There is one debate more beneficial to Kenyans than the one about the referendum - bringing in Commonwealth Judges and Police Officers Hiring foreigners to work as civil servants in a country comes with very many benefits but also requires courage and decisiveness. I would encourage my fellow Kenyans to seriously consider hiring retired senior Police officers from places like Britain for a change. You can get a good number of Judges from there too. But that requires courage and the only person so far who has demonstrated that level of guts is C.J Mutunga. Can the Kenyan parliament follow suit and authorise such a move? I don't necessarily disagree, but I can't help but think of many Patrick Shows in public service. Are you conversant with that fellow?

We probably need ten more Patricks in Kenya at present todeal with the level of crime. This would compliment the planned futuristic registration of Kenyans and aliens with the support of our cousins from across the sea.
