[ jakwaswanga.. If you can post here 1. the History of Mungiki sect! 2. it connection with central province politicians 3. why PNU/ Michuki ordered for Extra-judicial Killings of Mungiki sect 4. Reported Mungiki Meetings at statehouse during, before and after 2007-2008 elections period 5. Meeting of government officials from both coalition parties in government with Maina Njenga while he was in Prison 6. Late Njenga Karume's request to Raila to help talks with the PNU arm of government to stop the Extra-Judicial Killings 7. Nguyai's statements at the ICC hearing.. his connections wth Mungiki during the 2007-2007 clashes.. Otishotish wrote.Reporter Milady, I can, if I deemed it relevant on this thread, give a good account of myself tackling all your enlisted numbers --1-7! and indeed I suggest one of these days we go at it together on a separate thread, toe to toe, head to to head, 1 to 7; and get done with this Mungiki demons! But here, on this thread, by this man whom you disparage and compare to Miguna, the question WHAT MAINA NJENGA'S PRESENCE IN CORD SAYS ABOUT RAILA ODINGA, IS THE CRUX OF THE THREAD! We have to try to be orderly in these things, intellectual hygiene you know. But I hasten to add: Jukwaa would not be Jukwaa without you milady. And like Abdulmote once penned but in much more mature and sedate terminology, you are a wonder of the blogosphere, and I hope at salsa [dance] your passion is equally heavenly! But on this thread, Ai Yawa, tera mos mos nyathi mama! [uta niendesha taratibu mwana mama] [[ jakaswanga if you can post here a report connecting all the dots above maybe Kenyans will listen to what you have to say.. meanwhile trying to support and back yours truly your mouthpiece Otishotish, who seems to be very frustrated on how to tarnish Raila's name and just like Mugina he comes out sounding lame, unhinged, sounding like a mad persons rants ;D you both won't succeed, go get some advise from Miguna..
Meanwhile waiting to hear your report on Mingiki sect, and the truth behind what the late Njenga karume accused the PNU arm of government of " using the Mungiiki youth to do their dirty work" and then ordering Extra-judicial killings.. my advise is to ask your central province friends Kamalet, Mwalimukuu, jobless corner e.t.c for facts.. you notice they are quiet when it comes to Maina Njenga and the Mungiki sect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You do yourself a disservice with this rant. Re-read otishotish's essay. It is careful, it is thought out, it is soberly reasoned, it is well paced and prosed. Ocassionaly even hesitant as thoughts are weighed. And it is a matter of national importance. it goes to the core of power.Did you read it really? Jukaswaga, just post here the History of Mungiki instead of depending on otishotish's diarrhea full and venom against Raila/Cord? trying to connect Raila to Mungiki's past deeds? wacha upuzi.. if anyone has anything to say about the Mungiki sect and its should be connections to the Politicians in central province and PNU government, ( the Late Michuki stood up for them when the Extra-judicial killings by Late Michuki & Co were ordered. I asked otishotish's to also post here Peter Kenneth's views about the Mungiki Extra Judicial Killings in his Muranga Backyard from 2006-2008 !! nada!! nothing... Let those who want to bring the Mungiki sect topic here Post all facts here! otishotish's has refused to post all Mungiki facts here.. I guess he is busy campaign for Kenneth Uhuruto back-up But I guess as a duo you him can come up with some facts!!!! 1. Extra-judicial Killings? seems otishotish's does not blame those you initiated IT 1. Mungiki agreements with PNU? seems otishotish's is ignoring the other side of the story? what were they promised in return for? does Naivasha & Nakuru ring a bell? and who is facing those charges at the ICC currently? 3. Before, during and after the PEV... otishotish's is not pointing out the politicians said to be connected to the Mungiki ? and why is that?BECAUSE otishotish's 100% SUPPORTS THESE POLITICIANS WHO ARE SAID TO HAVE ORDERED THE DEATHS OF MANY INNOCENT KENYANS.. LET otishotish's COME OUT OPENLY AND SAY IT.. INSTEAD OF SPEWING NONSENSICAL DIARRHEA ON HERE TRYING TO TARNISH RAILA'S NAME.. THIS IS 2013... THOSE MUNGIKI'S WHO WERE USED BY PNU OR ANY POLITICIANS TO CAUSE MAYHEM BETWEEN 2006-2008 ARE DEAD!! BURIED 6FT UNDER AS HUMAN RIGHT REPORT STATED CLEARLY
WERE MOWED DOWN LIKE DOGS AFTER BEING USED!! LET otishotish's STATE THE NAMES OF THOSE POLITICIANS AND INDIVIDUALS SAID TO HAVE USED THE MUNGIKI YOUTH..BURE KABISA

Let deal with some facts !, Maina Njenga did not order the killing of his wife? ( The latests details on that issue come from a police whistle-blower that is was the work of the Police after Late Michuki's order of Extra-judicial Killings) 2. Njenga Karume approached Raila in 2008 when Kenya was still burning to assisit into talking with Michuki & Co to stop the senseless Killings of the Mungiki youth.. ( seems to me Jobs Ngorogoro Police unit has been very busy since 2006 in Kenya) 3. If indeed Mingiki sect are Murderers as it has been reported? don't they deserve their day in the courts of Law? I haven't heard any one from central province on here or anywhere for that matter except for the late Karume and a few church elders who come out in public demanding Michuki to stop the Extra-judicial Killings... That is what Raila stated in Public too in 2008, he asked the then PNU/Michuki & co controlled government to stop the Extra-judicial killings and asked the government to dailogue with the youth!! but did the government listen? NOPE.. they continued with their slaughter of Mungiki youths as stated in the Kenya human rights report .. headed by Kiai.. is it then a shock that the same youth prefer voting for Raila who come out in their defense when they were busy being slaughtered by their own folks from central who controlled the security apparatus in government in 2006-7-8... One can try so had tarnishing Raila's name but the facts are facts they can't change just some clueless individuals filled with tribal hate don't want Raila to be the fourth president of Kenya.. ;D ;D Tough luck for them, he is heading right into the presidency seat.. wapende na wasipende.. Lets get some background incase some have forgotten on Mungiki saga between 2006-2007-2008 before Njenga Karume asked Raila assistance for the government to stop Extra-judicial Killing ordered by the late Michuki & Co allafrica.com/stories/200804111177.htmlwww.the-star.co.ke/news/article-15811/how-top-mungiki-man-was-eliminatedwww.the-star.co.ke/news/article-16249/njenga-muite-warn-extrajudicial-killingssome people just try posting propaganda, filth and lies, how about starting with History of Mungiki sect, why the youths are used by politicians from central province to do their dirty work, why PNU government security branch headed by Michuki ordered the Extra-judicial killings of Mungiki youth! why where they meeting at statehouse as reported before, during and after 2007-2008 elections/ their involvement in the "PEV" e.t.c... just spewing nonsense or trying to tarnish Raila's name won't work!! and if the Mungiki youth want to cast their vote for " CORD" or any other party who the hell gives any kenyan a right to stop them? and while you some of you keep labeling all munigki sect murderers? how about the late Michuki & Co? are they murderers too or you dare give them sainthood!! how about those who kept quiet like peter Kenneth when youths were being slaughtered and Killed from his own Muranga backyard? where they hell was he to stand up fto Michuki& co? when Njenga Karume was standing up strong, advising and demanding dialogue between the sect and government propaganda and nonsense won't work in Kenya today!!... bure kabisa ! see red highlights, please A fact (derived from the Latin factum, see below) is something that has really occurred or is actually the case. The usual test for a statement of fact is verifiability, that is whether it can be proven to correspond to experience. Standard reference works are often used to check facts. As for your propaganda & lies.. You still haven't posted here the information you & OtishOtish claim to have on Raila's 2007-2008 connections to the Mungiki/Maina Njenga.. When you return to Planet Earth, please read carefully the following. (1) Nowhere did I or Jakaswanga claim that Raila had connections to Mungiki/Maina Njenga during the 2007-2008 PEV. The issue is the connection he has right now.(2) In case you, like Raila, have forgotten, let me give you a couple of examples of what Mungiki, on Maina Njenga's orders, did: (a) From ICC documents: "cut off his testicles and placed them in his hands before cutting off his mmm and putting it in his mouth.202 The next day, the victim’s headless body was found lying on the road. The attackers had mutilated his body in front of his five-year old son". Any man who is comfortable with Njenga, in any context, should try and imagine himself in that position.(b) From ICC documents: "number of women were gang raped – often in the presence of their husbands – and/or maimed and killed. Others were made to watch as the attackers killed their husbands and children". You are a woman; so try and imagine yourself in that position. What's more these, and many others, were done to Raila's own people, something that the power-hungry fellow seems to have quickly forgotten. Talk about betrayal and robotic voters! Let me repeat the question again: Maina Njenga features large in the ICC cases, as having played a large role in some of the worst atrocities ever committed in this country. How and why is such a monster warmly welcomed by a person who claims to be capable of reform in Kenya? That is the question that needs to be answered. If you have no defense for Raila's position, they you could "learn" something from the clever and strategic Bwana Omwenga, whose no-answer "answer" is that he might one day answer it in his blog. In general, try to use that round ball on top of your neck; it's not there just to serve as a hat-display object.

I dont even see the sense of discussing this topic. First off, if Uhuru Kenyatta who is the boss of Mungiki as implied by Nguyahi in his testimony at the ICC, is allowed by law to associate with anyone he choses to, let alone running for the highest office in the land; why should i be bothered by the company his spanner boy (Maina Njenga) is keeping or associating with? Unless the author of this thread gives sufficient reasons why he feels comfortable contemplating voting for Uhuru via proxy, the very embodiment of Rape, murder and forced eviction of 2007, its meanigless talking about Maina Njenga.

I have written enough on the ICC issues, and everyone who regularly reads Jukwaa knows where I stand on the matter of Uhuru and Ruto. So I will not comment further in that direction., although I should remind you that the ICC does not think that it is "meaningless talking about Maina Njenga", precisely because, unlike you, they have determined that Njenga is the head of Mungiki. I will just say a three things: (a) Re-read my last (slightly detailed comment) and understand what the issue and question are. Once you are sure you've got it, pay particular attention to the last paragraph---the one I have already pointed out to your friend bob. And pay particular attention to the last sentence of that last paragraph. (b) I fully understand why Raila's sheep would not want to tackle or even hear about this issue. First, acknowledging the level of betrayal involved is, psychologically, more than a few can handle. Second, they believe that manna will rain on their heads once Raila is president and so do not want to "endanger" that, as they believe might happen if they address the dastardly betrayal. But the truth is there and will not go away; so best to deal with it head-on, especially given that the failure-to-arrive of the expected manna will probably cause some minds to crack. (c) If it will give you comfort, let me state that this is not about stopping Raila from becoming PORK, although I don't think he will be very effective as PORK, especially if he continues to have around him the same people. This is a topic I will continue writing about before and espeially after 11 April. Look out for Part 2 in a few days.

First, you stated you "see no point" and then proceeded to dive right in. And then just when when I thought you'd gone home, you are back for some more! Probably still seeing no point! I have no wish for Raila's demise or whatever you wish to call it. Mine is a much smaller matter, which is captured in this part one of my comments here today: Let me repeat the question again: Maina Njenga features large in the ICC cases, as having played a large role in some of the worst atrocities ever committed in this country. How and why is such a monster warmly welcomed by a person who claims to be capable of reform in Kenya? And, being in a helpful mood, let me also reproduce the last paragraph: That is the question that needs to be answered. If you have no defense for Raila's position, then you could "learn" something from the clever and strategic Bwana Omwenga, whose no-answer "answer" is that he might one day answer it in his blog. In general, try to use that round ball on top of your neck; it's not there just to serve as a hat-display object.Look, I'm a reasonable and understanding man. I know that the matter I have brought up is a painful one---betrayal, potential loss of manna, etc.---but it is a matter that must be dealt with. Sooner or later, with sooner being the better option. So stop lashing out in anger at the messenger of a message that needs to be delivered; instead, work on understanding the message.

Please refresh my mind again what it is that you said or wrote about Uhuru Kenyattas and Rutos candidancy? While at it what distinguishes you from the types we have seen here all these years yelling about Raila Odingas demise only to be disappointed with their misguided wishes and assumptions? You can yell all you want, because we are now used to the likes of you. Where is Moses Kuria or even Makau Mutua who made it his mission to defang, insult and demonize Raila Odinga every chance he got for almost a decade. See where he is now patched. We kept telling them how making fighting Raila as career is completely waste of time. Somehow the universe just seems to know how to deal with myopic visioning tunnels like yours, who are always the first to call fellow human beings sheep. Simply because people have refused to follow their simplicity warped logic. Well! I wish you the best but as of now, you are simply “urinating against the wind” BTW, i am not aware that i have a friend called Bob, is that your brother? Johns: You are a very funny guy! I tell you why I keep coming back, because I have never walked away from a challenge which I care about. I don’t know what reform mean to you but right from its literal meaning what Raila Odinga is doing with Maina Njenga is quite commendable. I don’t know whether you were already born, when Kenya used to have reform schools way back, probably the time when flies were making colonies on your running nose. I shall forgive you for your ignorance. Now those schools were not your run on the mills, they were schools where challenged students would be put on a path where the straight and the narrow was the only option. Now consider this, if Saul who later became Paul could reform and gained acceptance amongst the JEWS even with the knowledge of their members he had killed while he was in the services of dark forces, who are we to question the depth and amplitude of mercy that Maina Njenga has received from the Hand that giveth? And why should Raila Odinga stand on the way of mercy which we all seek from God? Why should I believe that you OtishOtish is not a thief nor a murderer, is it because you have said so or because the law says so? You keep yarping about Maina Njengas central role in organizing Mungikis retaliatory attacks during the PEV, how come he has not been charged with those crimes at the ICC, the way your friends are? Heck if assumptions were to be the yardsticks of charges against those who committed crimes in 2007, Kibaki, Raila and the rest of them would now stand indicted. How come they are not? The reason why Njenga is still a free man is because no evidence has been adduced to show that he organized anything. The damn fellow was in prison and unless you have listened to tapes which put him right at the centre of it, organizing and directing; anything you say is supposition and hearsay. Stop acting like you are the only one here who know and understand the havoc Mungiki brought in the country. For clarity purposes your favourite presidential candidate was the Boss but I haven’t heard you complain about it.

Martha Karua was right in the mix of it all in 2007 mungiki mania while she kept Njenga in prison, OtishotishRailasniffingmaniac should ask Karua mungiki statehouse visit itinerary!! who knows maybe Peter Kenneth attended the Mungiki/statehouse operators meetings too..

You keep yarping about Maina Njengas central role in organizing Mungikis retaliatory attacks during the PEV, how come he has not been charged with those crimes at the ICC, the way your friends are? You need to understand the ICC cannot charge everyone. You need to put that argument to the Defence team; it will set their men free. See the charges that have been confirmed in case 2 have been confirmed on the basis that Mungiki was the sole organization in case 2. (The law requires that there be an organization and an organizational policy.) The evidence that was provided and accepted by the judges shows that even in prison Njenga was taking money and giving orders. Take the time to familiarize yourself with the publicly available papers at the ICC website. Here is the Document Containing Charges. Read it for
(a) The role Maina Njenga played in the PEV.
(b) An idea of what Mungiki, on his orders, did to Raila's own followers. Like Raila, you too seem to have forgotten. www.icc-cpi.int/iccdocs/doc/doc1537646.pdfI know that this is a very difficult one for people like you. The betrayal by power-hungry Raila must be doing something to your minds, and what you believe is the loss of expected manna if he doesn't win is making it worse. But, surely, even you can do a bit better than to start denying Njenga's role so late in the day. There is a very basic problem with the denial: it doesn't change the facts. So I suggest you try something else.

So I suggest you try something else. Say who? your Buddies Uhuruto? which role? was Maina Njenga at Statehouse rumoured Meeting with Uhuru & Muthaura? proof it! the list that was released by the head of police force did not show his name.. 2. Remind us what position Martha Karua was in PNU party at the height of the 2007-2008 clashes, I wonder whether she was also in those statehouse meetings with the Mungiki.. What MOU were Mungiki forced to sign with the PNU/ government in order or them to go o Naivasha and Nakuru and other parts of the country to cause Mayhem? Why was did late Michuki/PNU take up a vigorous killing spree on the MUngiki members .. killings thousands after the PEV saga? We have noted that you refused to answer such straight forward questions but I guess sniffing around Raila makes your day and you should be left sniffing until you turn blue black in your face.. Ignoring facts and your support of PNU government order under the late Michuki on EXTRA-JUDICIAL KILLINGS OF MUNGIKI YOUTH! ..if Uhuru Kenyatta is terrified of the Statehouse operatives who he claims "The Devils forced him to sign over his presidential ticket to Mudavadi" then what chance did the poor Mungiki have against such powerful individuals? if they were forced and ordered to do their dirty jobs in Naivasha & Nakuru alah! When the ICC case proceeds everything will be tabled and Raila's name will appear nowhere, just pray the Njenga is still alive and pumping to set the story of the sequence of what he was told was being done in his name while he was jailed up by some very powerful individuals in Government.. Keep sniffing Raila, the smell of roses is what you will get, but if you want a skunk smell you know where to sniff... the accused headed to the ICC !!!

Reporter, Whispers are that Maina Njenga is alive because he has an "insurance policy". He is thought to have a fairly good idea who among the Kikuyu elite took an oath and thus joined the ranks of the Mungiki. Perhaps he even has documentary evidence? Well before 2007 mobile phones had cameras... Could it be that if he is killed that evidence will automatically be released into the public domain? That would make killing him an unattractive option....
That being said I fail to see why you find Otishotish postings so upsetting. It is clear Njenga has a lot to account for. Why Odinga would want to associate with him is beyond me. Or could it be that everyone has now fully accepted that criminals can be helpful in the pursuit of higher office, be they drug lords, gang leaders or whatever? Have we now created the kind of criminal state where impunity is the name of the game and it pays to keep powerful criminals close and not to let them out of your sight?
I do not believe that Odinga had advance knowledge of the serious PEV crimes alleged to have been orchestrated by Ruto and co. These would have been committed anyway, event if he had been declared the winner of the 200) elections. But I find Raila's present close association with Njenga deeply troubling. And to me anyone who tries to tell us that we should not question it, has little credibility with me.
No need to engage me in further debate. I don't have time and I also lack the patience.

Furaha Raila does not own ODM or Cord it is a party with members and a mandate.. filled with educated, intelligent, brilliant Kenyans that watched 2007-2008 in horror and watched the Extra-Judicial Killings of Mungiki members after the fact and then put two and two together just like ICC did? If Uhuru is so terrified of Statehouse operatives? refer to : "THE DEVILS AT STATEHOUSE MADE ME DO IT" did the Mungiki fellows have a chance? when ordered to carry out statehouse dirty work? NOPE.. they took orders from above and those they took orders from have a case at the ICC ivyu tu.. otishotish can spin all the ferry tales with your help but it ain't punning out..
Let Otishotish set the history straight by writing facts not some warped up dream that he thinks he can get away with tarnishing Raila's name.. actually I think he should write a book too like Miguna, and see how delusional and clueless Kenyans think of his sorry attempt It is a free world Otishotish can keep penning out propaganda and nonsense.. we are here to debunk all the propaganda, innuendo's and lies ... keep em coming!!

Furaha furaha, you have patience. I like the way you talk with people. i could borrow a leaf from you. You who calmly explains the most obvious of truths to people who are unreasonable and simply incapable of being logical.
