The book launch yesterday seems to have attracted little attention so a spin doctor had to come up with something to put mm in the news today. And as usual the poor maid had to suffer. The book launch was a still born, fullstop. Are you suggesting the police reports against him are actually his script? How would you explain the drama?

Sorry the news skipped me, I was still reading this www.the-star.co.ke/news/article-68943/uhuru-should-focus-his-defence-iccand to quote a phrase from the same script above.... But more fundamentally ............... Raila Odinga and the ODM do not work for the ICC in any capacity. Raila Odinga isn’t responsible for investigating any crimes committed in Kenya. Raila isn’t in charge of the Kenya Police, the CID, the ministry of internal security or the State Law Office

There is a pattern here about the character of this Man with two names ,was it not in Canada that he was accused of the same by two kenyan ladies?

I have just come back to downtown Nairobi having spent several hours at Miguna's residence on the outskirts of the Kenyan capital. He elaborated at length the issues he outlined in his earlier media statement. I had a chance to speak to his nephew who once again dropped me off at the matatu stop. It gave me a new appreciation of the nuances and complexities of the events which unfolded today. Since this matter is now in the hands of the cops, I feel it would be very for me to repeat some of the things shared with me in confidence. I can just confirm that Miguna is at home. The house help is no longer in his employment. Kamale was puzzled as to my time lines. And the original post being truncated- that was a small technical hitch that I have just corrected. I almost feel as if I am a member of the cast of a riveting prime time soap opera. I visited Miguna last evening before leaving before the prime time news. One of the reasons why I was dropped off by the nephew is because Miguna was waiting for the K24 crew who were coming to pick him up for a LIVE INTERVIEW at the studio. Please do not take my word for it. If you have access to K24 they can tell you with some precision when their driver showed up at Miguna's residence in Runda; what time they dropped him off at the studio; what time he was on live TV; when the show wrapped up and when he was dropped off. Had I been a sangoma forseeing yesterday today's drama, I would have diligently noted the time-to the hundredth of a second- the hour and the minute when I did this-say sip the mango juice; dashed to the washroom to spit; put on my shoes; stood up and said " Miguna, I think I must go now" etc etc. What has amazed me is to see the shifting goal posts as the story unfolded, but I like one of the hosts of Q FM likes saying- Sisemi Kitu!!! Onyango OlooOloo Thanks for the clarification. I have nothing more to add!

Really miguna needs to consult and stop this obsession with Raila. Last time round he claimed he could nail everyone in ODM to the PEV only to turn round and retract his wild claims. Everytime miguna is on national television he doesn't fail to remind all and sundry how Raila will not be president and so what? Does he know very many kenyans care less of Raila presidency or otherwise. We have our lives to live and I hope miguna has his too. If he can't sleep, breath, talk Raila then I think its high time he consulted a physician or Oloo could give him a job as a moderator on jukwaa. The energy you are using to soil Raila's name could be put in good use in nyando cultivating rice in the Ahero scheme sir. if only we could spare time and read Kidneys for the King we would not make some statements here. in his Kidneys for the King page 13 (Come, Baby, Come aka Introduction) he says 'Towards the end of my address, I grabbed a copy of the book I had placed on the lectern and declared "So when I write a book of five hundred pages and say nothing about ODM's role in the post election violence, they should thank me, kneel before me and kiss my feet, because I have it right here! And I say 'Come, Baby, Come'! Yes, I can take all these leaders to the Hague. I am careful, methodological; I analyse and record everything I observe. I have records of everything. So, I urge -no, I beg - those idiots running around saying that they will sue me to 'Come, Baby, Come'! I am ready. I want to teach you some law".
I instantly realized that I had misspoken, allowed myself to be carried away by the excitement and heat of the moment, at least regarding those I claimed I could "take to the Hague". It was a serious error. I knew that it was not up to me who were investigated by or charged at the ICC regarding crimes against humanity that were committed in Kenya. I stopped there and descended from the platform, unsure about the audience - especially the media - would take my last utterances. Luckily, I hadn't named any of "those idiots" that I could "take to The Hague". That unintended ambiguity would prove to be significant. But I still worried if I would be slaughtered or celebrated.'
so do not fret Ouali as you know where you belong as concerns slaughtering or celebrating MM. and your choice is well respected by us. have a ball as you slaughter or celebrate MM

If some body like Meeguna "detained" my "two mobile phones" as stated above, I would expect nothing less of a robbery charge being preferred against 'I disagreeailant'. Now that is a very serious charge. But this is Kenya and so much can be unpredictable. Hahaha. Those were my thoughts exactly. Confiscating her mobile phones can be spun as theft which is an easier charge to "stick" than the alleged rape charges. The ODM crew needs to try a little harder to nip Miguna's revenge train in the bud. As the old adage goes, revenge is a dish best served cold. And boy is MM serving it up to Rayila ;D ;D ;D ;D

Miguna Miguna's near psychotic obsession with Raila Odinga is something that is by now plain for everyone to see. I doubt whether there is anyone who would take seriously anything Miguna has to say about Raila, such as how Raila is planning to kill him or is going to lose the elections. Miguna is obviously a man in need of help. There is surely a life after Raila and he should move on. Debating Miguna's claims against Raila is to me not a very useful way of making use of ones time. Federa, I am now perusing through this thread and yours is my exact sentiment and I note with interest you have stayed clear of the rape allegation against Miguna which really nobody should be commenting on unless they were there and know the facts. One can only hope with the police on the path of reform, we can rely on their investigations and conclusions, not self-serving statements from the accused or even accusers for that matter. I read the statement from Miguna and concluded if anyone can't figure what this is all about even by that statement, then I have overestimated the soberness of some of our people. Some things you don't even need facts but only what people say and do is enough to know where the truth lies and this Miguna statement is yelling the truth about this one has to really plug their ears not to hear. Ati Raila is plotting to have Miguna murdered? I have blogged elsewhere Miguna has no sense of proportion in the tales he tells and things he makes up or those that only exist in his imagination but surely one would expect even he to say some of the things he says are preposterous and beyond believing. Even the most gullible and uninitiated will tell him so.

Shocking!! Why would Raila want to kill Miguna? Has his campaign for presidency become a matter of life and death? One can only hope that the police will get to the bottom of the matter. Mwalimumkuu, I am laughing reading your post; first you take an allegation that is completely baseless and then conclude from it must be the case Raila's campaign is now a matter of life and death in by itself another baseless conclusion regardless. What a fallacy!
