can be ignored for the moment, and the searchlight turned on the ranked insiders. To them we add: --Chief Military procurement officer --Head of military stores, ---All the heads of the agencies that vet major equipment procurement stated below. www.mod.go.ke/?page_link=procurementBetween all these people, the truth resides. All you need is identify a few good men whose military code does not entail thieving! (find that needle in a haystack!] In any case we have quantified, given names and faces to the otherwise faceless bureaucracy intimated by the president of the republic. ---we have named the kidnappers and their accomplices. BUT DO YOU REALLY WANT TO FWACK AROUND WITH THE MEN IN UNIFORM? 1. How did Uhuru Kenyatta become president? This is important. The speed with which the army rallied behind Uhuru Kenyatta, the clock work precision and orchestration, was so definitive and final, that, while a petition was pending in court and the verdict was theoretically in the air, on the ground, outside the court, THE FACTS WERE IRREVERSIBLE. The military had already entrenched Uhuru Muigai as the Commander in Chief, and the aggrieved Raila, CJ Mutunga and his High Court, were essentially a side show. An exercise in PANTOMIMA.Those who want to think Uhuru could have been ordered by the army to return the sceptre of commander in chief had CJ Mutunga ruleD otherwise, I wish them well in their illusion! Law is subservient to power, in our jungle. No need declare a state of emergency first! ---bUT, I forgot: we wont be intimidated! shouted the CJ yesterday after a ksh. 500M budget cut orchestrated by Mpigs. 2. GUTS: which rats is gonna bell the Big Cats? There we are now, with the truth in the open. The office of the president is the leading den of corruption –says a man who sure must know. And the security related enterprises are a star looting agency. Whad do we do now? Can Aden Duale, Uhuru’s chief sycophant and defender in parliament, and the chairman of the defence committee, screw up enough guts to call the military chiefs before parliament? Nah, me thinks not. FEAR! On his way home in the dark in Wajir or whichever insecure hell hole he comes from, Duale would be road-blocked and kidnapped for a few hours by ‘’Al-Shabab’’, only to be released a few hours later with his buttocks leaking semen and urine from deep inside.Of course the KDF can not do that, they are a human-rights trained army. So please take a joke. Can Muhoro or whoever the joker is who heads the CID confront Gen. Karangi and his brass corps? Nah, methinks not: The army shot dead a RECCE Commander in front of his troops, and have forced the whole nation into a conspiratorial silence. The man who actually secured the mall first class, has been forgotten in death. That is a lesson little Muhoro would ponder, and recognise he would be out of his depth summoning the military men, ati corruption! How about PIC and PAC of Keynan and Ababu in parliament? Now, I am afraid these two committees are a bit of a clown-esque duo: they are still conducting hearings on SGR while the transport one of Kamanda has finished and given the procurement/tendering a clean bill of health ! So Mpigs will be Mpigs, and they wont dare stare into the barrels of guns! Raila and Ruto? Undoubtedly former military man Gichangi at NISS, closing ranks with his comrades of old, would unveil enough data on the two to keep them very busy in court answering charges of theft and graft heavier than the ones labelled at the army procurement department! (Remember how quickly Ruto was intimidated to change his mind on the SGR irregularities which his office had unearthed! And remember how silent Agwambo has been on the SGR)The President is isolated, surrounded by hyenas, lonely and depressed. He is frustrated in his impotence yet, officially, is the most powerful man in the republic! He could not contain it anymore; had to do an equivalent of shedding tears in public, a near melt down. A LOUD AND CLEAR CRY FOR HELM! AN SOS TO THE NATION! HELP RESCUE ME!While Francis Kimemia thinks it is USAID plotting the overthrow of the Uhuruto regime, The president himself has a clearer idea --- Prisoner of Zenda situation. His regime has been usurped by the moghuls of corruption. What can Uhuru do? What can we do?Uhuru must discover the people. And we the people must back our president in this war against corruption. He is what we have, and we must row with the oar at hand. Let us take him seriously and see what happens! Let him do what the British call – the night of the long knives. A total shake-up of the civil and military hierarchy. A blood-letting in British terms. Let him act, and we support! Otherwise, what a fwacking cry-baby president! What a weakling! What a wretched fate that a nation has such soap/sudd for prezzo!

The president as commander in chief has a formidable array of instruments to cut one down, in retribution and vengeance, so for others to be so sure they have him over a barrel, even in a situation where he can mentally veer off due to grief over the loss of blood loved ones and turn very nasty, requires more than that metal ring in the nose of castrated bulls, and which is used to control them.So what would this chilling men in a chilling organisation do, that would cower the Kenyan President elect? Good question. But Uhuru Kenyatta has not moved to shake up the defence an intelligence industries or departments. Neither is there a plan to re-organise them in the wake of the Westgate Pandora. There is a story here His Excellency is not telling us. It is a telling risk. Dangerous. The old wily soldier has the young bull by the ring in the nose? it is a thought! www.africa-confidential.com/article/id/5792/Security_changes_mark_a_sombre_anniversary All this of course does not come falling out of the blue. I think the thesis that the Uhuruto regime is a hostage case can be sustained. Hostage to the the deep state run by the security and military forces. A securitat. SAVING PRESIDENT KENYATTA TU! Yawa, Olympos has fallen, wololo! President Uhuruto in toto is held hostage by a particularly vicious rogue band consisting of top bureaucrats, top military personnel, shadowy business men, even more shadowy power brokers and, of course, other unscrupulous petty dealers who serve as the lubrication components of corruption in Kenya. ...... Law is subservient to power, in our jungle. ......... How do we rescue Uhuru Kenyatta from the iron embrace of the General Karangi and his sleeper proteges?here is Jukwaa again reaching the conclusion that the army has a 'chokehold' --b6k terminology on all matters security! jukwaa.proboards.com/thread/9165/new-director-philip-wachira-kameruThe problem is Karangi has no history of competence. So his de facto role as the chief power in the republic does not augur well for national achievements. Old dogs don't learn new tricks late in the day!

Uuuuum, Jakaswanga I hate to be the bearer of bad news but in actual fact Karangi has a history of supreme competence. Have a look here and see how the good general is highly regarded in the US. He's credited with "taming Somalia" by no one less the the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Dempsey. You'll see photos of him receiving The Legion of Merit, the highest order/medal the US can give to a non US citizen. He did what Blackhawks & Us Rangers couldn't do. To make matters worse, shortly after he was honored in the US (check out the photo of him disembarking from a mini Air Force One or taking a joy ride in an F-16!) he came home and Gichangi resigned for "personal reasons". Hmmmm... Indeed I expressed my concerns of how the military is taking up a lot of posts that should go to civilians, but I don't think UK is being held hostage by the boys in camouflage. I think it's more likely that someone has calculated that the safest bet against a popular uprising is to build a green ring around the presidency. A KE version of the Green Zone in Iraq. Mind you this didn't start recently since we saw General Ali take over the mboys in blue in the previous administration. After all, what would you do to stem off a future 41 vs 1 scenario if you sat at Governor Baring's house?

Is the Presidential Medal of Freedom not a higher award? Otishotish, Karangi is not a civilian. He would therefore qualify for those bestowed upon military types. The Presidential Medal of Freedom can be awarded to military types, and there is a long list of such types receiving it. Colin Powell actually got it twice while still in the military. I understand that, in military lingo, the Legion of Merit is ranked 7th in precedence. Whatever that means. And seeing how ISIS is "managing", it is interesting to note that not too long ago the current Chief-Of-Staff for the Iraqi military received the same award for being one heck of a military guy. In fact, the list of people (foreign) who have received this award has an element of "very good at helping the USA with dirty military stuff" ... from Chang Kai-Shek to the Pakistani guy who got it for being an "excellent liaison officer" in the Afghan War.

After all, what would you do to stem off a future 41 vs 1 scenario if you sat at Governor Baring's house? b6k, you sure bringing bad news to sitting ducks is not your secret joy? like a rogue psycho? I got my eye cyclopically trained on and following the antics of the Kenya army. They make a dreadful reading, and I lay the buck at the shining feet of the supremos there. And they do not come more supreme than Marshal Karangi. We saw our army in Garissa; Mount Elgon; Lamu forest, and in full ornate at Westgate. The outrageous incompetence of the KDF after they had shoved aside the pretender police chief David Kimaiyo on that fateful day, are now stuff of legend. They usurped command from the more competent Recce squad at the point of murdering the Recce el commandante. You just have to listen to our heroes like Mwaniki of the GSU, let alone the Israeli rescue squad who were rendered irrelevant at the scene of the crime. And what a picture of genius Karangi's command proceeded to be in the subsequent rescue operation! Somali? Man, the war in Somali is –- technologically-- run by the Americans with the African troops on hire. American drones, radar and all keep a steady flow of logistics and forward precision bombing. The rest is just mop up. fat as.s generals can take credit. And, UUUwiii, you know I come from Migingo! The island may look like a piece of useless rock surrounded by stupid fish and fishy people when one is at the DOD in Nairobi, but for those of us who view it as part of annexed Kenyan territory –-the Mecca of fish! the stardom of Commanding Generals like Karangi are, given their total absence, even in defensive commentary, fairy tales better told to old women who never ventured beyond the doorstep of the bat caves of Suswa! –--M7 thought worse! Then there is the blackhole called SECURITY CONTRACTS where public money has been disappearing. You could even quote Uhuru Kenyatta himself. Parliament was trying to follow some of the loot I believe, only to come across legal clauses barring them from prying into defence procurement files! I do not call such things competence, b6k, these are strategies of looting Wanjiku with impunity. It is negative competence then, excelling at betraying the oaths of office, being a super thief. And have you heard the bit about returning soldiers from Somalia who have to wait long for their hardship allowances and sometimes to no avail! That is not the hallmark of a well-led army if you ask me. Methinks I can make mince meat of the Generals USA-lauded competence. Ach, Yankees are well-known to pet their dogs highly, so long the tail-wagging and as.s-kissing lasts. –-he is a bastard, but our bastard, rules.

www.icc-cpi.int/iccdocs/doc/doc1842118.pdfWill there be a "grave national emergency" before the 8th? One hopes not. The one that was required for the UNSC Article-16 attempt (Nov 2013) was quite enough.
The lad should just stay off the bottle for a few days and then present the judges with a clear-eyed, clear-headed version of His Excellency. A throng of Great MPigs, Senators, ..., Worthy Citizens will no doubt accompany him (if they can get visas in time). And, as with His Deputy Excellency, Ms. Makenna can hire one of those VIP Escort services---outriders, limos, SUVs, etc.---to ensure a grand entry. (Official Dutch government protocol is surprisingly thin even for an His Excellency.)
He can also learn from Sang and Ruto, who asked for that the "distance limitations" of the visas be extended to 60km. That happens to be the distance from the court to the red-light district in Amsterdam.

Jakaswanga, as you can see I may enjoy dishing it out but I do take may fair share of hits. I can see a certain Beagle barking & nipping at my ankles as we speak. Suffice it to say, I agree with you on most of your examples. Mt Elton may be what it was but it was eventually pacified even though it was a bit like using a hammer to kill a mosquito. Imagine the same happening at Migingo. There's a reason why the camouflage boys should stay in their barracks as was displayed at Westgate. Whether that was a blunder or someone deliberately did the whole Recce takedown for some unknown (save for the Beagle) end, I suppose time will tell. Don't forget the good they did in quelling PEV when a shivering Kibaki reluctantly deployed them at RVP. On security contracts that's really nothing new. Remember Kanyotu who's reign spanned 3 administrations and how he had his finger in every pie including Goldenberg? Anyway, Karangi is being rewarded for his dirty ground war to support the Drones and occasional Tomahawk from above, so it's a noble thing... Otishotish I was wondering when you'd rise to the occasion & brace yourself for another ICC orgasm thanks to the Bensouda summons of Uhuru. Had you not burned your KE passport and ID you'd have realised that the ICC is no longer the nail biter it used to be. Truth be told yesterday was the first time in many moons that it even became the headline item in SOME of the 9 o'clock news broadcasts. Others ran the caning of Raila as item number one because the hapless "Chief Whip" of Raila was hauled off to court yesterday. Uhuru would be a fool not to go to The Hague because as Ruto's numerous sojourns there after becoming Deputy President have proved he has nothing to fear. He will still come back as president of KE. It's high time he bit the bullet and took the "personal challenge" head on and went. It's hard to believe it's been 3 years since he was last there. Talk about privilege! Even if he goes, no one can compel him to say anything at the court. That's what his lawyers are for. This whole thing of saying he has some regional meeting in Kampala on the 8th followed by independence day celebrations there on the 9th is pure bollocks. He needs to present himself to the court to secure the independence of Uhuru Kenyatta once and for all by forcing it to its "logical conclusion". Even the US perjurer & former Dean of Law Makau Mutua reluctantly agrees the case could be thrown out. www.kenyan-post.com/2014/09/makau-mutua-advises-uhuru-to-go-to-icc.html?m=1So Otish, when will you see the light and look for another weapon to takedown Uhuruto? Otishotish, it's good to see you grew up in the era of the TELEX but please let it not be said that you are one of those who have eyes but cannot see, or that you have challenges comprehending that which you read. Between the START ICC & STOP ICC where, pray tell, have I said the 9 o'clock news broadcasts did not run or "missed" the ICC story last night? They ALL ran the story, just at different time segment slots. One that I saw had it as item number one while the others had it from item number 2 going downwards as the Raila whipping still was a hot item. Mark you this is in stark contrast to ICC coverage of late which usually varies from none at all to very minimal. Citizen usually keeps the Ruto appearances in the news way down the order before business news or sports while the others usually don't bother. Last night it was a BIG DEAL since the ICC threw out Uhuru's requests not to appear before it. In a way I was glad to see you pull yourself out of your self imposed ICC GAG ORDER since Njakip's Trial went limp to the point that Jakaswanga was recently musing that I may be holding you hostage in some Syrian cave, machete to throat, daring you to say "ngwe"!...or something to that effect. That said don't expect any kumbayas from yours truly bemoaning the fact that our sitting president needs to present himself before a kangaroo court or that his going makes a mockery of our sovereignty. It is the law of the land that he should respect any treaties that KE is a signatory to. In addition, the onus is on him to settle his "personal challenge" one way or the other. In actual fact every day those cases continue is an affront to our sovereignty so the sooner he goes and buries the OTP once and for all the better. Haven't you heard we are now a Middle Income Country? How dare he keep us held in the ranks of ICC fugitive led Sudan of the northern kind. When all's said & done, no amount of media attention will breathe new life to these moribund cases... PS: if not laptops for kids, how about SGR? Jakaswanga, apologies I see that yesterday I wrote of Mt Elton instead of Elgon. This autocorrect technology is as bad as having a Beagle eyeballing your every word...

Ha, do I not remember him –-old devil of the dreaded special branch. When he died there was this story of ''his survivors'' as in would-be loved ones, abandoning his body to worms and instead rushing to city lawyers to scavenge his estate! Well, it would appear then that Karangi is the inheritor to the regime of institutionalised corruption in the security dockets. And I think that deep state is more than a match for young Muigai –-assuming he, as president, would be interested in reigning down corruption in government. He was finance minister after all, and there is no evidence he abhorred this institutionalised graft. Then as prezzo I found him dubious in his hurry to appease the Anglo-leasing thing. Imagine the way the top 'lootenants' would look at him if he gave them a cold eye on corruption. –-WELL well, small Kenyatta, how do you think Big Kenyatta made all the loot he left you!? You wanna start by confiscating from your own family!? No? And that was that. NB: The Recce take down was a power move. The military asserting control over the police. Actually they even disobeyed the commander in chief –-whose intel brief was that the RECCE backed by the Israeli unit were adequate. The military merely needed be standby, especially medical. Foolish UK! He has no idea and no experience of how inter-forces rivalry works! So he really thought Kimaiyo could senior Karangi in a firefight operation! NB: Kibaki may have been shivering yes, but may be just because he was merry with broth, not nervous with PEV! I also missed the ELTON mistake first read! --this autocorrector does not give ALTERNATIVES! now that would be a good one for Jukwaa's petty officer to take up with the General Karangi of Jukwaa!

b6k said: b6k, I am of a very different opinion here, even hearing some TNA senator changing tune, claiming Uhuru should go AND MAKE HISTORY AS THE FIRST SERVING HEAD OF STATE TO SUBMIT HIMSELF WILLINGLY TO INTERNATIONAL JUSTICE!
I am passionately of the opinion it is conduct unbecoming for the SITTING Kenyan head of state TO BE COYED before those foreigners in a foreign land. No. That is a dog's fate. And the Kenyan presidency however tattered a seat, must not be a willing dog's cot.
Why do we retain the title his excellency for this seat!?

Jakaswanga, is the ICC really a foreign court? Didn't we domesticate it when we adopted it in the new constitution, duly signed and promulgated by Emilio Mwai Kibaki, UK's real life godfather? Hasn't a sitting Deputy President shuttled back & forth numerous times with zero effect to our sovereignty? What happened to fifty-fifty, for better or for worse?
Speaking of the godfather, I saw the wife whom he disowned (with Kalucy by his side) advise Uhuru that he should go to The Hague and hear what Bensouda has to tell him. I also saw Kikuyu elders say a prayer for Muthamaki & equally advise him to fear nothing and go to Den Haag.
Kieni MP Kega Kanini also wants him to go yet Homa Bay MP Peter Kaluma doesn't. Hmmmm. Guess who's hoping for yet another "constitutional crisis" here...

BENSOUDA BENDS THE SON OF JOMO So the President of Kenya has been barred from attending the UGANDA celebrations in accordance with standard protocol for neighbouring countries!? This personal matter impacts hugely then on his functions as head of state. So much for the faulty, quixotic distinction. But comedy is never far to look for in these fictitious republics of Africa with their pretender sovereigns. One day their economies, in terms of GDP, jump tens of billions ahead in a process called 'REBASE', and then the next day one reads such REFERENDUM TENSIONSFrom left: Treasury PS Kamau Thugge, Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya, Treasury CS Henry Rotich, Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto, Controller of Budget Agnes Odhiambo and Commissioner for Revenue Allocation Micah Cheserem after a meeting on county workers’ salaries. [PHOTO: MOSES OMUSULA/STANDARD] National Treasury Cabinet secretary Henry Rotich has a word with Higher education loans board CEO Charles Mutuma during a meeting on Euro bond issuance process at Enashipai Resort in Naivasha. But there are more important things to attend to for the parliamentarians. THE ICC. It may make sense to the political elite, that 120 Mpigs accompany the Muthamaki to hiss court ordeals abroad; but to normal people elsewhere, it is a relief to point out that other countries --like Kenya-- can boast even more stupid politicians. There are few countries where politicians are held in esteem by the electorate, it is thus comforting to know yours are not the worst. I wonder where to we Kenyans can look for comfort, that ours are not the worst parliamentarians in the world. In any case they rank amongst the best paid.
