Judicial corruption is Kenya has not ended after the famous "Ringera Commission purge", which sacked almost half of the judges in the Court of Appeal and High Court, and one third of the magistrates. In fact, Kenyans today as before feel that the judiciary is one of the country's most corrupt and least trustworthy institutions. KenyaImagine had just received an insightful article by Chris Makau about judicial corruption a few days ago. After a bit of research, the editors decided to publish it. For this article clearly names and shames, and there is too little of such openness in present Kenya; instead we are showered with empty phrases and nominal commitments without a real will. www.kenyaimagine.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=495&Itemid=86
