The last week of January 2022 WHO held an emergency meeting and deliberations in Geneva on expanding its powers to take over all member states in the event of a pandemic and “any other form of threat or disaster”. WHO wants member states to sign a new treaty on Covid-19, which expands the 2005 treaty. Once signed by the Ministers of Health, the WHO Constitution (according to its Article 9) takes precedence over a country’s constitution (189 countries have signed the 2005 treaty) during natural disasters or pandemics. Since the definition of pandemic was changed a few years ago (cases based on the PCR test), they can enforce obedience in any country and impose WHO guidelines on the public, which will be mandatory, not just recommended. And that sounds like power over the country and the world. Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger, who has worked for the WHO for 20 years, warns that every country should send a public letter of protest to the WHO. “Governments” should draft a letter stating that the people do not accept that the signature of the Minister of Health can decide the fate of millions of people without a referendum. It is very important to send this letter from every country to the WHO in Geneva. WHO wants all countries to implement the measures by May 2022. Constitutional Petition No E505 of 2021 – Covid – 19 Vaccinations www.judiciary.go.ke/download/constitutional-petition-no-e505-of-2021/The update below was forwarded to me by Mr Harrison Kinyanjui, the lawyer handling the above case: Good afternoon. I was rather tied up to respond earlier than now. Yesterday we were before Justice Mrima in the vaccines case. We informed the Judge that following the "Directions" of the CS Health on March 11th, 2022 that he then gives us leave (legal permission) to file a further Affidavit to demonstrate that the CS Health in purporting to stop the wearing of masks and of use of temperature checks in public places while at the same time mandating vaccination on all person's in public places was in violation of the Constitutional Principles of ACCOUNTABILITY and TRANSPARENCY under Article 10 of the Constitution of Kenya. We also stated to the Court that the CS Health was not being honest with Kenyans on the entire "Covid 19" issue which we referred to as a project. He was NOT accountable for his actions since March 2020. No medical data supported the closures or reopening of the country was tabled before the Court. We stated to the Court that he further lacks transparency on the so-called vaccines issue. Court agreed that we raised grave concerns that should be placed before the Court for CS Health to respond. We were given leave of 14 days to so act. We will accordingly table the gamut of arbitrary, unfounded, unsound and wholly irrational conduct by the CS Health in a deposition. Court return date for hearing if all evidence was set for May 16, 2022. Meanwhile, the order stopping forced vaccines still is in force. 👍🙏 |
