KENYA'S FIRST RED PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE MARTIN NGATIA IN PERSPECTIVE The apparent KRA 'comedian' Martinus Ngatia has the liberty and privilege to speak out openly. I said comedian, but unlike Mo Dida, the clown of the last round, candidate Ngatia can only afford the nation an uncomfortable laugh. There is another option, much more serious, of dealing with a kleptocratic implosion of a political, simultaneously economic elite. Ngatia is not mincing words about it. He wants to end the class rule of the mavi ya kuku aristocrats. Red Ngatia is no jocular reprieve from reality. His vulgarity is sinister and authentic. He raises the fundamental question whether the current political dispensation in Kenya, hysterically professing its electoral legitimacy while in a cannibalistic spree of looting, is any more a temporary evolutionary stage, just like colonialism was in the 50s, a sinking exercise, despite its then protestations to eternity and absolute legitimacy --by God and Queen. Yes, the current political act in Nairobi excludes vital, sacrosanct elements of the will of the people, its practice is manifestly alienated from their true economic interests of the nation at large. This (negation of the peoples aspirations) is also the essence of colonialism, an essence which sets it at fundamental variance with those it rules. The racial hierarchy of colonialism made things easier. But enter the epoch of Black Skins White Masks, peeling back the mask of independence to reveal the unchanged economic fundamentals is harder. The Turkana Windfarm Power project will be a powerful case study in time., see footnote, not forgetting this titbits as to how the game is rigged and played. WHO DETERMINES YOUR PRIORITIES, GHENYA The bill was passed 2016 and signed by the president, whereupon Patrick Upusi-D Njoroge of CBK, a known IMF plant, immediately moved to sabotage it. The Mpigs and the Presidential econometric unit, boasting brain trusts like Harvadian Rotich and Colombian Kamau Thugge, apparently did not know there are two figures to work with here. It took activist Okiya Omtatah to do their math homework for them! More Matiang'i and Magoha types please! these cheeky children are clever but lazily dozing in cabinet finance positions! Wanahitaji kiboko kabisa! mavi ya kuku!www.capitalfm.co.ke/business/2016/09/activist-sues-cbk-bankers-over-interest-rates-capping-formula/?doing_wp_cron=1484984968.3268539905548095703125 Know your brain trusts, Ghenya! PRIORITIES THEN Somebody commenting in the DailyNation has sharply noted, that while Kenyans sleep literally hungry ---Ouru banned the export of maize yesterday 20-01-2017, the state is purchasing 500 Taakmags or Casspirs, 500 thousand dollars a piece, and also spending several billions on software to monitor social media in the run to the election! Then referral hospitals look pre Florence Nightingale! Those are quick examples of the variance in priorities: the looter colonial government is investing in military hardware to put down bread or ugali riots! Or the apartheid regime does not trust those black townships at all! nunua taakmags! yawa, Echoes of a militarised Israeli police confronting a Palestinian problem!? OURU RAMBOAnyway, before I joke no defeat - El Adde, nor ballot box can stop him, I doubt anybody doubts current political Nairobi is rotten. Even physically, it is a mighty pile of sh!t to clean up. Doubters go to Gikomba and take a quick 10-meter walk along the river in any direction. Yes, somebody needs to rise up, take the sh!t head-on and shove it down some sewer! Sewer need be built first though! It is in this precarious bend in the rapids, that candidate Ngatia is a thunderbolt striating the distant sky. As if MV Kenya needed a warning the seasons ever a-changing. But there it is, the show in Nairobi gotta improve, the act better modernise. The sh!tlock be moved. This desperate hygienic need is the uncomfortable truth in the hearts of all; it is a truth unspoken but which wafts like a poisonous cloud hanging over our make-believe reality of hakuna matata; it dampens the party air like some badly kept secret of marital infidelity over a romantic meal. Go away Ngatia! thy creep! Thy bastard child of Kenyan history come to remind of his defrauded inheritance! Go away, lest you be the forerunner to The Monosandalo!I wanted to capture the difference between the two sets of marginal candidates. One of them is sinister, nasty and more penetratingly disturbing. In the long term he keeps the option of a cultural and economic revolution open, keeps the option of radical transformation and social regeneration open. In the short term, he is an open warning why men like Duterte (Philippines) rise to fill that vacuum in power, or even Donald Trump to POTUS for that matter. The other is
shrug shrug
. just empty amusement. A political sweet snack. BASTARD CHILD OF KENYAN HISTORY? Candidate Martin Ngatia from the KRA is a self-declared red. That is an important detail. It makes him the OFFICIAL inheritor in chief of a proud leftist strand of resistance (in Kenyan culture). Taking a long look back, this radicalism is the historical lineage of the tree of militant resistance watered by Unionists the calibre of Fred Kubai, Bildad Kagia, and the forgotten legend Chege Kibachia. This Chege is the organiser who led the mother of all strikes in 1947 in Mombasa. He was subsequently deported to hell by the colonial authorities. NB: -One needs to tell Judges like Hellene Wasilwa who now fume and froth and aim to throw Unionist doctors behind bars, that the history of Kenya has a name for their types from 1947! HELLEN WASILWA, 2017 In 1947 the colonial authorities declared the ADAMANT strike leader Chege Kibichu a 'contaminant best quarantined from goodly law-abiding folks, preferably forever!' The colonial myth was the native was grateful for the guidance of the civilisation-bringing, christianising whiteman. The native trusted his interests were fully catered for by the Christian white colonial authority. This disturbing talk of African independence, statehood and self determination, backed by strikes and militant opposition to the British colonial order, surely came from a combination of COMMUNIST and SATANIC influences, grafted upon an array of psychiatric and tropical diseases afflicting the native! The Tanzania Historian Sengullo writes Most of Africa's primary resistance was defeated, whereupon the terrible battlecry from generation to generation ALUTA CONTINUA! ---Don't know how long it took the Chinese Communists to Unite China --seeing Taiwan is still outside the Red Motherland; nor how long it took the Vietcong to unite Vietnam! I wonder whether Africa is yet to emerge from PRIMARY RESISTANCE as Sengulo Msellemu puts it. THE RED LINE The original, publicly-avowed Kenyan Marxist-Leninist was Markan Singh I think. This Markan is the man who launched the regional (EA-wide) trade Union movement -LABOUR TRADE UNION CONGRESS OF EAST AFTICA. (lessons for the pretenders Atwoli and Sossion!) He paid for his activities with his life. He was a Sikh, one of the thousands of workers of imported from East Asia for railway work and more. Howbeit Black nationalism seeking to monopolise anti-colonial patriotism and pivotal roles for Black Africans, immediately runs into a problem here ----where the activity of organised workers are concerned. Then does nationalism take a sip from the waters of The Lethe. (The waters of Lethe affords one total amnesia until some particular rituals are enacted to reverse the condition. These rituals must please, and be the leisure of the Titanic damsel, Mnemosyne, the 'cloud' or hard-disc from which memories can be recovered. We will keep tab here, we will gently resist the urge to take a sip from the Lethe, seeing we have no need for selective remembrance, nor do we have the need to forget the painful history of defeat at the hands of the foreign aggressor and his local concubines in office. Lessons galore. Already in KAU in those years with Jomo (not yet Kenyatta then but) Kamau Johnstone at its head, the struggle for the direction of the freedom struggle was already fierce between the militant and concessionary wings of political activism. Which way Kenya!? That is what one will glean from the lives of the likes of Stanley Mathenge, Achieng' Oneko, Paul Ngei, and of course Dedan Kimathi. We could also talk of the Koitalel arap Samoei path against the Laibon Lenana option. Who is your hero now, Ghenya!? Of course Jesus Christ is my Lord and Saviour! With Ngatia and his KRA the only known Marxist outfit operating on the Kenyan political scene, albeit on the far margins, Ngatia is the remaining candle of authentic Kenyan militance still flickering in the changed international winds. Our Trade Unions are fighting yes, but, as scared as kleptocrats in power are, these unions do not seek social transformation like cheeky, old Kibichu Chege. On Ngatia's shoulders therefore, is the honour, is the prestigious standard of, incidentally, a very proud post-colonial intellectual tradition in Kenya. I say prestigious with cheek, because the Marxist wing of Kenya political activity, after independence, abandoned frontline working class engagement, went to college and wore degrees as armament for theoretical warfare only. These degrees of course were a post-colonial symbol or fetish of respectability. In deed without one you can't be a Mpig now. This means all the big names of ant-colonial resistance would now be disqualified from today's LEGICO! (Or they would have acquired some fake ones as is the case with many Mpigs today!) Let us cry apartheid by other means! The barring of NON degree holders from political office. Anyway, the post-colonial roll call of Kenyan Marxists once included the who-was-who in Academia, for instance Ngugi wa Thiong'o, Adhu mak'Awiti, Maina wa Kinyatti and lecturers Mukaru and Akong'o amongst others. This online 'periodical' on which yours truly ever so waxes lyrical with relentless mental vigour,---The Kikuyu nationalist publication Muiguithania aka Jukwaa, or the nationalist cyberleaflet Osiepwa edited by Ramogi Achieng' Oneko, was launched by another of them self-confessed reds. That will be the notorious Dave Onyango Oloo. (He recently defected from Jubilee to CORD's ODM in a spectacular scandal which has further aggravated comprador cross ethnic paranoia. Raphael Tuju beware.) PAMBANA, ORGAN OF THE DTM Raphael Wang'ondu Kariuki, the journalist-come lawyer detainee of Pambana fame would be another one of them illustrious, red intellectual young Turks of the time. In Mwakenya, The Unfinished Revolution, the Historian Maina wa Kinyatti has confronted Kenya with her other history. It aint gonna go away you know, sip or no sip of the Lethe juice. Here is the blurb. Yes, errors galore in the winded path of struggle, but during those dark KANU-MOI days of authoritarianism, Mwakenya was the largest attempt by leftists or any other ideological persuasion, in clandestine organisation to fight the murderous post-colonial regression and recidivism. This is how it was those days of Baba Moi. NB: Recently, during the funeral of Mark Too, a kind of Moi's political son, the political class of all colours gathered around the hearse and reached a mock tearful consensus. DT Arap Moi, they wailed, was a fleckless and blameless leader. He was great and deserves maximum respect. - O sweet waters of the Lethe! What a relief my mind suffers, once I quench my thirst for mindlessness, rid my mind of the burden of remembrance, and know not to differentiate true from false! Now, up there in the ruling political class of today, is an amnesia the size of colonial myths: like Africans had no history before the coming of the white man. Like Black pharaohs never existed. Like Kingdoms like Rwanda Burundi Buganda Congo do not count, because laid next to the splendour of Japan, China, Czarist Russia or English Windsor lineages, they pale to dust! And more importantly, the colonialist believed the African could not be evicted from land. No, even hyenas urinally demarcate territory to hunt, but that does not mean Man wont drive them out and possess that territory to better use. And animals of the wild coming to demand title deeds for their grazing grounds? Naah. the colonist took to the guidance of the future of the land and the mind of the native as a minor! A titanic clash was in the oathing. And it came to pass. Studying that past of denials and decisions based on illusions and delusions, we can unearth the future consequences of today's parallel mistakes. FOOTNOTE: THE TURKANA WINDFARM POWER PROJECT, a political economy. But first a Luo pivot post: REVISONISM. (Sparked by Obama's exit from Potus yesterday, a bit more dignified than Jammeh of Gambia today!)

PRIORITIES THEN THE COUGH OF THE GODS Before I could work through my footnotes on the juicy details how the then CBK chair, the now disgraced professor Njugunah Ndung'u, at the behest of the ----see the Greek Euro crisis---- duplicituous IMF, thWarted President Kibaki on his ' excessive fiscal expansionism' and precipitated a near breakdown in cabinet relationships, the DE JA VU moment has struck! The bankers of Kenya slide back the safety-catches! You can just see the shadow of that knife slithering toward Uhuru Kenyatta's neck! And keep in mind the trio of IMF Manchurians -- Rotich, Thugge, Njoroge and even Joseph Kinyua-- running the treasury, are keeping him in ideological custody. Uhuru of course was given political aeration to sign the bill because this is an election year, and the devil must be given his dues! That of course does not please the gods! Here is cloud-gatherer Zeus fuming, warning he is the god of thunder, sorry, (supplementary) LOANS that keep you afloat! Kitendawili: does anybody remember why China launched the ASIA INVESTMENT AND INFRASTRUCTURE BANK? This will be a fundamental test of intellect. It is why I studied NAZI economics and banking in the only country which claims to have worked an economic miracle ---actually two miracles in one generation! --GERMANY jukwaa.proboards.com/thread/8607/africa-copy-germany-economics-stay?page=2&scrollTo=133717Consedert this statement: Kenya Bankers Association has said micro- and small-sized enterprises could be struggling to get loans from banks as a result of the rate caps,. following enforcement of the Banking (Amendment) Act, 2016 on September 14 last year. How do you think Deng Hsiao Ping managed 20% economic expansion for 20 years!? There are things one does with his cottage industries: that is where multinationals like ZTE, Huawei, and think about it, Nokia, come from. So there is stuff you do if you are serious and a grown up decision maker. But there is a terrible price: one need have the mental firepower to tell the IMF, stick it up your arzhole buddy! But if your treasury in a cash-crunch ever runs to the IMF for 'float', you can not dare face the IMF down. NB: HOW IMF-PAWN NJUGUNA NDUNG'U BROUGHT ABOUT AN EASTWARD TURNKibaki shouted at David Mwiraria, calling him a red goat, and demanded David handle that stupid cu-nt of a Njugunah who had overruled the cabinet on Turkana windpower farm. Mwiraria lost his temper this day, an unprecedented occurence. He told Kibaki he, Great Othaya coward, was the His Excellency! he could fire Njugunah himself if he was any better than a red goat himself! --'Balless Othaya goat! The IMF owns you too!' Mwai Kibaki was so stunned by the turned tables, he withdrew to sulk. Mwiraria eased: 'everybody is going east in Africa, Mwai. Let us pay the Chinese a visit! let us fact-find even if it is against your instinct!' And so we got our LOOK EAST PRESIDENT! But is there anybody around the son of Jomo who spots that depth of (Mwiraria) intellect and streetwise which is what made the Kibaki years the praise we now heap? Lord have mercy!

SOME INDICATORS WHICH WILL BUILD A CASEA. RANDOM COMMENTS 1. CEMENT FACTORY BLUES: There is a construction boom in Kenya ---financed by the wanton graft at both the county and national level ... like ... (like the villas of the health permanent secretary Nicholas Muraguri documented here And Former transport minister engineer Michael Kariuki's high-rise tribulations And of course there is infrastructural frenzy consuming cement like nobody's business --see the SGR lay-out! So why is Portland Athi River going bust, or appearing to?.The answer is crazily simple. I heard the Chinese are producing cement in Ethiopia at, exported to Kenya thus including transport costs, a mere ksh. 400 per 50kg bag. Portland and the rest of the Kenya cement moguls will bill you ksh. 800-1000 depending on where you are in the republic. Nyumba is the cheapest cement at between ksh. 600 and 700. I read somehwere, despite the infrastructure boom and promises, Chinese firms are cutting Kenyan firms out of the action. Methinks in 2016, you want to sell cement at ksh. 700 to guys who want to use over several million bags, you aint serious! Egypt is an internal strife but still can deliver below that price! We Kenyans like to joke. Even the ace Safaricom is joking making money from bundles. This is the era of free bundles, wifi or no wifi, every smart TV is a wifi DISPENSER unless deliberately blocked! (like Radios sold long ago in North Korea used to have no MW and LW to make sure they do not recieve foreign broadcasts! --So if you have a smart Tv and it aint dispensing WIFI or it is at a price more than a RADIO LICENCE, then you know you are getting the NORTH KOREA 1950s radio treatment/doctoring! Safaricom should move on, otherwise it will be a blackberry story! When it comes to sugar, we jokers of Kenya are producing at a kg at ksh 70, while other COMESA guys can manage as low as ksh. 33! And the same goes for paper too, you know the kind of stuff they do at Webuye which Ouru and Ruto recently relaunched with much fanfare! Then there are these rumours, that Morocco got even a better railway and better trains at half the price of Kenya. And did you check the comparative costs of elections, Ghana recently, and the giant India last year?Kenyan elections are comparatively so expensive outsiders wonder what it is we do over here!? -of course what we do what others don't is rig! use faulty equipment and deliberately employ electoral commissioners who eat chicken, or, like the new, deliberately commission ethically challenged bottomers like Chebukati and Consolata Maina to do their rotten best!NB: Cootow Associates Advocates gives Nairobi County government a raw deal against Salima enterprises. This is kowtow is the Wafula Chebukati law firm whose studied negligence cost the taxpayer so much. But to show how lucky Wafula is, here is a precedent for what could have happened to him on a bad day Yes. But remember this Unlucky engineer Joseph Kamau!NB2: Did the buck really stop with Chebukati? www.capitalfm.co.ke/eblog/2017/01/10/wanyonyi-chebukati-city-hall-scandal-never/ Haya, it is a sh!t pile to be cleaned alright, this city in the sun which is a sewer belt! And Matiang'i and Magoha pay attention: they say the relative cost of running national exams in Rwanda, compared to Kenya, dictates Kenyans should go to Rwanda and learn efficiency! -I would vouch that is a fair call. For all the faults of the murderous tyrant Paul Kagame, he is a calibre outside anything political Nairobi can dream of in such things like exams! B

KENYA'S FIRST RED PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE MARTIN NGATIA IN PERSPECTIVE FOOTNOTE: THE TURKANA WINDFARM POWER PROJECT, a political economy. FOOTNOTES: TURKANA AND THE BATTLE FOR THE FUTURE OF KENYA Here is a short review of the headlines which form the tip of the iceberg. We shall visit this issue --of not just IMF reservations--- at length because it confluences nearly all the live wires ringing the republic. The aforequoted, hints at how the IMF neutralised Mwai Kibaki on certain fronts, infuriating him into a deeper LOOK EAST POSTURE. ----Rapid industrialisation without massive investment in electric power production!? That is, for instance, antic heavy diesel locomotives rattling on the SGR between Mombasa and Nairobi at 50km/hr, slower than road haulage! Anyway, it is thinkable, as China rushes to pre-eminence and inevitably confronts the USA for top dog position, by soft or hard means as in the famous Allison coin
aka Thucydides Trap
nations like our Kenya will dance the dance of the hyena at the crossroads to two feasts. This ' hyena's dilemma' is a staple in the cannon of African folklore. This greedy hyena's predicament is how I -folklorishly---- read the following DIVERSIFICATION! 1. Buying all that military equipment from the USA, while [2] on the loan front the statistic is .. This is of course the great railway Jubilee toppers peddle as their flagpost achievement in infrastructure! and more You borrow money from C to spend on the industries of A, while A and B are locked in a Thucidides tango? It is a situation to ponder some. Now, several examples of the hardly buried LIVE WIRES before I continue on the traumas of Mwai Kibaki and his co-principal Raila Odinga on their infrastructural binge ---an addiction they have bequeathed their successors of the co-presidency, Uhuruto, who, though, have a gravy court more garrulous in their dedication to corruption. A sh!t pile if ever there was one!

Basi. Livewires as we wade toward our future.
1. LAND
First, land in relation to major projects. Oh, 40,000 acres in Kenya? I wonder, fake title deeds galore, who owns that land, thinking too of DOMINION versus the People in Kanyaboli, Yala swamp.
Then expectably. i will find out the names of the Maa group which enjoined the Queen of England on the case of alienated Maasailands in the 1920s! --They were shown Laibon Lenana's illiterate thumb print I think.
There are reports Rwanda and Uganda's withdrawal from the oil Pipeline through Kenya, had to do with trebled costs explained by LAND speculation, inflated compensation costs in Kenya. It is worth an investigation –-whether William Ruto is a real Singh!
And this footnote, on the same theme, LAND. Land in Kenya, waaah, even the 2007 PEV had something to do with it, just like the Mau Mau rebellion.
2. SECURITY Pray tell, 'wayleave challenges'? –-land pickets? Cattle rustlers? Inter and intra community land clashes? Industrial unrest? intercommunal violence? where is the grand peace plan?
3. CONTRACTUAL RAPE 4. INCOMPETENCE Those are chunky beefs of insight into how the GREATEST INLAND PRIVATE INVESTMENT PROJECT in post-colonial Kenya can stagger.
The importance of electricity can hardly be understated, Africa rising or not ... like ... how did the government fail to construct a power line to supply electricity to the national grid? Yawa! blame the contractor, like that Tarram road of Mutua in Machakos which peeled a week into use!

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LABOUR AND CAPITAL
KENYAN DOCTORS AS JUA-KALI PEOPLE, KAYAMKONO's
Kayamkonos are those labourers, mostly males, who crowd construction sites seeking to lift blocks and pump concrete, for a day's low wage. No contracts. CBA's don't exist here, this is KAYAMKONOLAND.
AS for whether CBA's exist for housemaids and those handywomen who go door to door seeking to do laundry for a minimum, the lost BadBoy OtishOtish would best be placed to answer. I haven't ventured to research ----KENYA DOMESTIC WORKERS UNION--- that field of late. But I know it is the ruthlessness of capitalism with a feudal twitch, which can serve the shock of treating qualified doctors as Kayamkonos. I have been going through the history of medical strikes elsewhere, well, the Kenyan Doc is a real dog. His prestige is really sunk low. Every Tom Dick and Harry -Every Henry Cleopa Sarah and Hellen! Can urinate on him or her. (how did this come to pass? could the docs themselves be at least partly responsible!?)
There must be something big afoot! Political economy speaking that is.
The relationship between labour and capital, say between the work floor and management for simplicity, is fundamental in every society. It is the productive function, naked. Slaves, proletariat, and the new sociological term 'PRECARIAT'. Historically, it, lord and serf, is also a very explosive relationship; it has been the harbinger of much interhuman violence, and in some cases, the chaos of revolution.
The typical nonchalance with which we witness the Kenyan state treat labour unrest, is totally unwarranted and foolish. I write this in the wake of Dr. Machoge's quip in the senate. He said the doctor's CBA of 2013 has been 'overtaken by events, they should forget it.' This is Wilfred Machoge pitching on behalf of the senate health committee!
The second republic will not be responsible for the bad debts of the first, defunct republic of Kenya! Aaah, all there is this technique where a business goes bankrupt, goes into receivership, all employees are fired and loose their accrued benefits, then a new venture capitalist comes knocking if he can salvage the situation. He can, but the workers have to start afresh, and at his payline. --or they can go find better pay elsewhere.
This is why a German politician (Oscar Lafontein I think it was) called certain hedge funds, 'LOCUSTS'. WHICH CBA?
Earlier on, we had the cabinet secretary for finance, Henry Rotich, come out in person to disparage the 'rumoured' CBA. ---That was the treasury laconically but officially feigning no knowledge of any agreement, even in good faith, to pay out to. Why don't doctors go find those jobs elsewhere which pay better!?
As for the ministry of Health, we saw the CS, Mailu, ridicule himself in far worse measures. One would have thought he was already a medical doctor in 2013 when the CBA in question was the talk of the profession. Alas, in 2013 he was apparently still an adolescent in O'level school, preparing to sit! He therefore never heard of the CBA, and if he did once he became minister, he did not hear of it as an agenda worth tending to in any serious measure. He could only hide behind Mama Sarah's skirt.
The Judiciary too is in the thick. Judge Hellen Wasilwa is now notorious: which CBA? It don't exist! Today Friday 03/02/17, she was supposed to send the KPMDU leaders to jail for one month. Don''t know if she did.
Ordinarily, doctors are not your run-of-the-mill addicts who hallucinate stuff after good times on the whiff, but that is what the establishment would have us believe. The SRC --Sarah Serem's Salaries and remunerations Commission--- is even seedier. They have no memory of agreements entered into by whatever government before their time. If it wasn't negotiated under their tutelage, it doesn't exist. Anything not okayed by themselves is fantasy!
Such a hardline has its charms, but it has more faults given our history. This is a country where the Defence docket does not have its books scrutinised. So thrift is a selective argument. It is also a country where politicians set their own salaries and perks. SRC toughness is therefore all the more suspect when vouched for so hard by administrators.
State House too, is singing from the same hymn book. What is this thing called good faith!? Kenyan MOU's signed in good faith tend to end in unilateral abrogation!
That is dangerous. Believe it or not, conflict resolution more often than not requires good faith and the creation of trust. Of course human beings are capable of running their affairs without trust. It is tedious and bloody and, psychologically, inhuman.
Would, a new government under a new constitution could so easily unshackle itself from old inherited, running old debts! Would, treasuries could permit themselves such financial amnesia ---like, Sorry China, Kibaki and Raila borrowed that much to build the Thika Super Highway SINGLE SOURCE!? Our new constitution bars us from recognising that debt! It is illegal, UNCONSTITUTIONAL! null and void!
But the way Uhuru Kenyatta himself wired money to Switzerland to pay off Anglo-Leasing Fleecers! The kenyan state knows who pick up on to bully! --Kayamkono people!
But even in feudal, peonage, serfdom topdown relations of production, where labour is wholly enslaved and, officially, totally subservient to landlord capital, it is still a tango if production is to continue.
Now the politicians traverse a land in the grips of a chronic health crisis. But what solutions do they offer? None, it is all about registration and making up the numbers for the continuation of Jubilee's tyranny, or for the cou de tat by NASA. (is the situation serving them well?)
Sick man between a rock and hard place has never been so apparent as the choice now!

HOW DOCTORS WERE WRONGLY BRED, AND THE TIMES CHANGED I have some old bile against medics. I remember my younger days when Chiromo folks would never touch active student politics. Chancellor Mbiti would be proud of them to date. Demos were too lowly for them, especially medics, and by the time the budding doctors moved to Kenyatta for their third years, campus politics was wholly beneath their lofty calling. Meanwhile, down at our KU, KNUT was running a full-fledged office and, in similar fashion to the then main campus, the hotbed of SONU, flowing daily with trouble-shooting militancy. When the lates Otieno Kajwang' paired with Rumba Kinuthia, not to mention Mwandawiro and the martyr Tito Adungosi, the office of SONU was effectively the leader of the national opposition. It is a heritage not easily subsumed, fake or real second liberation! NB: In this light it is instructive to remember a recent DIRECTIVE by prof. Peter Felix Mbiti of the University of Nairobi ---now rated one of the best colleges in the rising continent. The chancellor banned, by denunciation, all political activity by students and lecturers. I do not know which planet he comes from, may be he is a ghost incarnate of the KANU 'revere-rate' Kariuki Chotara, but as Otieno Mapambano Kajwang' would have reminded him, the business of SONU is national politics, campus politics is just a side show. (the curious phenomenon Babu Owino needs its own explication as a transitional phase) Banning politics at the most prestigious institute in a neo-colonial state! That is like declaring a quarantine on the mind of adolescents against music or sex! This Mbiti is another of them public goats whose smelly airs Mwai Kibaki was ever so fain to avoid! Oh the poverty of intellectuals! That is how you end up training doctorates who sign CBA's only to be told the next day it does not exist, go to hell or jump into jail! Apolitical students will leave college as social idiots unable to negotiate their terms of work an employment world run by frenzied sharks! But then, even as he excommunicated politics, right under his nose is this running sore No, not his mess to clean up! Our Mbiti. End of diversion. Oh Innocence! Wonderful phase, before they become a menace, evolved into marginalised, disenfranchised youth organised in gangs. At a later date I will argue the youth gangs are partly a 'trade union movement' of the forgotten youth. The point now is, it is an election year but none dare ponder a worthy CBA for their ilk after the NYS fiasco in which between them, Anne Waiguru and Josephine Kabura, stole multitudes and multitudes of futures. BUT WHAT DO WE LEARN FROM THIS LABOUR UNREST AT HEALTH? For too long, medicine was cocooned in its deluded self-image of a blue-eyed profession. They were taught they held power over man-eating diseases, and thus could arrogate themselves divinity; yeah, giver of life, a mortal god. Howbeit -AHEM! perhaps majorly through no fault of their own, medics in Kenya found themselves working in a sector rated alongside the police force in vileness! Even city manambas were lesser hate figures as a public nuisance in comparison to doctors. Their pomposity was a bubble. An intimidated and desperate public meekly smiled at them, but cursed their callous and criminal greed behind their backs. Ponder the folklorish takes: Kiganjo Coppers college had become Harvard Business School, the army officer core were a bunch of lootenants, the parliamentarians Mpigs, and clinicians morticians! Word, provable by the dilapidated state of public hospitals, was doctors looted government pharmacies at public hospitals and, for a tidy pile, went to prescribe and sell the same in their private clinics which they ran on public time, lo! a labour time paid at the hospital! In other words they were being paid for absenteeism, all the year round. And so was instituted a kind of 'matibaring' ---for those who remember that word derived from the other Kenneth, then ailing but an MP. He would make a technical appearance to maintain keep, then disappear again. This (matibaring) behaviour led to a health crisis in the public sector in Kenya, and compounded with the official corruption everywhere in the republic which fosters incompetence, the divine image of doctors was shattered. Let us hope it can be reconstituted to higher glory. At least in Kenya, the holy descendants of Paeion, The Mother of all Doctors, had proved themselves unable to resist the seductive rot of corruption. Oath or no oath of dedication, they too succumbed to the general social pathology of the Kenyan society. No less than our Mpigs had become the 'animalisation' electorate representation, the Kenyan docs became the face of an arrogant, rogue breed of elite parasites, fattening off on the decomposing body of Kenyan public health. Yes in deed as said earlier, they became morgue-men masquerading as physicians in buildings more graveyard conveyor-belt than recuperative and restorative. How then could they proclaim uniqueness!? Claim superiority to manambas and other Kayamkono deplorables. A visit to the public hospital was no less a nightmare than a night in the police cells for an innocent! Now them medics are being told they are in the employee of Counties where village newbie Kings aka MCA's lord it over them. -With impunity! They get sacked and dispersed like excess manual labourers at a farm, or a crowd of jobless early city worms outside a factory gate . Arrogant and corrupt governors sack them (doctors) through newspaper adverts, and the president negotiates their substitutions from foreign countries, impromptu! (That was president Kenyatta in India!) (where did it all go wrong!) All this means doctors in Kenya can not, in the light of the decades of collapsed public health system, show cause why their claim to 'historical and professional exceptionalism' need be taken seriously. A visit to the nearest public health facility near you, more than half a century after Uhuru, will drive home this point of a self-crushed prestige. A sunken business. A titanic at the bottom of the sea. www.the-star.co.ke/sites/default/files/styles/new_full_content/public/articles/2017/02/04/1499854.jpgAnd so we come to the IDEOLOGICAL PURPOSE of the comprador class, the class such as runs current Kenya. Their's is to facilitate the penetration of capital from their bigger brothers afar. To ripen a local goose for the party. In the case of the health sector, to steer it toward a PRIVATISATION. ---why do you think, while we get float from other peoples' state banks like CHINA EXIM, there is no such thing as a state bank in Kenya? he!? you think Kenyans can run a central bank, run their state, but not run a state bank!? he? who is going to run the SGR!? ( I vote we bring in the Germans: china built, german run, a winner!) eh, how are and who runs neo-colonial states? POWER PLAYS, WHEN BEING A SOLOMON COMES IN HANDYPontius Pilate had a dilemma. And not just about politics back in Rome where emperor Tiberius, having executed police chief Lucius Aelius Sejanus on the pretext of a coup plot, could be viewing him with suspicion as he had been the late plotter's protege. Nay, Pilatus did not want to be used as an executioner by one side in an intra-Jewish doctrinal feud. Orthodox Jews and the trouble-shooting Christians were just the same troublesome colonials to him. Keeping Roman peace and order was (apart from keeping his head joined to his body) his job. He therefore famously had to be a Solomon when the 'convict' Jesus was brought before him to execute on false accusations! I will illustrate later on, how I came to the dilemmas of Judges who are custodians of an order, when muse about Chief Justice Maraga in a recent case pitting politics against the legal order, and leading to a massive separation of order from law.HOW ARE NEO-COLONIES RUN, AND WHO RUNS THEM?Well, something just happened which shall lift the veil. It is a story which needs to be assimilated with all the gateways of the mind open. Because when order ignores law, the common phrase law and order gets a different ring. The tick of a live bomb. Solomon's wit will diffuse! These days it is fashionable to talk about a Deep State which is a law unto itself. I love the Mozambican example where SECUROCRATS negotiated a denoted public, state loan for themselves, all behind the treasury and the government! No man, no law, no war could stop them! The Looter Rambo's of Africa! But I have something less flashy in mind. It is the plight of the new CJ Maraga in the light of the Akasha's deportation. The EXTRADITION proceeded while application thereto was still under arrest at a Judge Chepkwony's! ---that is when this thing called sovereignty double blinks HEY, SQUARE ME OFF MAN! Realists don't fak around the point, they respond: 'flag independence --ha! anything else?' So what do you do when you are Chief Justice of the establishment and your courts are thus accosted!? --saw no evil, heard no evil, know no evil. But before that, one of my favourable quotes, one I forever like to share it with my students. It is from the book a HISTORY OF KENYA SINCE INDEPENDENCE by Charles Hornsby, and it rounds off the consequences of the actions of Eliud Mahihu, the coastal PC at that point in time when Mzee Jomo Kenyatta died in bliss at State House Mombasa. Apart from Eliud Mahihu, we are talking head of civil service Geoffrey Kariithi (Kareithi) and Intelligence Chief James Kanyotu. Attorney General Charles Mugane Njonjo had been the duo's godfather when he insisted on a smooth transfer of power as the best option. This meant thwarting the change the constitution group led by Mumbi supremacist Dixon Kihika Kimani along with such nyumba stalwarts as Jackson Angaine, Mbiyu Koinange, Njoroge Mungai and Njenga Karume. The thick of it is that chief of intelligence Kanyotu knew of plans by the Kiambu mafia to prevent by all means Moi from ascending to the presidency as Jomo's successor. In a daring move siding with the constitution on the D-day, Kanyotu made sure Moi reached Nairobi from Nakuru first, before Mbiyu Koinange was informed and could trigger the eradicate Moi plan. By the time the roadblocks went up to nab Moi, he was already safe in Nairobi and waiting to be sworn in!Kanyotu would evolve into a very successful business --aka primitive accumulation--- partner of President Daniel Arap Moi, and is famously credited with having recruited the professor of politics to the scam which was hatched by the Kisumu Asian conman Kamlesh Pattni. This is the Goldenberg scandal. They stole an excess of 20% of Kenya's GDP! It could be instructive to ponder the scale of that theft before one mitigates a forcefully tightening guitar wire around Moi's old neck is harsh. I have seen men stoned to mince meat in Nairobi for pilfering a wallet off a 'shoo'!. Remind me of the name of the finance ministers then. Not yet treasury errors. www.worldpress.org/africa/1499.cfm na bado, Kibaki and Ouru were still paying up! www.capitalfm.co.ke/news/2013/05/mp-wants-continued-goldenberg-payments-probed/ ENTER THE TOUGH, RIGHT MAN FOR THE JOB So, qualities galore, so saw no evil, heard no evil, know no evil done wont do. Solomon then, perhaps! And so I came to Pontisius Pilatus as a classical Judge's dilemma. THE INCORRUPTIBLE MARAGA AND THE AKASHA's KIDNAP EXTRADITIONThis are the circumstances surrounding the deportation of the Akashas. Kidnapping. The new Chief Justice Maraga has just gotten a baptism of fire. Is he smouldering to ash? Like the one before him, or even perhaps all CJ's heretofore, he promised on his mission statement to end the merry-go-round of corruption in the Judiciary and restore respect. Glory was his word of choice. A peek. Meanwhile a Kenyan court was in session farce Even as this Ombeta was engaged in a public spat with with Olomide lawyer Wajackoya, where were the suspects? The story has been reconstructed. Six Kenyan special agents you say? Who can vouch for that kind of Al-Shabaab propaganda!? DCI Ndegwa Muhoro was not officially in the know, curiously But Ndegwa Muhoro of course is not the most believable cop you will find anywhere on God's rotten Earth with its mercenary police ranks; and in Kenya, where we have spokesmen the debauched, little Goebbels calibre of Lt. Col. Paul Njugunah whose set of 'alternative facts' have a half-life less than even the famous Darmstadtium 267Ds: half-life = 3*10-6 seconds. The story was therefore pieced together without Ndegwa Muhoro's childish ostrich poses. And later confirmed in passing by the commander in chief. Bad cop Marwa should be the mouth to watch. So the police acted on a very high order to ignore the court ---bandia court anyway! and foreclose the issue. Muhoro, like Kanyotu --whose security of tenure we narrated earlier, is of course unsackable. He is like the infamous everlast of the FBI, the late Edgar Hoover. In a hubris of the untouchable he can lie with ease to anybody without consequences, even to the President! for how else would the s/o Jomo be tricked into issuing over 2000 fake title deeds at the coast? -Or may be it is not the job of the Kenyan CID to know of such a large scale land scams, having learnt such scams tend to touch deeply into the Kenyatta family! Nor, even if they did know, it is not their place to inform the presidency! Which one threatens Kenya more? drugs epidemic or landscams tied to historical injustice? I think in Kenya where we celebrate incompetence in any public office ---the president didn't pick the best scores for the IEBC slots but we praise his wisdom nevertheless------ blissful ignorance is an acceptable defence! This extradition kinyume cha sheria happened outside the knowledge of the DCI. And definitely outside the knowledge of the Chief Justice and Attorney General. Plausible deniability. When tough Marwa comes in play, politics is in play, and if politics is in play in an election year in Mombasa, Joho is in play. And as we have seen of late, Joho and Uhuru are on one another's bad books. That is the game in town. Power moves. Maraga and his courts? Sorry, Maraga is just the latest cosmetic face of on the pirate's skulls and bones. But,benefit of doubt, what I want to watch is how the CJ solomonically handles this hot potato. Does he make a bone out it, the courts given such a tackle and pushed out of play, or does he recognise his designated place -- the latest cosmetic face of a pirate's skulls and bones.Let us move on: How do you run a bandit economy if not like a pirates' enterprise? Here is the thunderbolt from Zeus on high Olympos, Got Ikulu Now let us see the same venom directed at corruption your Excellency. Stop the stupid talk of your hands are tied, and you are powerless. If you can suspend sovereignty and court orders to fight drugs, why don't you win this coming election pants down by throwing a few juicy bones to the pack of wolves. All those 174 names locked up in Kamiti? you would be shocked at your margin of winning come August, even if your running mate, the amorous born-again Chrisitan Ruto Singh, is among those in Kamiti! But talking about the intrigues in the run to the Kenyatta I succession, let us sip some juice from a smaller deliverance, the intrigues behind the Maraga succession!

THE STATE LOOTERS CONTRA THE DRUG LORDSSo straightway without beating about the bush. The top state looter William Ruto, popularly satirised as Singh because of his pathological attachment to public land, and the scion of the first land grabbing family and Kenya's own Mobutist accumulator, Johnstone Kamau better known as Jomo Kenyatta, have claimed moral superiority in the intra bandit conflict raging at the top with Mombasa as the eye of the storm. BEcause the comprador bourgeoisie have a choke hold on the state, this bandit class can afford a self-indulgent, ritual combat. One wing is the conglomerate under the name Jubilee, the other is the juggernaut taking form in NASA. Between them they cater for over 90% of the popular vote, so goes the narrative. If true that is legitimacy of a kind, definitely not to be dismissed offhand. Now there is this open conflict between siblings: Drug Lords and the State Looters. And the game is we have to take sides and choose a deplorable! But first a simple model. Economic power translates to political power. So the bouregeosie overthrew the aristocracy. Political power can then be corruptly used to treble economic power (colonial plunder, state looting, primitive accumulation). To safeguard this power needs the creation of dynasties, and a political system which sustains those dynasties. This is the establishment of an official oligarchy. Today we see it budding in Kenya. Nothing strange about that. It is a logical step in history that parasites seek to mythologise themselves into natural rulers. Thereby they draw a ruthless backlash called republicanism. -More about that later. What are the economic factors at play in the Kenyan political field, which have reduced the new chief justice Maraga into a toothless spectator in the Akahsa extraditon case? I should take a small deviation and revisit his predecessor, Willy Mutunga. That is the man OtishOtish branded a funny one. Willy was the personification of our collective failure as a society, to officially import and internalise the INTEGRITY CHAPTER. This was the so-called Chapter six of the new constitution. His courts failed to come up with an operative, workable definition of integrity in the context of public and political office. This moral vacuum at the centre of the Kenya jurisprudence is important to remember as we discuss the differnce between the kettle and the pot. (later we will investigate and interrogate the options of cultural resistance to this pervasive immorality in public office.) BANDIT COUNTRY. Straightway then: without beating about the bush! the two leaders of Jubilee, the conjoined monster known as Uhuruto, got their wealth through state plunder. I wont belabour the corruption and murder and repression of Kenyatta senior as he accumulated as the President. History has detailed it all elsewhere. William The King Hustler started lately under Arap Moi, but his relentless greed ----much expressed in schemes like YK'92 and all those cases in public, which have accredited him the name Singh in relation to public land----- has now paid off tremendously, in power and wealth. So the duo are now the apex of what we call the state looters, or state gangsters as others prefer. On the other hand, the named drug lords --there pictures have been splashed on the dailies from American sources -- Mwau, Kabogo, Mbuvi, Akasha, Joho, didn't hit the big times plundering the state. They followed another route to amass. That is important. Under President Mwai Kibaki, an extraordinary development came to pass. The two wings of Kenyan banditry, i.e state gangsterism and drug lordism formalised their underground love and united in government, openly and officially. This development is underscored by the fact of euphemistically apportioned Othaya Narc Activist. --Straightway then, (...) her name is Mary Wambui and she is none other than the spouse of Emilio Mwai Kibaki, at that time HE and CiC! The underworld and the government had fused. As someone mused, with the Armenian Arturs the city police and international airport were now under the control of traffickers! Kenya was a NARCO hub. A major transit or clearing house. This arrangement allowed the Kibaki regime to desist from the wanton lootage of the Moi-KANU days. The cash had to come from somewhere else. Choose: would you rather state plunder to the cost of the tax payer, or drug peddling to the cost addict lives? But in this merger of convenience there is a deadly problem. The drug lords are half-ruffian, rough cast and aggressive characters who came with an ebullience which shock the complacent sensibilities of the parasites grown fat on risk-free state looting. The sophistication, the go-getting brutality, the risk-taking and logistical keenness and daring needed to organise and transport truckloads and shiploads of heroin and hashish from Pakistan to Europe via India and Kenya ---like was the reported business of the Akasha's, requires more acumen and frontier forge of personality, or entrepreneurial daring far the superior of arm-chair whisky-in-hand TRANSCENTURY boardroom deals ironed out in posh golf-courses with presidential handlers in fetted attendance! It is this high risk, high gains aggressive, nearly reckless psychological profile of Mafioso, which crawls the balls of office intrigants like say Muraguri or PM Kinyua! When a state parasite like William Ruto climbs the moral dais to passionately decry the evils of drug lords like the Akasha vermin et al, it unnervingly looks like the pot is at it, blasting the kettle. Counting the cost: which one is more evil? The damage Ruto and Jirongo and co did to the Kenyan economy those Moi days, or the drugs the Akasha mob pushed through Kenya abroad? No easy answers, eh!? This moral greyness, or arguable moral indeterminacy, is the resultant social quagmire of the inability to define and institute public integrity, of a public person. This is why I return to CJ Willy Mutunga. His act of negligence, both moral and intellectual, when the nation entrusted the midwifing of the new constitution unto him, should adequately sustain the precedent of being the first man to be hanged for intellectual laziness in Kenya! Continued.

THE JOHO THREAT?The son of Jomo who only a few months ago threw up his hands in a gesture of surrender to the Kartels of Corruption; the herdsboy who professed his helplessness in the face of hyena's feasting away at the livestock, thereby provoking national ridicule in addition to charges of cowardice and abdication; this lazy-minded president who, howbeit, mocked the government's good-performing Auditor General who, incidentally, has now been cleared of trumped-up corruption charges, we must now believe has refound himself and discovered his hidden powers. And he is blazing hot all cylinders! And not at AL-SHABAAB, the tamer of the KDF in Somalia, does the PORK blaze away! No, on that menace, the commander in chief is as ghostly silent as a grave; he could as well be ignorant the KDF is deployed abroad and is having the bloody short end of it. Neither is he blazing at his fellow bankers who, in the aftermath of the interest caps law, encouraged by the IMF, have gone sabotage mode and withdrawn credit from the market; no, neither is his target the still teeming corruption at the centre of his regime, naah, it is narcotics.Narcotics is the gravest danger threatening Kenya! Hallo KDF boys, what are you dying for over there, cheap blood! When The Singh and the son of Jomo pump up and thump their chests at drug lords, vowing to finish them off, we must now believe they are taking on former President Kibaki's extended family. Wambui, Mary Wambui is the name. Yes, Mwai publicly disavowed her, but then Lucy was holding a knife to his throat. That ridiculous public announcement was his suing for peace, aka negotiated compromise. No, I don't think Muthamaki Kenyatta is powerful nor stupid enough to go after Mwai Kibaki's family, nor the jugular of Kabogo of Kiambu. As for Mbuvi Sonko, none other than the next Great Hope of the house of Mumbi, is busy kissing him in private for Nairobi running mate. Peter Kenneth can not just turn on the most youth-popular mobiliser of Nairobi and denounce him --at American behest!Neither can Sir Peter K. run against HH Evans K. on an anti-corruption platform. Peter has just joined Jubilee, the Kings of Graft where holds sway The Singh, wherefore his silence thereto outs him for an endorser thereof. He can be brilliant enough to eat his cake and at the same time have it, only in Fantasyland of course! Thinking of these active, overt overtures for a long time romance between the coming clean men and the drug pushers who command the popular votes needed to propel careers going places, I reach the conclusion the declaration of drugs as national menace above Al-Shabaab is electoral year theatrics, forced in part by American pressure. The puff-adder venom, bull bellows, charged quixotic howls, hysterical denunciations and promises to rain hell of druglords, are but pathetic tantrums of a youth caught red handed in an illicit embrace, all meant as distraction. Uhuruto is of course soiling the national bed with the filth of government corruption, and they could use some other dirty guys to deflect anger from themselves and, partisanly, nail the opposition. And Joho would be such a good one to finish off. It would be killing several birds with one stone I say. IS JOHO REALLY THAT POWERFUL, THAT MUCH OF A THREAT? This requires some delicate analysis. First a rehash continued.

Continued: IS JOHO REALLY THAT POWERFUL, THAT MUCH OF A THREAT?
Yes he is, but not in the traditional sense of politically nor economically. Hia threat and power lies more in something intangible, yet visible and perceivable, even instinctively. He is a catalyst hinting at new possibilities, an alternative public narrative. Unapologetic.
It is the power to neutralise the mystique of power. It is an aloof psychological independence, unfazed, unawed, --unintimidated by the presence of His Excellency and current auspice. For comparison on the other side, one could study the demeanour of Najib Balala! His grovelling is sickening, supplicated to a point past a pet dog's.
JOHO'S DISRESPECT OF THE MUTHAMAKI: THE JOHO MUST BE PUNISHED CHOIR
Where other men confronted with HE's power will automatically dive into subservient and typical ass-kissing mode, Joho's body language is steadfast, even mocking, it oozes combative resilience and ability to counter attack heart hilt ---MUIZI HAWEZI KUNITISHA MIMI JOHO! The sycophantic hordes populating the Jubilee court recognise this psychological edge the upstart from Mombasa has on their Supreme Leader, The Muthamaki, the CiC, H.E The Pork, Kenya's financial Numero Uno, and they are shocked to hysteria. That is what we saw when for the upteenth time Joho corrected the president at the Buxton bridge opening in Mombasa.
This antagonism between rising and diminishing social forces jostling within the land mass at large was most visible in South Africa. After the ANC was unbanned, everytime De Klerc and Mandela appeared together, there was always a palpable clarity who the lesser man was, even if he was officially the power.
Joho radiates an articulate. unintimidated fortitude which, rather than money as is the case with the 'vulgarian' Sonko, is the key to his increasingly appelant romanticism with youth across the land. This romanticism has been on show in Nairobi, Kisumu and recently, Bomet.
Where I come from they call a thief a thief! --Hassan Joho!
Mambo: muizi hawezi kunitisha mimi Joho!
Joho has belled William Ruto in public as a thief ----where others still kneel for him as his excellency the deputy president! and Ruto isn't taking him to court -wisely so meseems!
I have not heard Uhuru Kenyatta come out to declare Joho a liar, neither has the head of state vouched for the reputation of his deputy, by calling him Mr. Pamba Safi for instance!
The ACADEMIC DWARF, drug-baron-alleged Muslim, has become the hapless David who delivered a bull's eye at the Christian political Goliath William!
Siombi msamaha kwa kusema ukweli! -Joho
I will never apologise for standing with the people!
NB: THE WIDOWED PROLETARIAT
With Raila having abandoned his once radical constituency of the disenfranchised youth and poor, having used them to rise to Prime Minister but abused them while there by flunking programs like KAZI KWA VIJANA; with young upcoming talents like Ababu Namwamba proving themselves hopelessly inadequate to articulate the aspirations of the 'precariat', there is a widowed lumpem electorate out there waiting for an inheritor; there is fertile ground out there for a new gospel, for a new economic and social deal --far from this status quo! Think of how Jubilee has looted the youth funds, either at NYS or at the other.
it is a crisis situation which calls for a new narrative. Howbeit Mombasa, ironically the capital of pwani si Kenya, is increasingly pointing the way?
Meanwhile in the confusion and lack of a breakthrough, gangs are doing a roaring business as the political organisation of the wretched of the Kenyan state.
Joho articulates publicly MUIZI NI MUIZI, and it is William Ruto.
And so Ruto has no option but to retaliate in kind, Joho is a drug baron!
Who is your hero now, eh, Ngatia!?
Primary school debate: a teacher is better than a doctor? Kenya politics: a state looter is better than a drug dealer?
That is your homework now folks!
Hint : on the streets during mob justice, I have never seen Kenyans burn drug dealers to death. However thieves, even just suspects, I seen Kenyans descend upon with manic rage and burn to ash or stone to pulp!
Culture! I am out of here!

SOUTH AFRICAN PARLIAMENT IN MELTDOWN:
Military musclemen disguised as security stewards evict opposition from LEGICO during state of nation adress
See what you make of this ---'Mr. President you are a constitutional deliquent, you are a shame to parliament, leave baba!'
SONA 2017 - EFF Mbuyiseni Ndlozi tells President Jacob Zuma "leaves the house BABA" #SONA2017
F***k YOU!
Perhaps like the Roman senate reducing itself to a joke whereby authority seeps elsewhere, considering our Kenya too had its 'fracas' and police cordon, we are witnessing the slow demise of the parliamentary system. The way the two speakers in south africa look bewildered, this house hardly looks capable of handling the myriad problems of that republic. --Order order order! yells the madam speaker desperately! and others respond: FAK YOU ZUMA'S WH-HORE!
It is dangerous!
Here is Julius Malema making a point, Zuma is disqualified from a presence in parliament

RED Ngatia's papers were not accepted by the Chebukati thing. But ALUTA he continues, dishing out beefs!
Ngatia: Why Uhuru Kenyatta Will Not Hand Over Power to Raila Odinga if Jubilee loses Elections
Epic Confrontation Between Uhuru Kenyatta and Martin Ngatia Remix
Martin Ngatia Defines the Two Types of Kikuyus: Which Kikuyu Are You?
This one caught me off balance: ---'three Kikuyu presidents have not solved the Kikuyu problem. The most victims of extra-judicial police killings are Kikuyu youth. The mortuary is full of unclaimed Gikuyu bodies, the slums (and Nairobi prostitution corners) are full of Kikuyus! There is a big Kikuyu land problem, and brainwashed Kikuyus think Kikuyu thieves in power will save them, they are wrong! We need a leader who will not only liberate poor Kikuyus from thieving rich Kikuyus, but the rest of Kenya too!'

THE MULES IN THE TWO-HORSE RACE DEBATE!Aukot, Wainaina and Kavinga, 24-07-2017 Hmm, I like these debates. They are barometers. Of what needs to be done which wont be done. And the academic types were very eloquent, but I am afraid, not politically articulate. Take corruption, the revenue cruncher! You mention a figure -say ksh.700 billion lost per year to corruption. Then you are asked, how will you end corruption? And then, Phd in the way, clouding vision, it takes you more than five sentences before you give any semblance of an answer! ie you dither! afraid perhaps. Then you know you are not mentally ripe! Which is what brings me to Candidate Ngatia. He is clear cut --- I will hang them all with guitar wires at Uhuru park, and confiscate all their ill-gotten wealth, beginning with Moi, Kenyattas
..... all the way through all that scum to Waiguru and all that filth floating on top of Kenya! The answer is clinically blood blooded -- a match for the bloodthirst of total men like the late Biwott. Action and reaction you know, have a certain equation between them. I can see many a moderator in Kenya fainting at Ngatia's answer, which is why they ask these academic boys the same question, without, would you contemplate Red Ngatia's option? No? you really think people like Okwara never heard of Candidate Ngatia of the Red alliance? You would be surprised at the name recognition of Ngatia amongst Kenyan youth. He is known as 'Crazy Ngatia!' ---like the 'Hessys' wa Kayole, Dandora, Huruma! (those are the killer cops who announce on facebook which gangster they are laying low next! Wewe nani, tafadhali lipa disco matanga yako upesi!)But I have noticed one thing: nobody has said crazy Ngatia's method of fighting corruption wont work. HESSY wa Kenya! It is a thought. Especially when the professorial types agreed after much thought: 'wanakenya wanajaribu kutafuta mbuzi ile umeibiwa. Lakini muizi ndiye anawasaidia. Hawatapata hiyo mbuzi milele!'So!? Alexander at the Gordian Knots methinks! Raila debating Uhuru will essentially then be a side show! (using a thief to catch a thief!) So what is to be done!?

25-07-17 THE DAY AFTER
So the 2nd debate came, sort. It was a cliffhanger to the start, would HE Jomoson bless the occasion with his divinity!? The curtain raiser was a chummy session in which three social academics did their senior common room rigmarole. Somehow they left an impression upstaged by the youthful loner of last week, HIM Eliud Muthiora Kariara, running mate to Japheth Kaluyu on an independent ticket. Here is his futuristic, attention-grabbing performance on national TV.
Muthiora Kariara shares his bid with Kenyans at the Presidential Running Mates Debate
But on what was suppose to be the main course on 24-07-2017, the headpig didn't turn up to what possibly would be a BBQ party with him frying in his own oil. His handlers obviously fretted exposing him to the occasion.
But by missing, did he win or loose?
Psychologically he lost. He diminished himself. There is only one reason why one party avoids combative debate. The risk of lose is too high. The president was thus intimidated. Teresa May of Britain refused to indulge the Lunatic fringe Jeremy Corbyn with her enthralled presence, and so too did Queen Hilary RC have better things to do than accommodate stupid leftie volleys from the fake democrat Bernie Sanders.
Both ladies won of course, but they suffered fatal psychological damage and became not lame but broken ducks. NB: Since yesterday, Uhuru Kenyatta has publicised his reasons for the miss. He had better things to do than debate a mad man! Anyway Ouru has been all over the press today responding to contents of Raila's debate with himelf yesterday! (may be he just didn't feel secure enough to respond to them on his feet, on the spur of the moment, in the heat of LIVE debate?)
Lying is allowed in a campaign period POLLING a neck and neck tie! Stupidity is also allowed, so that some can believe the most foolish of statements from their horses.
But I am out of luck. I got some work ethic, even if education is a loosing profession --in Compradorland.
We Kenyans also lost in that presidential no-show. We lost the opportunity to be confronted with the obvious, that we have no choice, even as we will choose one. To be confronted live with the truth, the dead body of a beloved, is an important psychological moment of catharsis.
Ouru and Raila on one stage, for one hour in a ritual mock combat, fencing harmless under the guidance of tame and subscribed courtier panellists, never venturing out of the safe and comfort zone of the morgue ----the intellectual morgue of comprador ideology, would have left us no choice but to instinctively embrace the bitter truth, even as wholesale masses understandably would still engage in dramatic denial rituals, hysterically ranting the praises of their bull. That bitter truth we have postponed facing for the moment, is that we worship dead gods, and that the parties of those gods, NASA and JUBILEE, are neither gonna take Kenya nowhere near the road to the promised land, nor paradise found, leave alone talk of heaven!
But, religion was always pure superstition or lately, opium of the people! But even then, we all can't be high 24/7. The confrontation with dead gods is a necessary, mandatory reality check. Remember how the hold of those powerful witchdoctors of old Africa was broken when they rubbed charms on the chests of warriors and told them they had become bullet proof!? Do we say the whiteman smoked them out!? No presidential candidate is discussing DEBT, the toll of debt on Kenya's shoulders. How many debts are going to mature in the next decade, how many under compulsory service or various reparative and extractive arrangements?
That is the cannon ball facing your African bare chest, rubbed with the stupid charms of Jubilee and NASA bewitching doctors!
2. REACTIONS AND RESPONSES
Faced with dead gods, the reactions of the believers and the mass of the pious, may be 90% of the people, is complex. 1. Hysterical denial is obvious. (I will count a chain of positive statistics from government departments here. Like 7% growth rate three years on end successive!) or Muthamaki Hoyee, Ruto Hurraah, and on the other side, Raila ameleta Devolution, NASA TIBIM! BABA PAP! 2. Maniacal suicidal behaviour. Even more radical ethnicity and putting knives to the tenets of social cohesion. 3. Disengagement. This is the healthy creation of space for moving on. This is why young Muthiora Kariara so tantalised the nation. An alternative vision, can beaten and broken spouses dare dream of healthy love elsewhere? 4. Total disillusionment. --This is like that Ukrainian peasant who had camped overnight in the snow to see the Czar, Divine Nicholas Romanov, but the palish, sickly and impotent-looking piece of sh!tback he caught a glimpse of, shocked him to his senses in the face of the monumental problems Russia faced. He figured it out instinctively. The thing he was looking at was no part of Russia's future. This was the past those crazy fakas in Saint Petersburg -the Bolsheviks, insisted be buried forever.
Think about it, Ouru did well absconding. In this he denied Kenyans the opportunity for this fearsome, instinctive intelligence. Millions watching the dead-end duo would have concluded, we have had enough of the Odinga-Kenyatta sh!tbags. Down the sewer of history with them!
Lucky them, the two pigheads are not yet attending a BBQ party in which they are the meat in the fire! But the signs are there. In fact they have been live on TV, first young Muthiora Kariara, then the high-power academics. And to weld them together, Crazy Ngatia!
See, Kenya has a problem to solve. -CORRUPTION!?

THE BATTLE FOR THE CONSUMER, THE BATTLE FOR THE ELECTORATEWhere is RedMan Ngatia in 2018? He did not make it to the ballot papers of the two failed elections of 2017. Neither have I heard the peoples' president, Raila Odinga, nor his ticket-mate, Kalonzo Musyoka, --- a duo due to be sworn-in sometime this month .... then arrested and hanged by top dog Uhuruto---- mention the need for a broader coalition which would include the likes of bastard candidates like Redman Ngatia. --But what do they know about Wanjiku's vagina and her heart when it comes to sperm wars!? and species survival? Who, O take bets thee betters, do you think Wanjiku eyes secretly in her heart and womb as the best seed to fertilize her?But first: May be you heard, the deal between Walt Disney and FoxSperm wars we all know, do or heard of. Male apes and male dogs have dicks which expand inside the mates puszy during and after ejaculation. They literally jam the entry, thus physically blocking other males from climbing (in to action position), thus giving their own sperm a race or an Achilles head-start. Or, loose their balls to a mean sniper like b6k of course. That moment of mating is still a dangerous vulnerability. We learn ---what we already see every day--- how women are genetically programed to get at least 50% of their children by different men. This genetical variation we know how sancrosant it is in evolution and species survival, but, poor hearts, we, emotional beings, also recognise how hurtful it is to males, reputedly programmed to monopolise all the loyalties of their spouses and conquests; this to exclusivise puszy and guarantee only the onward passage of their own genes. This gene selfishness of males --the basis of the patriarchal institute of FIDELITY LAWS-- runs counter to the wider good of general species survival. It is best for the long term interests of the species that the woman is loose and widely available, getting the best genes, exposed to the widest spectrum of mates, genetically strongest sperms from wherever. Faithful to one man my foot! Things like M7 then strategise to impose their genetically inferior offspring on Uganda as their sucessors, Mubarak tried with his son Gamal too, Dos Santos with his daughter Isabellah too, Kagame is grooming his too, and all this atavistic upsurge of the institute of monarchy, already historically proven redundant and uncompetitive by the bourgeoisie, 200 long years ago. Incestuous monopolies are destined to fail. Let us say Wanjiku will be occupied by Jubilee, but NASA will bite off the balls, while Wanjiku will have a baby with even the Chinese! (bad Congo joke told here in silince!) But that is just a joke of course. Which balls did Uhuruto have in the first place to fertilise anything? BUT FIRST, OTHER MARKET WARS.I say get the wax off your head and comprehend the sounds of gunfire at a state house near your local pub! It is a thriller with nervous bomb blasts like these! Bob Iger, left, CEO and chairman of the Walt Disney Company, before ringing the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange on Nov. 27. If your son still thinks of working for an oil company, kill him. If your county or country has more than 4 milion people and you have less than 10 tenchnological universities, you know you are a dead duck! Time and tide, and the digital revolution, aint gonna wait for no man. This informs me to say: get rid of Ouru and Raila quicker than yesterday is gone. It is an informed thought. Secede from your OILY politics past! The world is speeding on at mega warp speeds! I rest my case for the other thread. jukwaa.proboards.com/thread/9619/people-secede-nasa-jubilee Back to seedier, funnier subjects. --who is squeezing Anne Waiguru these days after public pressure forced Muigai to, like Kibaki and the Othaya activist, denounce her in public!? Yes, some scorned women doth haveth fury lesseth than hell's hath! I will be back! To ponder if Wanjiku's ranges of fury! ---You know Wafula Chebukati was a ball-less dog on top! ( bwoch ochiego dhako, dhako nyaka dhi chodi!) The dark horse Ngatia!
