Was going through the papers. I see the title of an article in the Standard. I think to myself, these people check jukwaa and sample our ideas. I go on to read the article. It's no plagarism, but sure as hell they even refer to your comments without mentioning the blog you posted @. They say, "A blogger who identified himself as Destiny noted that compared to other wives of the rich and powerful, Josephine was the humblest of them all."Oloo's blog sure is blazing!!! read on: www.standardmedia.co.ke/?articleID=2000064608&story_title=Humility-was-Michuki-widow’s-other-name kathurekebaara, maybe thats the reason why this thread has more than 2K hits this quick!!!.... Nimeshangaa kweli... titchaz, It is amazing! I've moved here because the other thread is there for Josephine Michuki; who issued a whole press release telling Kenyan women that we must babysit every aspects of our mens lives. Man get your own damn socks and while you're at it make sure they ain't got holes in them. If your mama didn't teach you that, tough luck! I get melancholy seeing people here day in and day out promoting Raila Odinga all the while claiming that this is a trashy site. I wonder what stops these types from starting their own blog where they will be unencumbered by pests like me. We must go to bat for Raila without question? On whoes orders? Which begs the next question, why in the world have Kenyans been struggling for freedom of expression for all these years? Is this what Raila Odinga is all about? Must I bow down and worship him or should I as a patriotic Kenyan offer critical support? Even Mutunga who I really like will hear from me if I think he is not doing right by kenyans. And that is what I expect for myself too. If I'm wrong let me know. Let's argue, talk about it. Critical support. No ass kissing. We all know how to do that. Some of us choose not to!

And that is what I expect for myself too. If I'm wrong let me know. Let's argue, talk about it. Critical support. No ass kissing. We all know how to do that. Some of us choose not to! Dada Kathure,I personally think it is always fair to give credit where it is due and offer critique/critic where we must and I think that most members of this board have always done that regardless of our politicians'/anybody's station in life. If your post above is in reference to Miguna Miguna bashing on this board, then you are off the mark. When Miguna Miguna was unceremoniously kicked out of his job by the PM, did this board not stand behind Miguna Miguna and heavily criticise the PM's action and I think you were one of the PM's bashers then? That this board was outraged by the PM's action is a fact that even Miguna Miguna himself has also acknowledged in his book, if my memory serves me right. Now, if you consider what Miguna Miguna is doing to the PM in his book and his self-professed mission to ensure that the PM does not become president, all the time employing rumours, innuendo and propaganda, how else did you expect fair thinking individuals on this board to react? Did you expect them to praise Miguna or to castigate him? From where I stand, Miguna Miguna has earned what he sowed, viz a thorough bashing! So, yes you Kathure are very much free to critique/criticise the PM like you already did before but you must have a genuine basis/reason. Otherwise it is a no, no, no! And about other members of Jukwaa starting their own blogs, please be careful what you are actually asking for. Jukwaa would not be what it is today if it only had OO as its sole member. OO has many other blogs, are they as famous as Jukwaa? It is these Jukwaa folks you are now proudly telling off to go elsewhere that have made Jukwaa what it is today, i.e a famous and leading Kenyan blog! Like I told my brother OO, I will tell you also this, THINK, MY SISTER THINK!!! By the way, I just noticed that the traffic to Jukwaa has massively gone down in the last few days. Today was actually the worst I have ever seen since I joined the board. It is middle of the week and I saw only about 10 guests lurking behind the scenes. Normally, it is about 40 on average at any given minute during the week with traffic ebbing off at the weekend! But maybe the Jukwaa counter malfunctioned today. Brother Titchaz's very new thread had over 2000 hit in less than 12 hours!!
