In the absence of the context in which this conflict is playing out I don't see how one can draw any rational conclusions. What inititaed this altercation? Why were they filming her? Do they know each other from before?

This is true ebarasi, but she still might have over-reacted here. Despite the fact that we do not know the whole story, I think some wrong has been done here and two wrongs do not make a right.

That's just plain bad behavior. Like outrageously bad. How ridiculous for a black person to be talking to another black person like that in a white supremacist society? She's an embarrassment and has been rewarded for her efforts having been "elevated" to the celb status she was spitting out. "Brracck Americans are trash!" she barked over and over again on a subway platform, all the while being filmed. Didn't she think she'd end up all over the net? What was she hoping to do, sue them?
The guys who were at the receiving end of her ukabila were the only ones acting soberly. They could have become violent or even hauled insults back at her. From what i could make out, they said very sensible things like, "...this woman is an embarrassment to Africans". "...you're an African American now, what'u talking about?" "...a disgrace to the race, and to Africans". They said. They also told her she's "crazy", "cooked" Which she probably is. They were even including her pitiful immigrant self as one of them. They could have started telling her all sorts of ignorant things just like she was doing. Even when the security guard approached to de-escalate the situation, she was stilling yelling and carrying on at the top of her lungs. "Brracck Americans, your mothers are trash!"
