After much deliberation, the lawyers have convinced Muigai he better attend. Bensouda will throw in the towel. more than 120 Mpigs are travelling along to witness Fatou Bensouda breath her last on Kenyatta. Such an eventuality leaves William Ruto in a dangerous corner.

Human beings love drama and particularly where the outcome seems almost certain,if the case was likely to go the other way the hangers-on would be few and far between, but now that they scent victory they would like to be seen to have been close when it mattered most,i will not be surprised to see MPs from across the political divide waxing lyrical about how he is a Kenyan President and a not a jubilee President, but all that is just hogwash, they just know which side of the bread is buttered.
As for the President,he didnt have any choice in the matter,he is compelled to attend, what surprises me as why the judges insisted that he should attend. With the presiding Judge dissenting, the others may have just wanted to show might.
