After reading the above report, I am convinced more than ever that the CDF should be managed by professionals. This dishonorable MP Paddy Ahenda is proving that Tribalism is not the only problem inhibiting our development. How dare he employ divide and rule tactics amongst his constituents??
The spirit of the CDF was great...self directed development is better than waiting for the Govt. bureaucrat. However if this is how MP's choose to manage the Fund then we might as well do without it.
This whole incident goes to show that we get the leaders we deserve. The constituents of Kasipul Kabondo need to rise up against this moron
