at the risk of boring some of you, allow me to do the honours with more favourable mentions to our first lady, her excellency mama lucy kibaki.
i am proud of the decision by odm secretary general prof. anyang' nyongo who as minister of health has honoured mama lucy by enabling the government to name the new hospital in nairobi's eastlands as mama lucy hospital.a befitting honour indeed for this great lady.
best wishes mama lucy ;D

Another hopsital named after Mama Lucy after the embakasi (Kayole) one was named after her a year ago? Gee, she is becoming a die hard Lady through her name.

kasuku, nice seeing you around on this day when hurricane isaac is inflicting damage in new orleans leaving some 500,000 americans without power and the day when mit romney's spouse is triggering a big debate on the role of first spouses.
me i am good, just preparing for a trip down to the lakeside to the land of archbishop gilbert deya.
now, i must clarify that the magnificent complex that is mama lucy kibaki hospital is the same one we are talking about here.there is no other one.

Mzee could only spare 15 minutes for his missus? It's good to see he spared other motorists the usual traffic chaos caused by his motorcade but 15 minutes is too short a visit even for an African alpha male...unless she was unconsious. Ugua pole mama Jimmy.

Inevitably I have started hearing some sickening rumors which I won't repeat here.
Few questions:
1. Shouldn't Kenyans be informed whether our first lady is really ailing in hospital?
2. If yes, then shouldn't the head of state be around and not abroad?
3. If no, then shouldn't the first lady make a public appearance to reassure the public that adore her?
4. If Mama Lucy is indeed ailing, my prayers go out to her and family.

The Star newspaper in today's headline is asking the same question we asked right here about ONE year ago about the whereabouts of or beloved Mama Lucy. Yesterday state house issued an unsigned statement purportedly from the First Lady condemning the grenade attack that occurred in a sunday school. www.the-star.co.ke/national/national/96099-where-is-lucy-kibaki-

She can't be anything but well.
Every time I think of her (which I try to avoid very much) I find me thinking. Of the King of the Jungle ... that's the buffalo, of course. I can substantiate all this that I say.
