Tue, 31 Jan 2006 15:10:13 -0000 From: "Yusuf A. Nzibo" To: oloo_wa_canada@yahoo.com Subject: Kenya Hostages Held in Iraq since 18th January, 2006 Brother Oloo,
As you are aware George Noballo (42) and Moses Munyao (32), two Kenyan engineers working for Iraqna Mobile Phone Company, a subsidiary of ORASCOM Telecommunication Co. of Egypt, were abducted by insurgents in Baghdad on 18th January, 2006. Their whereabouts are unknown and no group has so far claimed responsibility. The media hardly reports about the two Kenyans, not even ours as we seem engulfed in ANGLO LEASING scandal.
Iraq is a dangerous zone but we need to get the two wananchi home.
Remember the last time Kenyans were abducted it took 45 days to have them released. Negotiations were complex and time consuming. I spend hours looking for clues and communicating with Iraqna. They have promised to do their best.
I need the support of Kenyans in the Americas to keep hope alive for the two brothers. The insurgents DO follow news and watch Al-Jazeera and Al-Arabia besides BBC and CNN. Any little campaign by you guys will help.
Yusuf A. Nzibo Balozi Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 31st Jan. 2006.
