Today, the ICJ's report was published (and its presentation adorned by a speech of the German ambassador, since Germany essentially funded and enabled the research and report, sending one of its most eminent jurists, the former president of the Constitutional Court, Ernst Benda, as support). I must say that I - as a jurist - would underline every single word of the report's findings (according to the published resumé); it seems have been an astute and sharp-sighted probe. "Decrepit" is indeed the word that best summarizes the condition of the Kenyan judicial system, its institutions, its resources, its judges and magistrates. www.eastandard.net/hm_news/news.php?articleid=29274Regards, Alexander
