give it up for the raila hate society( rhs) a nebulous but wickedly disparate and desperate grouping, often attracting like a moth, those with pending criminal cases and who our member, reporter ,calls lords of impunity. hawana wema hawa.they can be as ignorant, brash, callous and outrightly silly as they come.they masks their fear with bravado and insults.in another thread, roughrider ;D,my senior in jukwaa and arguably the finest wordsmith in this highly respected digital platform, shows us the extend to which the busybodies with their allied media have turned raila into a national obsession. he offered to pay a relative a certain amount of money for any daily newspaper that does not have a word raila odinga in it but its been diappointment galore for the poor chap who initially saw an opportunity to raise some money for his college.no day passes without raila this, raila that by a kenyan media house. sadly enough, the rhs membership is seemingly trandscandent, cross generational and as the post that you will be reading shortly from ivory coast via zimbabwe illustrate, cross continental from their patron saint who predicted agwambo's assassination only to perish in a tragic air crash to the cowardly type that hide behind the anonymity of the anti-status quoists to spew their venom. agwambo, defied the prediction of the late comrade in the struggle turned raila hater. my lovely and courageous sister rachel shabesh pictured below, launched a tirade on mzee mwai wa kibaki for gracing the rhs recruitment drive(my words) in eldoret the other day under the guise of promoting peace and reconciliation.( kibaki was pricked to the quick and responded promptly with a rebuttal by his press office.) the must read articles were published in the star of monday and tuesday this week. i should be able to reproduce them here later for jukwaaists in diaspora. shebesh was letting out a feeling in odm circles that mzee kibaki who jukwaa's top contributor and vintage member, political maniac, once derisively dismissed as the president who just sits and farts at state house is engaging an adversarial gear in the coalition with raila odinga's odm. he is cozying up to detractors of his co-principal,even having secret meetings with them as was recently the case at harambee hse, making state appointments without deferring to his equal in the government that is the pm and encourages the destabilization of odm by attending the eldoret meetings(public and close door) whose intent, as widely conveyed by nairobi media, was to alienate raila odinga from core constituents and destabilize odm. he has neither spoken out(not even through his spokesman)against the reported gbagbo and pnu mischief in nairobi.mzee kibaki,as kalonzo the musyoka confidently quips,is the one who is assigning several members of pnu in the cabinet including kalonzo to use taxpayers money shuttling across african cities to lobby for kenya withdrawal from icc(read impunity). this move, obviously geared at benefiting the kkk chieftains and leading lights of the rhs ,is, as minister in-charge mutula kilonzo says, is not approved by the cabinet of the republic of kenya and prime minister is neither aware nor consulted. truth be told, we in odm are not happy with mzee kibaki's latest predetory tendency. odm followers are furious that under the shadows of the rhs, the president is of late making decision and appointments that are inimical to spirit and letter of the nara and humiliation to kibaki's equal in the government of grand coalition,rt hon.raila odinga, egh,mp. the questions that we in odm are murmuring but shall soon louldly ask is: what is mzee kibaki's interest in the rhs, is he indeed a member of rhs and if not why is he keen on striking its recruitment bonanza?why is kibaki not abiding to best practices of democracy by respecting wishes of the majority and abiding by it? why is he being perceived to be engineering the judicial cleansing of raila's and odm 's sworn detractor? why is mzee renegading on his commitment to ocampo(icc) and koffi annan group by sabotaging ocampo and therefore exposing raila odinga to redicule, humiliation and attack by merchants and patrons of impunity(as one who is out to fix his perceived threats in 2012)? rachel shebesh as you can see in the misleading rant by ivorian benedict femi oyeniyi from bob mugabe's sphere of influence, the raila hate society are on a recruitment drive, casting their net far and wide. hear him: www.talkzimbabwe.com/ivory-coast-for-whom-does-the-raila-odinga-really-work-cms-1111note: the author can be engaged here, www.facebook.com/people/Oyeniyi-Benedict-Femi/1475807393.

Good qstns sister nereah, now i call apon the jukwaa panua spin doctors to come and feed us the spinning but the truth will stick.
Kibaki had the opportunity to leave a legacy but as usual he squandered it big time. He is an arrogant with''mta do?''mindset who never misses an opportunity to play his games to achieve his selfish gains and doesnot give a damn what common mwananchi thinks about him. He is a disgrace.

rachel shebesh hee..hee. Dada Nereah, things are indeed falling apart in ODM-K and PNU. Events have a way of playing out. To keep attention away from their collapsing dream-castles these stooges RHS. (Raila Hate Speech) Shebesh must have startled them. Two press statements from PPS. The message by Shebesh must have hit home spot on. Change is here with us, yet these impunists still peddle labels such as KKK! They refuse to defend the progressive and popular wishes of Kenyans. Instead they are busy pushing their heads into millstones to our utter amazement. The sea is not far and many will sink come 2012. These toddlers are addicted to RAO. He is like opium. Without a daily dose of him they are unable to function. It is soothing if not consoling for these chaps to call out RAO’s name to calm their nerves. They are climbing higher to be seen and heard. The worse the perceived rise (bite) the louder the RHS hue and cry. A great fall awaits. The writing is on the Hague wall complete with accompaniments. AKA Chameleon has never honored any MOU a far as I have known. The man has demonstrated his disregards for the supreme law. Baba Jimmy does not consult and promotes no national unity as seen in Eldoret last week. He isolates instead. The KK are heading to Ukambani while the other K is in west africa. Why did he go to ELD while RAO and other leaders were out of the country? He lacks in all known leadership qualities. It is the stolen position that sustains him. A sly replica of AKA Kalooser. He serves his own interests. I have a feeling that the Muthauraz, Maj Ali and Uhuru will drag Baba Jimmy to the Hague to serve term there as well after his presidency. Muthaura and others are busy arm twisting the old man to pay their legal bills. I am sure the tenant at the Hill has signed many a document devised to ensure that the Ocampo select do not step in Holland. The KKK grenade was sweet until it went off. Now our Wiper is running to another useless Mzalendo Kibunjia to seek to outlaw the use of the KKK word. Shame on him and on his directionless campaign to withdraw Kenya I do not know from what….

Nereah, It’s not surprising but yet very perplexing that a whole president can preside over the bashing of his co-principal. I think that it’s more than shameful to have a president preside over a meeting/s whose sole aim was to talk ill of RAO. It only shows how the bitter king of othaya has twisted ideas about how to deal with RAO. What he does not understand is that its such antics that make Raila popular in Kenya. Kibaki should have recalled that his spirited efforts to make Raila look bad on the issue of Mau restoration never materialized. This latest offensive by political toddlers will not go anywhere either. Kenyans are clearly watching the tribal outfit called KKK. After the PEV Kenyans have become allergic to tribal groupings. But this particular group has not been accepted by most Kenyans because they have made their intentions crystal clear. That is, use tribe to gain power and perpetuate impunity. If the KKK were elected into office then we, Kenyans, will have the world first government run by known criminals, drugs addicts and alcoholics. I believe that this will not happen for Kenyans are seeing through all the mischief. These guys can blame RAO for everything under the sun but truth be told we will not relent in calling out fraudsters such as Uhuru Kenyatta and Ruto. These two guys have gangster mentality. While Ruto treats most Kenyans with disrespect Uhuru Kenyatta believes that Jomo Kenyatta left Kenya for him to rule how and when he likes. Never mind that we taught him a lesson in 2002. In the so called KKK alliance, Ruto and Musyoka are just escorting Uhuru because if that were not the case Uhuru would not be in the deal. Now Musyoka wishes more than anything in the world that the two guys are thrown behind bars, which he has perhaps calculated will happen. Watch him here saying that Ocampo has a strong case against the six. www.youtube.com/user/NTVKenya#p/u/2/rx_18VndMRsPerhaps it’s the reason why his KKK buddies are not applauding his moves. Kenyans will win the battle against the KKK hands down. All of a sudden the KKK tag has become so hot its inventers want it to be outlawed. Unfortunately it is completely stuck in the minds of the people and it won’t be possible to wipe out. I pity this pathetic guy kajudas. www.nation.co.ke/News/-/1056/1096056/-/11fd652z/-/index.html

To answer yur question dada nereah, yes the othayan in a card carrying member of that hate group - rhs!!
And please dont hold your breath waiting for this guy to explain anything, lest you asphyxiate, and rob us and your family, of your company.
Bravo Ms Shebesh for calling him out, and prompting his slovenly Press aides to crawl out of their slumber and issue a statement

Must I be a criminal to hate Raila? Are you suggesting that it is only the 'anti-christ' that hate Jesus Christ?

rachel wambui shebesh There Is Only One KK-Kibaki AllianceThe president’s interest in this kikuyu-kalenjin outfit is solely to engineer his successionBy Rachel shebeshThere is nothing like a KKK alliance. It is a KK (Kikuyu-Kalenjin) alliance bonded by three factors: Succession, The Hague and Railaphobia.Secondly, each of the players and supporting crew in the so called alliance are in it for totally different objectives. President Kibaki’s interest in this alliance is solely to engineer his succession. It is the reason that compelled the president to grace the rally in Eldoret under the politically-correct auspices of a peace, reconciliation and development agenda or the region. If the President thought he cut the image of a statesman at the rally by being no-committal about his successor and calling on all communities to work together, I am afraid he came out more as a Kikuyu elder representing one side of the KK Alliance. In keeping with his elite brand of politics, unlike Moi, it would be expecting to much of him to openly anoint a successor. The President prefers symbolism and ambiguity as a means of communicating his real intentions. That is why he was flanked on either side by the preferred KK partnership and also the reason he paraded the Hon William Ruto one stage for a second time. If the President genuinely sought national reconciliation his itinerary should have started at an IDP resettlement where plans for final resettlement would have been communicated directly to the cvictims.Instead he chose to play politics at 64 Stadium. It was disheartening and callous of the President of the Republic of Kenya to call for a speedy resettlement of IDP’s which should be completed by June… as sufficient funds have been allocated. What happened to the executive orders? The kind he issued under the Narc government in the speedy recovery of the then Kanu grabbed Kenyatta International Conference Centre? My memory fails me but I am curious to know who the Kanu officials were at the time. I have no doubt that Kibaki’s preferred heir is Uhuru given the message coming from his erstwhile lieutenant like Hon. Michuki and other Central Province leaders. Besides, the President has never made any pretensions to correcting tribal imbalances in the top echelons of strategic institutions like the Office of the President, the Finance Ministry,Military,All police units and the NSIS etc. In these sunset days, reconciling only two ethnic communities in the battle for numbers is no way to bequeath an enduring legacy. This is where the little matter of The Hague provides a convenient interlock of mutual interest. With arguably, two of the de facto KK leaders on the campo list working together is not an option, it is an imperative. Doubtless, the vote rich Rift Valley is an attractive proposition for any Presidential aspirant; while playing ball with the ruling elite is political insurance against potential adversity. This is also the reason the President will sit smugly as the KK leaders and foot soldiers pour vitriol and scorn on his Principle partner in Government, the Prime Minister, Raila Odinga. The Prime Minister is now a convenient scapegoat for all the real and imagined ills afflicting the coalition government including personal woes of members on the wrong side of the law. I fully agree wit those who say Kenyan politics have never been issue based or value driven. They are simplistic, tribal and about self preservation, no matter the cost or the price. Like in war, deception and propaganda are effective tools in politics. Tribal leaders repeated lies or misrepresentations about the Prime Minister have useful propaganda value and will no doubt erode his popularity within their enclaves. It would be naïve for any politician to undermine the formidability of a KK alliance irrespective of the foundation on which it is built. My first concern however is how the President intends to wiggle out of ICC process without subjecting the country to a façade of useless canvassing missions being undertaken by the Vice President Kalonzo. Secondly what plan does he have for reconciliation the rest of the communities in the country including all other displaced persons elsewhere? Thirdly by playing realpolitik at this crucial stage of implementing the constitution, is he confident that its desired outcomes will be realized? Finally we must fiercely guard against any horse trading by the Executive in the selection of our next Chief Justice and Attorney General. For those individuals from other communities being roped in as flower girls to sanitize the tribal engagement, I conclude that you must be a personal friend or are bonded by having a common enemy. Why do I say so? Firstly, in terms of ideology, shared values and principles I see no common thread. The land grabbing under Kenyatta/Moi era, mega scandals, the collapse of state institutions and the YK 92 excesses symbolized by some of the faces in the KK alliance are totally at variance with the simplistic almost naïve demeanor of some of you. Secondly, you bring nothing to the table and will remain flower girls even if the 2012KKK wedding comes to pass. You simply don’t have pedigree, matching wealth, or numbers. You can’t be promised anything either because of the checks and balances in the new constitutional dispensation. Thirdly our politics have no space for indecision. If you don’t aggressively stake your claim or the top seat, don’t expect it on a silver platter. Politics being the art of the impossible, those awaiting endorsement in the event that the ICC indicts potential candidates should stop daydreaming for with realpolitik they may never face trial. It is decision time. As citizens of this country, we have an opportunity to shape the leadership we want. We must smoke out these tribal alliances and expose those hiding behind age and generational change. I call upon advocates of true change based on values and principles to not only soldier on but offer themselves for leadership in various parties. ODM is embarking on its Operation Clean Chama or One County-One Country campaign through holding party election starting March. Come compete, stake your claim and challenge the status quo in a fair battle. Ultimately however we get the leaders we deserve. The writer is ODM nominated MPnote: mzee kibaki rarely responds to public criticism. for him to have been pricked to the quick to issue rebuttal(see his official website) speaks volume.

Wonderful piece by Ms R Shebesh. Thanks nereah.
Wow that was powerful and direct and succinct. I love that style of writing that does not mince words or hedge.
Rachel is correct that there is nothing like the triple k alliance but she is not clear enough in denouncing and declaring that there is also nothing like the double k alliance. No where have the two communities made such a declaration.
I rubbished that double k alliance in a thread here as one invented and popularized by the lazy and pliant PNU leaning press, and the rest of the 4th estate picked up on the term and ran with it. its nothing but a make believe simplistic romanticized version of the ODM coalition from whom the mafiya stole the bloody 2007 election.
I just love the way folks are running away from that greatest of misnomers, folks like kina kiraitu, and even the melony chameleon Judas KM!
Its nothing but a tool to grab power via divide and rule tactics.

These reactionery forces in ODM are hardly helping anything. To keep reacting to what KKK is doing, rather than organise its own events which KKK can react to just shows the degree of dysfunction within ODM itself.
When will ODM organise its own rallies and invite all Kenyans of goodwill and announce to them its termly report of the grand coalition and perhaps table its agenda for the final term?
We know the party is organising grassroot polls and has a key NDC lined up after that. But that does not mean everything else stops and waits for ODM to put its house in order.
Shebesh, Ababu and other dynamic ODM MPs must come out more strongly and more often to defend the party and propagate its policies instead of waiting for Ruto to organise a presidential rally at 64 stadium before writting belated opinions in the media.

That ODM has been reduced (from its top echelons to its minions in JUkwaa) to react to Kalonzo or even KKK helps confirm te party is in trouble.
As Phil rightly says, KKK Is not what should be worrying ODM, it is the public perception of the party becoming week way higher than its knees. Fighting KKK makes it appear as if KKK is a lot more popular than ODM.
It is the same thing about this constant worry about Raila being muddied whilst it appears okay to muddy others. Raila is a politician that is hated, will be hated as much as he is liked. Again worrying about who hates him exposes the weaknesses that abound in Raila's political world that being hated would be something of a concern!
Let others react to you!

the must read article piece by miguna miguna, ;D, is the truth and confrms what i whisper in this column.
it is evident that mzee kibaki knows for sure that he may, after all be the ultimate target in the ocampo strike and as fate would have it, raila odinga remains on the ascendant. you can tell the sense of desperation, angst and wickedness of anti-raila-odm in the venom that kibaki's followers, including a notorious one here in jukwaa, are spewing.
i say there is enough motivation for rhs recruitment bonanza and mzee is justifiably on a panic mode.
no wonder.

One must surely feel sorry for Raila supporters! It seems the season to look for his enemies has overtaken that of singing his praises! But as they say - it never rains, it pours and this is particularly true in the case of Raila. The world is crumbling around him from too many places! But like the phoenix or the proverbial cat with nine lives he seems to arise from the dead. Only concern though is that he should not keep riding on his luck..it could just run out and he will have orpohaned very many of his supporters who seem him like what KANU used to be!

For a while the jomo/ruto axis tried to whip up the emotions of their bases and that of their peers. They were loud and brash, and for a while it seemed they had some momentum. But the tide has turned. The Prime Minister has been very clear, he opposes the ICC withdrawal/deferral moves. He has been constantly reminding his fellow legislators that he opposed the Hague option, calling for a local tribunal but he was laughed out of town in the usual knee jerk reaction exhibited especially by the mafiya and their cohorts. As for rallies, the Hon Prime Minister has held some like in Kamkunji, NEP and elsewhere. There are more to come, so he can directly, without the filter of the lame biased 4th estate, address Kenyans on his P.O.V So I like the caution with which the Hon Prime Minister and ODM are approaching this issue, its a complex emotive one with the potential to instantly self ignite. Its the same caution with which they approached the internal wrecking crew that is ruto, and now ruto is irrelevant to ODM but still using the ODM banner in legico, being the coward he is.
