*Sigh* We know that 2/3 of Kenyan judges still are corrupt and 1/3 incompetent. But still, such news are making the country once again the mocking object of jurists worldwide: "The High Court yesterday barred police from arresting and charging former Vice-President and Minister for Finance Professor George Saitoti with any offences based on the report on the Goldenberg scandal."www.timesnews.co.ke/24feb06/nwsstory/topstry.htmlWe don't need judicial reforms. We need a long row of gallows. And then let's hire 200 expatriate judges from other jurisdictions, and build, for a first time, a professional and independent judicial system. Alexander
