Kamale, This is a man who said he handed over Kibaki the presidency in 2002 by saying Kibaki Tosha , well he has a little political following in his Nyanza backyard but that definitely does not translate to the millions of votes Kibaki was voted in as clearly confirmed when he tried to tosha Khalwales opponent in the just concluded Ikolomani by election where his toshad candidate pathetically lost. This is a man who is seeking the leadership of the country but a reckless talker . It is well known that 2 days cant pass without him giving out a dangerous talk .This is an example of one .It is this type of utterances that led the country to the 2007 post election violence and for that we cannot risk electing him a president of Kenya not this time not in 2018 . Cant wait for March 04 election so that we send him to political retirement , I hope this time around he will accept defeat as advised by the former Zambian president Banda.
Perfectly stated as far the guy's tongue is concerned, but I am not sure his following is limited to Nyanza! People are not taking lightly the fact that the only real competition is a pair of guys that will be at the mercy of an international criminal court. So the way I see it is that we are headed into a very bumpy 5 yr term.
It can only be bumpy if the guys heading to ICC rig and have a judge swear them in the dark of the night ;D ;D otherwise no worries "CORD" have a smooth path into Statehouse, Kibaki better have the grass cut before he heads off to retirement

one aspiring to be president of Kenya, who has sworn previuosly to defend the constitution Raila owes it to Kenyans to ensure that he reports the Judge to the Rao vetting committee as such a judge should not be serving on any bench in Kenya.
I hope Sharad Rao's team will request the PM to provide them with details of that judge!

This is inconsistent to your earlier assertion that you knew for a fact that Raila was going to 'swear himself' in through public acclamation.

Which Judge? the one who swore Kibaki in the dark of the night after he rigged election? or the one who wanted to make it right by swearing in broad day light the man who actually won the 2007 elections?
THIS TIME ROUND KENYANS ARE AWAKE.. YOU CAN PAUKA HERE ALL YOU WANT BUT UHURUTO WON'T GET A CHANCE TO RIG AND THEN SWORN IN AT NIGHT... THEY WILL BE HOOKED UP INTO HAGUE SO FAST BEFORE THEY CAN EVEN SHOUT ALLELUIA:)

You are either an irredeemable idiot, a functional illiterate or a comedian. (neither of these are insults btw) As I cannot place a finger on which one you are, you can be sure this is the last exchange you and I have. You officially join my ignore list.

Kamalet your hysterical posts here belong to blogs like mashada or others that will praise you on your campaign against Raila.. you are a Mr. Mouth piece Diarrhea stench.. as for all the insults you are throwing out.. look at yourself in the Mirror I bet you see your idiotic face, as for most of your posts on here show your level of ignorance and literacy, I think you need Jakaswanga to give you a few tutoring lessons or else you are doomed.. My advise to you is to polish your shoes, hang up your best suit and be ready to escort your buddies uhuruto to the ICC.. there you don't have to open your mouth spewing diarrhea and propaganda all over the place using Raila's name.. Meanwhile "CORD" Tsunami wave has hit the whole country, tentative independent Polls coming out from the ground, "CORD" has reached 60% and growing strong.. Jubillee is at 30%

Water under a bridge. Kibaki committed treason by rigging and illegally swearing himself in. Raila merely contemplated it. I have just watched in awe on Nation TV, Raila addressing some clergy at a hotel and reveal that someone from the Kibaki side told him that they were cooking the figures and they would have Kibaki sworn any time. Then apparently a judge identified himself and offered to swear in Raila before Kibaki was sworn in but something (mademoni? ) told him not to. Now Raila is under a duty to reveal who that person was as well as the Judge who offered to swear him in as something does sound treasonable here!!

It is important to work out what is 'sedition', and how is it explained in context of 'speech', before jumping into conclusion on what was said, or not said.
