BOKO HARAM, BOKO HALAL, IN SEARCH OF AN AFRICAN MAO!I had a dream, but I am not your Martin Luther King. And with no money to drink, I can indulge myself with dreams the whole evening. Actually, to talk of dream might be a misnomer, it is more like nightmare. I have a nightmare, and it is not your Elm street. I looked at the pridelessness of AU presidents gathered in Malta to haggle for the bribery rates the EU has to pay to have them ACCEPT back rejected African refugees in Europe, and I said to myself, sing the song that once again I hear, Louis, it is a wonderful life.
'The African people stand up! No longer the litter amongst human peoples of the world!' (what is that for sh!t, ati #BLACKLIVESMATTER!)We will see about the specifics later. (hold in mind it took the red Asian more than half a century of dread civil war before his famous THE CHINESE PEOPLE STAND UP! Embrace their destiny for free! China! Free of foreign domination forever!'But there is the controversy in the shadows I wanted to point out: Who knows what he said!? What is undeniable is that THE CHINESE PEOPLE STAND UP is the best statement any revolutionary leader could have used before his people on that day. Because that is EXACTLY what 'was' happened. The price, terrifying of course. But that is freedom for ya. And once it is won, there is the defence of it too! Take a look! US Navy challenge China in Spratlys which is also a test of wills and some time in the future, may be firepower. Now let us do Africa, and be patient. HOW STUFF WORKS: ISA's Growing up deep in the interior of Africa, the folktales told in song and the yarns spun by old grannies in moonlight, were the high points in intellectual development. I remember well the case of the GIMOMIYO series. This was and remains a formative cannon, actually a cultural ISA (Ideological State Apparatus), if we adopt a bit of 'Althuserian' speak. (see footnote) This gimomiyo business is when tales are forged and spun explaining everything observed, first in nature, and later anywhere, yeah, with social phenomena being a very fertile ground for jocular hunting. Gimomiyo is Dholuo for 'The Reason Why!' and it begins, harmlessly enough, with animals doing things humans do, as most children tales tend to. Here are a few examples (from the GIMOMIYO library). Why the giraffe has a long neck (Gimomiyo tiga ng'ute bor). Why chicken and hawks never see eye to eye. Why man and dog go together. Why the tortoise has an armour-plated coat. Why birds lay eggs. Why hens fly only so far, ducks further, and the albatros even further. Why hyenas laugh at you and crocodiles weep for you! Etc etc, and you name it. Now that is all very well and straight forward. And (the ever cunning tortoise and hare apart), children never get enough of the trickery and skulduggerish conniving between things which lead to unceasing fall outs, sometimes forever, like the one between the hawk and the hen.
.. Or the dragon and the SUPER-SIZE eagle if you wish see the point at some point. Of which the following cartoon sheds a very different light. So much for the Chinese people stand up then! --NOT YET UHURU! when giants from afar wade your backyard pond at will, your red lines asunder. BACk to Africa. But even as old grannies amuse their grandchildren in the twilight with the buzz of nocturnal insects and birds as the soundtrack, there are already hints the question WHY is dangerous. The myths and entertaining diversifications authored to cater for facts may have a darker purpose to serve; and therein too, embedded, is already an irrepressible need for abstraction, even if only to warn power has an edgy sense of humour. The animals or things, are imbued with human characteristics. The hyenas talk and think and act like humans, and lions and hypos argue and talk in human language. That is a safety valve. Famous in our place is the story where the crocodile offers to ferry a boy from island A to island B, fast time. It will be a surfing experience for a small price. Midway, the crocodile stops and smiles (that is a yawning sabre-toothed mouth!); the surf-board informs the surfer the price has gone up unilaterally, any objections? 'Make up your mind quick before my family arrive! They are not known to share my patience for meals!' --the crocodile begins to weep for you. This situation, my granny claimed, is called a 'traffic jam'. The boy was in a traffic jam! We the crowd of countryside children would of course be incredulous. We would instinctively know the situation could be described as a 'jam' alright, a tight wet spot, but a traffic jam? Traffic was a new usage to us in this respect. Perhaps legs were being pulled a lot of of apart? What the hell was a ' traffic jam'? we blew our young tops. In our case, our granny narrated she did not know either, but had heard of this 'concept' from Tom Mboya. This the greatest man from our shores had gone to the United States and when he came back, joked his vehicle had been SWALLOWED up in something called a traffic jam, (caused by snow?), in a place called New York. Our granny had ran that through her creative mind and found an equivalent, and decades later we still remembered that a 'traffic jam' is when a crocodile ferry changes its mind midstream, and it is time for deux ex machina. (Mboya is also reported to have said the Big Apple was so big, a 'sea of people', Kisumu town would just be one block in a street in a single estate!) NB: Mboya: he electrified our people with hints there was a world out there which, to confront successfully, needed be a complete change in the way of thinking. That is why he brought a helicopter to Rusinga island and ordered all parents to bring their children to gape for two days. The idea was, the children of fishermen were confronted with a choice, dream to fly away and be an airman or sorts, or stick around and be a fisherman like dad and his noisy harem!? Mboya: 'Those who want to fly away with me to another world, come this side -chungua! (pen and paper, school!) Those who prefer to remain in the local world of fishermen and do local gin, come this side -banana! (hook and line, fish!)'In those two days, folklore goes, Tom Mboya had ruined the calm of the island. Every young boy and girl wanted to go to school and fly away, or, if impossible, sail away to another world. The age-old respected world of local fishing would now be a career of rejects, ' jodong' chien', the backward lag behinds. It was a spark well lit. Recently I paid tribute in kind to my imaginative grandmother. When the Kenyan banks already running cut-throat interest rates hiked them again, MIDSTREAM, to dispossess mortgaged home-owners, I told my students there is a way you could see that situation as a 'traffic jam'. ---I liked the looks they gave me. Reminded me of the looks we gave our grandmother, far away in time! But there will be no deux ex machina in the tale of the banks and the people. Which means the interrogation of CBK chair Dr Patrick Njoroge will be ruthless and relentless. At the end of which he will be halal or haram. –--if you get the drift. The Gimomiyo cannon can turn nasty. (Today I will be too busy to delve into when it turns dirty!) After Tom Mboya was gunned down (just across from his towering statue at the street now named after him), there was of course a rush of ' GIMOMIYO JOMO ONEGO TOM' offerings, one funnier than the other, all with a touch of knavish wit. (The reason why Kenyatta killed Mboya.) They needed not be true of course, just folklorish talk, like the reasons given for why the owl loves the twilight, and the bat is a night-flier. Some would be forgotten, others memorable, even bandied as plausible in the real world far from myth. Still it is not that easy to spin a timeless and successful yarn. The cultural cannon has its standards. Anyway one of the explanative jokes went Tom was fooling with the president's wife, and Jomo in revenge was minded to INHERIT Tom's wife in turn. (Mano kindgi giwegi gin Jo-KANU! Ruedhi laro ng'ony!) -That is between them, KANU top dogs! Competing for p-ussy. That is why the-reason-why-cannon in folklorish tales is a terrifying instrument. It is multipurposed. Ostensibly for amusement, it can yet invite repression from power, because it takes such open-ended liberties that end up being seditious. In its apparent harmlessness then, ordinary culture laughs at all of us. If the top detectives will not solve a murder and avail all the indisputable facts, folk culture is not going to share their duplicitous incompetence or negligence. I once read in a crime book that the nature of an execution can tell you a lot about the motives and the mentality. Gory ones like those of JM Kariuki and Robert Ouko point to a very personal injury as informing the choice of psychopaths to carry them out. Happily, folklore too is not devoid in scientific sense, and throws in loose spouses in the mix when these grissly murders come up in politics. Need not be true of course, but the benefit of doubt is out there when the stellar scientific departments are gone hush. When local Boko is not living up to the lofty reputations of the dispensing Western alma mater's. If the African elite educated at the posh of Western institutions will not uplift Africa, but only sink her deeper into despair and colonial dismemberment (failed states), then folk culture is going to have one on them, and a bloody one too: that is the BOKO HARAM joke. and that joke aint funny at the frontline. Here is another small joke on the sidelines. What future, Africa rising!? I had to give that introduction. (Continued).

WHAT FUTURE, AFRICA RISING?continued. Nigeria female prison. well, putting a positive spin on it, it is of course an interesting social experiment, infants growing up in a subhuman prison, fascinated by the brutality of the pimps serving as guards ver their mother's chastity, all on behalf of the modern African state. A new breed of monster when he matures and takes center stage. You aint seen no sh!t yet! In this tour I will take you to places you would rather not. And I do not mind if one closes their eyes, for some pains are truly beyond human endurance without first, a buffer. I have a buffer myself, which is simply that I have been through a few of Africa's hells and survived to tell the tales. I have a compulsion to tell some I have witnessed too, for instance, since I have never read it anywhere, it seems no African journalist wants to report there are jails in Africa so abandoned, that prisoners have resorted to cannibalism to stay alive, literally. There is ritual butchering of man for the daily meal. That is dark, deeply dark, but the shining beauty within, is one has to reckon with the human drive to live on. There is no surrender, the willpower to exist is insanely resolute, but the choices made would burst the minds of folks going about their daily lives of love. Until they are thrown into similar situations and have to survive, and they discover the depraved depths of cruelty they are capable of indulging to that purpose. To date, all the depraved heights of cruelty power has risen to in Africa have been merely to keep her down. None whatsoever to rise her up. That is gonna change some time, and I am not sure I want to be there to witness it. When Africa really is on the rise, the masses of her young men and women will have an unmistakable glint of pride in their eyes even if they are poor. Freed souls, their tread will be the unmistakable lightness of a long wait future, arrived at last. Radiant like an adolescent in love, a rising Africa will shine through in her youth, urban or rural, in jail or out. And you can take that to the bank. Banks being what they are these days, let me change that to grave, and heaven. Africa is a problem to be solved. The white man's burden by another narrative. But it will be solved by her own peoples. It is just that my heart trembles, knowing what I know is out there in the hearts of man, the young men this current Africa has nothing to offer, and can only die painfully, disused as if they were a NAZI perferct definition of untermensch --subhuman species. But they die dreaming, of freedom from hell. Look at some humorous photos of our people. Tell me, fellow Africans, the pride in your heart when modern Africa is the ritual degradation of her young men. It would appear in this civilisation of ours, being a young black male African is HARAM! Ungodly! And because most of those photos are from Nigeria -the African (oil, intellectual, economic and commercial) giant, let us take a light moment for reprieve. FROM DREAM TEAM TO DREAM TEAM: what if things stay the same!? The President Goodluck Jonathan DREAMTEAM left it where they found it. Lots of Boko, things stayed the same, not to mention from Obasanjo II to the Umaru y'Aradua interregnum. Welcome Muhammadu Buhari Mark II! And here is a sharp taste of the NEW dream team BUHARI: BOKO HALAL at last!? qz.com/547171/nigerias-president-buhari-has-sworn-in-a-new-cabinet-at-last/Will they continue giving boko a bad name? Or will they undergo the Saul-to-Paul bolt of lightning on the road to Damaski and, as the magic lamp of the tales of Arabian nights, a gigantic Nigeria of a djini issue out of its present rotting shell!? That was on a light touch. Next: on a dream.

BOKO HARAM, BOKO HALAL, IN SEARCH OF AN AFRICAN MAO!I looked at the pridelessness of AU presidents gathered in Malta to haggle for the bribery rates the EU has to pay to have them ACCEPT back rejected African refugees in Europe, and I said to myself, sing the song that once again I hear, Louis, it is a wonderful life. Interesting observation. "Kenya's" performance (via Ms. Amina Mohamed) was similarly interesting. Some Ethiopian guy, supposedly on behalf of the AU, did the "warming up": Africa is a serious continent and is not be be f**ked with! Ms. Mohamed then went into it---tantrum, then threat, then attempted blackmail, then guilt-trip, and so on, and so forth. Very colourful stuff. And then a repeat. (All married men know how this sort of thing goes.) While all this was going on, I thought I'd review the AU's latest position on ICC matters. I thought I might look into this after hearing Ms. Mohamed state that ... well, if the rest of the assembly considered that Africa was just taking up valuable time and not adding value, then Africa would just have to pack up and leave. The AU's position has really not changed much in a couple of years or so. In mid-June 2015, the position was stated thus: The ICC did has never cared to "terminate or suspend" proceedings against these two characters; so one could say that nothing has been achieved on that front. Still, the worthies considered it necessary that the AU: (Yes, that's the decision insisting on termination of suspension until ...) But all that is something of a digression, or a warming-up, or a something. Here is where I was headed for, in the context of Africa Rising: While prowling through the AU papers, I took a look at the AU budget for 2016. That's the budget of the folks who can walk out just like that if you f**k with them. The budget is for around $418 million. Of that, 60% is to come from "development partners". Yes, those are the people who are being told that " we can just walk off if you f**k with us". But 2016 is yet to start. Problems still remain in 2015. Quite a few sovereign, independent, and equal countries have not (as usual) cared to pay their dues to this worthy organization. Solution? Step forward, aforementioned partners. So while approving the 2016 budget, the AU also: Africa's Rising. And if you don't treat us with respect and as equals, then we'll simply walk off and do our own thing. Even if it means begging for aid from you. Looping back: Real change is never cheap. In post-independence Kenya, we've had that twice. The first was when Mtukufu Rais Arap Moi beat the crap out of people for so long that they simply had to get up and do something; that brought about the so-called second liberation or democracy or whatever. The second was the PEV, and that finally led to the acceptance of a new constitution. So it is that the guy who gets up in the slums and yells "fire! fire! fire!" might just be stirring things up, on behalf of his side, but at a certain level (perhaps even subconscious) there is an acute awareness that real change will not come from "yes, sir!", "may I, sir?", "thank you, sir".

OtishOtish said OTISH, the performances of girls like Amina at these international events are comical amusements to other countries. However, to us, countries that bore them, supposedly delegated them, and thus must share the indignity of their international stardom, introspection must be our lot once we are done with the shame. It is a painful place to be, when your diplomats are nothing but career beggars puffing up their chests, shaking their emaciated fists at supposed enemies who, come the night, they will be bearing their all to accommodate in whatever position required, in goods delivery. It is safe to imagine the irony of this kind of tantrum shows are lost on the likes of Amina, for, imagine they had the critical mental depth to give it a thought! I am sure you have noticed Githu Muigai has changed tact, not much but enough to register +tive. He has become more media sedate, more thoughtful, and consequently less foolish in public. -I think I won this bet! I had confidently declared at the drinking club Githu Muiga will rediscover himself. He would either resign, or go about his job quietly, or in any case a touch less stupid the way he began. I was basing this on cultural assessment and not Boko (western book learning). Githu is brainy. It took black-out alcoholism for Kibaki to switch off his great mental powers. Githu is not a drunk, so I asked my colleagues: what do you think it will take for Githu to switch off his mental prowess!?Resignation would be treachery: ie, abandoning a family member in shark-infested waters. Drunkenness would be too late in the day. Therefore Self-rediscovery (or some semblance of) looked the only reasonable alternative left, suicide excluded! Haha Otish, Mama Mboga's is a dangerous place as you can see! We are now placing bets on the likely performance pathway of Githu Muigai in the NEW anti-corruption Body! Yes, I am crossing fingers for Githu. This will be the test of, let me put it this way, his circumcision! I am betting he is half- cut!NB: On Africa's pride and begging, the pains of it were once expressed to us in a brief lecture by Ben Mkapa I think he was. He was President of Tanzania and found time to accept an invitation to a tropical institute in Europe, when his begging-bowl-shuttle brought him knocking doors far from home. A German fellow wanted to know, and went: 'Mr. President, how do you deal with shame at a personal level, assuming you have the faculty of dignity and the capacity to recognise the situation for what it is, when you come begging in a super-jet, while pretending you have other issues to discuss!?'Deathly still: it was obvious Mkapa had never been dead-shot in public in this fashion. And his mind was too big to duck reality. Some blacks in the room wiped a discrete tear. Mkapa had nowhere to hide. His soul swam in shame. he wore armour to hide it, but armour was only that thick in the face of toxious meltdowns within. Decades after independence there was not much self rule to report in the continent. But reality is what it is, and no choice is no choice is no choice. And then a bit of humour will save the day. 'I am working on it, that the next president of Tanzania does not have to undergo the horror you put me through today, madhafakas! Now be kind and fill my begging bowl with goodies, not spit!' Don't know if I clapped, but others sure did. It was a feeling like the Argo passed those chewing rocks! Next!

PARAMETERS: BOKO HALAL IN SEARCH OF AN AFRICAN MAO!I HAD a dream. Actually a nightmare. --(continued) Africa in search of Boko Halal, the rocks of Gyrae masticated the Argo! There were no survivors! THE PARAMETERS AFRICOM PIMPLES ON THE FACE OFTHUCYDIDES: 400-460 BC, Athens, Hellas. And then there has been a 20 year vision unveiled by Xi Jin Pin (who is that again!) and it leaves no doubt where China is headed in its own vision. The question then must be asked, and has been asked. Mine the concern is the consequences of the battle of the Titans for poor Africa. And the kind of leadership needed to cope. ( Wole Soyinka revisited: the calibre of forge that will cope). This is stuff for adults only. Mr. Pessimist or Mrs. Optimist Keep all that in mind as I take you through a tour of a dream. AFRICA IN SEARCH OF BOKO HALAL! A dream tackling a Boko Haram execution moment. In this dream, a pernicious Nigerian sect with a catchy name had gotten hold of me. To kill. This group which is increasingly gaining notoriety for suicide bombings executed by juveniles, of both sexes, is known as Boko Haram in popular usage. This phrase is suppose to be Hausa code for western education is evil. This militant group doubles up for a kind of fossilised, Islamic doctrinaire plague, murderously rejectionist, and is currently wreaking mayhem and discord throughout the environs of Cameroon and Chad at large. It has precipitated anarchy in the northern expanse of the populous African Oil giant formerly known as Negro-Area, though not without the blessings of an inept and corrupt state army. This infamous group under the shady if manic Abubakar Shekau, has of late achieved more infamy by swearing allegiance to the other Abubakr who runs the more fearsome incarnation of Al-Qaeda in Iraq and Syria. As to whether Shekau is air or stone, real or fiction, dead or alive, that one is another African folktale better enjoyed as an exercise in lucrative infantile pedagogy. He has been reported killed no less than five times and, a similar times, his photos in gruesome death distributed by various Nigerian companies for proof; howbeit everytime he bounced back! pray, tell, is he one of identical quintuplets? are these other serial Shakau's, impostors --like Saddam Hussein was rumoured to have doubles? Is he death-proof and resurrects like Jesus the son of God!? Or is it the Nigerian army which is, let us be kind here, running rings around itself!? The kind of mind-boggling sums stolen by the Nigerian army procurers tell their own tale.
they are so mind-boggling they surely must lead to mind-boggling explanations of reality, meseems! Now you see why I spent time delving into the folktales of the Lakepeople, the gimomiyo series. I have been thinking about GIMOMIYO Abubakar Shekau tho to chier! (Why can't Shekau die and stay dead!? must be a profitable racket for someone's somewhere!) Yes, Abubakar Shekau could be one of those riddles your granny tells you on an evening when the first harvest is home and, the saying goes, people will fart and sh!t well, but the big hyena will still come to hunt, for the big hyena too, wants to sh!t and fart well. Let me translate that one about big hyenas needing to fart well too Thinking out America's Africa policy may just reveal uncle Sam has a soft spot for these groups, just like in Syria, it has been a trying time watching the Obama administration categorise Al-Nusra Front as moderate Islamic. For honest people, Al Nusra Front is the rebranded Al-Qaida in Iraq and Syria, the chief competitor to ISIS! The doctrinal Geopolitical chess game of Brzezinski has its price. Blind spots should we say. And desperate times have always authored desperate measures, blindly so. Back to our dream, and mind your parameters of interpretation. No Freudian obsession with sex for the moment. Let us stick with Zbigniew Brzezinski, or Mao, the enemy of my enemy is my friend. Yes, I was at the point where them Shekau beasts had caught and trussed me up, the executioner studying the sharpest end of his blunt sword. But to continue with the dream I was starring in.
They were putting me on a show trial. And from the bleak look of things, my head and torso would soon be permanently divorced, courtesy of a firm sword passing through my neck. My crime was: I was full of BOKO, had become HARAM. My throat needed be slit open, that my blood appease the Earth, and I cease to pollute Holy Africa. It is a charge worth pondering in some detail, considering the adventures of a post-colonial Africa in the hands of a quisling lot, and the library-decks of indictments at the address of that self same African elite. These (indictments) are so well enunciated in the great works of art by the very bests of post-colonial scribes that, O God, it is indeed a slamdunk for their extermination! (a dance of the forests; the beautiful ones are not yet born; Xala! The burdens by John Ruganda, song of lawino!
. ) And so here I was with a trussed fate, like the boy Ikemefuna whose tale is told by Chinua Achebe in things fall apart, continued.

WAITING TO DIE! Today I am hurried and I must push on with the story of my nightmarish dream in Boko Haram captivity, but I will find time some day to pause at length on the instructive story of Ikemefuna. The boy's life had been mortgaged by his people to a village whose inhabitant his people had killed. He was a blood price, for peace. Then life went on and he grafted well in the new home, adapting full to become a happy and proud son to make one jealous, adoption not withstanding. And Okonkwo was no easy man to please. Yet it all came to a shattering anti-climax when the Oracles woke up one morning to demand a sacrifice of blood. The boy's blood. It was not personal, just a customary ruthless reckoning, but people are free in the privacy of their minds, like Obierika to Okonkwo, to voice their disquiet at oracles that demand such of man. But that is another story. PARALLEL: ----- (Watch European Nationalist oracles decree Francois Hollande of France trot the globe calling upon the cult of blood to shed, as if he were some mate-seeking vampire, hot with the rising moon.
O yeah, pitiless must jugulars be torn! Arab jugulars, white teeth! -flow, oh blood, flow! the dry sands of the desert are deep, and not a trace there shall be! Flow, oh blood, flow like the crusades were all here again running amok!)
. and other songs. -------- Well, the Boko Haram case against me was a slam-dunk. Their Willy Solomon Mutunga agreed with their Keriako Cutthroat Tobiko. What remained was for the confessor to prod and toy with me, to kind of record the last haram words from my Boko mouth. Thereafter would my tongue be shut-ripped, Ah men, for I am a born Christian, even if non practicing outside Christmas and Easter! Fixed and awaiting the chop as such, I was busy amusing my captors. It was more by the way my arzz was singing in terror; Lo, how intensely versatile in musicology it was proving to be. Sometimes came the singular long hiss, the one which in daily life would be associated with a pungent whiff, then again came the rumble of a thunder whose power shivered the buttocks, only to fade a way in the faint chuckle; I amused them too, with the intermittent bursts that mimicked the dying coughs of an old diesel posho-mill, (one which once was the proud owner of violently powerful spurts at full throttle). Then there again did I entertain them with the whining, whistling surges of steaming tea-pot tops, shrill like the last call of the train to hell. If audio dexterity at flatulence were an Olympic Sport, the Kenyan national anthem would have rang loud, the gold medal in the bag. 'You sure learnt all the orchestral arzwork in Boko college!', the primed executioners mocked me. 'yes,' I responded, 'they only teach Africans there to bleat with their hinds, like goodly sheep. They do not teach us to think anything for themselves!' I rounded off, clutching at straws to save my furious arz, sorry, sweating neck. But if I had imagined I could ingratiate myself unto their emotions by a shot of sycophantic flattery, I was wide off the mark, seeing the face-disfiguring kick I received for thanx; so I changed tact to see if I could provoke them to quickly get over with it: in my screwy life I had never imagined I would so crave death to come quick. Death I had imagined, would always be unwelcome. 'Boko civilisation, my dear Hausa and Fulani goats,' I started my last lecture soliciting quick death, 'has, generally speaking, produced the dominant powers of the known world for the past 500 years. That is a fact to ponder before you bandy religious terms like haram about it. Mind you, ten millennia of proud Chinese civilisation were smashed by a tiny boko worm called Portugal, neither did the geese didn't take long about it; then millions of Chinese peoples and their emperor, son of heaven he called himself, were forced into opium addiction for profit by another boko power, Lilliputian in comparison to the ancience of China really. 'That enforced, compulsory national opium addiction is Haram yes, but one needs to recognise the determined ferocity of THIS STRAND OF Boko Power. It is one with a decided world view. One need must reckon with it's meticulous attention to detail, its unflinching resolve, its scientific rigour in organisation, whether it is in exterminating millions of Jews at Auschwitz, whether depleting the whole of Africa of able-bodied males for slavery in America, or scouring the worlds continents looking for oil and gas, clearing natives off their path as if they were overgrowth vegetation.Shocking and awing them to death as it were. 'In the middle east, the home ancestral of Allah, boko power England had a cruel sense of humour. She assembled all the big chiefs susceptible to her charms of manipulation and offered them a deal they could not refuse. England ordered them to claim they had a drop of Mohamed's blood in their veins and that made them True Divine Kings, designate. Precondition for fulfilment? they recognise England as the guarantor of their worldly power, obey her in this world and kill all those of their citizens who oppose that deal! -Say No and I replace you with military men who wont have a qualm doing my bidding. And this went on until England expired, overplaying her hand during Suez, wherefore the USA inherited the role of all round puppeteer!'' THERE ARE MANY STRANDS OF BOKO, ONLY AFRICA IS THE MONOPOLY OF THE HARAM VARIANT! At home in the motherlands of capital, we witness mature boko taking care of business. IT is imperial, popular and global geo-strategic. It is a potent thought, bourgeoisie civilisation that birthed the proletariat as its match, and perhaps we can cite Zigbniew Bzerzinski as an example of the evil genius of its imperial content. Put another way, the mature bourgeoisie as hitherto the most revolutionary class in history. (citing Marx.) Once in power and a land in their talons, they are not about to give it up without a fight, as Mao and his Chinese (Kuomintang) nationalists found out. NB: Vladimir Putin The Bear, if I am to believe current critical consensus, is finding out the same. The Bzerzinski doctrine dictates his Russia be shrunk back to a vassal, a subservient state the way it was under the drunken clown Boris Yeltsin. That promises a lot of fireworks. Even if by proxy. NEXT: boko infantile --HARAM! boko mature --HALAL!MATURE BOKO TRANSFORMS A PRE-HISTORIC SAUDI ARABIA INTO A FAIRY TALE OIL OASIS IN THE DESERT!

THERE ARE MANY STRANDS OF BOKO, ONLY AFRICA IS THE MONOPOLY OF THE HARAM VARIANT!
NEXT: boko infantile --HARAM! boko mature --HALAL!
MATURE BOKO TRANSFORMS A PRE-HISTORIC SAUDI ARABIA INTO A FAIRY TALE OIL OASIS IN THE DESERT! A historical time freeze: in the beginning there was an oil company, ARAMCO, and then there came a state, Saudi Arabia! It was Aramco which introduced modernity to Saudi Arabia. Give and take, I will take that! I wont argue it in disputation! (you can not keep oil money under your matress, O King, you need something called a bank to do that, many banks.' said the American. He meant 'exclusively our banks!' but that was better left unsaid. When real Boko arrives in town and goes to work, it is ---camel to mercedez benz in one week, ---Alibaba cave of treasure to central bank in 6 months, ---tent to skyscraper in 1 year, ---tribal homeland to nation state in five years, ---sword charge on camel back to jet-fighter missile launch in 1 year, and other stories! The oil-wealth fuelled modernisation was so breathtaking Saudi Arabia has to cling on some of the most barbaric cultural practices to find its footing! Only yesterday did the first Saudi woman drive a car! And that is not a joke on april one! That Nigeria (trying cutting lanes across a female Nigerian motorist in Lagos and see if you live to tell the tale) has not the kind of infrastructure of Saudi Arabia, has got nothing to do with the evil nature of Western education, nor the absence of an Oil conglomerate like Aramco, but just the inferiority of the strand the Nigerians specialised in and brought home --see Robert Mugabe on Kenya's universities. Then of course, sad to be said, the Nigerians have SHELL, which is anglo-dutch, and it is not for nothing those two states are still ROYAL. It means they are a bit soft in the head, unlike the swashbuckling no-holes-barred republican yankees. Imagine the daring and raw commercial drive of aramco combined with the boisterous industry and frontal business culture of ordinary Nigerians! I swear Nigeria would be out of Japan's reach now, far ahead of Germany. --you can therefore imagine how time I think independent Nigeria has wasted! and suppose one were to quantify that time wastage into rage!? Why not declare boko haram? This is why I am watching General Buhari, is he the latest Hausa-Fulani goat going astray, l ike all the others heretofore who have lost their way, or is he a man of renaissance with fire in the balls, or some other secret elixir which would be the stuff needed to take Nigeria by the collar and yank her off her cesspit of Haram administrators, there to propel her some into the realms of halal rule?Do that all in four years, nay, I would wager 3.5, for he spent a half year assembling his dream team cabinet! (And of course I know Hjalmar Schacht did better in 2.5 years and he was a mere mortal. Otherwise what for would I call Buhari his Excellency if he is worth less expectations? For that I just say the latest goat at the helm of Nigeria, poor rotting giant! What a fcucking indifferent who-re Africa is! Taking her to bed is like climbing the sphinx at Giza, Egypt. Doesn't give a damn! A nightmare! A time riddle! www.londonlovesbusiness.com/business-news/finance/stop-the-press-apple-is-not-the-worlds-most-valuable-company/3250.article Aramco has built a state, that is far beyond the competence of apple! May be apple can compete shell if Buhari continues the stupid line.

just to rehash the ARAMCO business which has so captured my imagination: MATURE BOKO TRANSFORMS ARABIA, A FAIRY TALE IN THE DESERT! To this day, there is really no gulf monarchy which would last a day without the American security blanket. That is mature boko taking care of business. Imperial and global geo-strategic. It is a potent thought. The mature bourgeoisie as hitherto the most revolutionary class in history, citing Marx. But why does the ruling orgachy in the United States believe democracy in the gulf states is incompatible with the oil-security partnership with the USA pre-eminent like with NATO in Europe? Why must the USA insist of backward and pre-historic ruling forms for Oil-rich Arabs? (we know the answer don't we!? Democracy is complicated business, not something for simple-minded desert folks. And Gosh! all that oil and nearby trade routes! the one indispensable nation on earth can not shirk her duty and let simple-minded desert folk have a say in that, no!?TAKING A DEEP BREATH. NB: We may need to take a deep breath and wonder if, with either Hilary Clinton, Donald Trump, or some other future republican nincompoop in the White House, a case can still be made for the transformative power of the United states as a leading capitalist ideological nation. It may still be a leading technological and innovator, but ideologically speaking, with the Donald now spooked the establishment into overt embrace of (reli-racial) bigotry -- Clinton has changed tact after the latest failure of denouement to lower the poll ratings of the Donald within voting white males, I am of the opinion they dropped the baton. That means even internally they no longer can keep their own national illusion going. The torch atop the statue of Liberty in New York dims, the tired and wretched from far shores just must perish at sea, unless they are white, lilly white. May be that is the way it was always been, covertly, but to have it stated so openly, and embraced so shamelessly, and raucuosly echoed in public, marks a watershed. The brain-surgeon Carson, Afro-American also running to be PORK, stated a Muslim should never be president of the United states, even if he is Hussein Obama from Hawaai! Cheers everywhere except the Nation of Islam, home-bred Muslims, mostly black, and the other all American muslims with various lineages! You could laugh, but these are guys running to have their finger on the nuclear briefcase, the power to destroy the world many times over. So we will return to the ideological decay of the USA later, when we question whether in its Asian pivot, the post Obama presidency will have the depth to sort out China's rise in other terms than war mongering, and eventual war.But let us deal with our own goats first! There is, away from the mature boko thought of imperial grandeur, also the edited boko for ex colonials and current vassals. This variant of boko is dumbed-down, it is abridged and diffused of its explosive charges. This globally tame but locally predatory strand may be the one you, our Fulani and Hausa goats bearing the standards of boko haram militancy, are obsessed with because it is the only one you see in practice, the only variant you detect in your ivy-league educated brothers and summa-cum-laude sisters like Okonjo-Iweala and Allison Madueke. These talents go to all these fancy Ivy league schools in the West, come back to Nigeria, only to facilitate rape and loot and further degrade her like the basest of colonial cannibals. Theirs is to guarantee Africa stays the heart of darkness. And that really is HARAM. By all definations! No two ways about it. Such rot must be expelled, jiggers uprooted from under the toes of Africa, or putting it another way, such heads must be cut down and the cleverness in them lost as collateral damage. I think Africa will accept that price. We lost Sankara, we lost Murtala. And Lumumba and Samora. When you have lost such illustrious kids, your heart is hard, and can bear the loss of beloved scum, with ease. Thieving ivy-league summa cum laudes are beloved scum, their loss will be borne in step. Here we can link a graph/table listing the monies stolen from African economies, central banks, against the alma maters of the top echelons in those departments. For instance Kenya: Kamau Thugge, PS, Hopkins and Princeton. David Rotich, MoF, Harvard Kennedy Njoroge Patrick, CB governor, Yale.
Rate of theft in the economy: 25-30% GDP debt repayment/service portfolio: 49% government revenues. Major scandals -none! (ie too many to bother listing any!)Now Africa has 50+ odd nations. (I have the rates/tables for Nigeria, Ghana and Egypt on the screen here!) THE GOOD NEWS We have seen this sad tale is not the only side of the boko coin. This variant prevalent in Africa is NOT THE ONLY BOKO in the market. It is merely the particular BOKO specialised in by the African ruling class, and a few universities in Africa, as is alleged the infirm Robert Mugabe recently joked in one of his (rare?) moments of wakefulness: 'Kenyan universities award degrees in theft, please Zimbabweans, graduate anywhere but Kenya! No, the old joker didn't shout it with courage quite like that. He was speaking in Shona and he cracked a parable. That Shona-challenged journalists translated/understood he meant Kenya is another matter altogether. (But ever since Ol'Robert in his capacity as AU chair welcomed his fellow presidents as 'my disciples, seeing all you are out to become life presidents, judging from the epidemic of constitutional changes to get rid of term limits!' I know he has the wit and the I-don't-care-age to pull a fast one on anybody. Remember his Obama put down? So Yes, one can major in theft in college. The theft of public goods being the best, safest option for get rich quick. Nations where this kind of education is practiced are of course colonies headed nowhere except liberation songs. This kind of boko or western book-learning is a dead seed. It is impotent as Sembene Ousmane long ago diagnosed in his satire of the new ruling class who had snatched the awakened hottie from the colonial embrace. Hot young Africa wedded the new local boy in a lavish ceremony called independence and then the utensils of consummation jammed. - Bwoch oa gi nyako kathum, otang' chon owacho niya: lonyri piyopiyo an ahero kuno! That is the way Ogwang' Lelo gir Okoth the late Nyatiti maestro would put it at a funeral wake. Unfortunately this Sembene-Ousmane ridiculed brand is the key one Western Educated Africans come back with in the main, and, in deed, it bears and abets the strife and pestilence we observe in Africa from North to South. It is also a harbinger of the dependency complex which will necessitate foreign military bases on the continent, a re-occupation. However, rest assured Boko has other hidden variants, potent, ruthlessly progressive and modernising at turbo rates, alive and ferocious against peoples ills, and ALL HALAL, even all Allah Halal. A bit of this one could do Africa alot of good. The permanent revolutionisation of productive forces, competitive social relations which are an ever shifting centrifuge of political process, combine to create a civilisation which you outlaw to your own peril. Even God is subject to this ruthless competition. He does not match up, he is a relic. And the way the barbarians climbed over, or sailed around the great wall of china built to keep them away! Beware! To overcome the class running this system is not a ball game you do by selling young virgins for a dollar at the local cow market. A look around big Boko capitals all around the globe will reveal the better variant of a slave market for female human meat. A RED LIGHT DISTRICT. Let us go to Scandinavia and take a look at Amsterdam to have an idea of the meat market. Cleaned up and manicured and made up, half-clad female flesh is on display like cancer-causing red meat, soliciting to be rented, bought and sold for fleshly pleasures or otherwise consumed. Sometimes even tax deductible. Now, some rum dum Hausa or Fulani lunatic selling schoolgirl virgins is only a curiosity I assure you, not a shock! (A curious reminder of American slave markets, niche paedophilia!). Wherefore you better take a closer look at Boko, and identify the haram bits to reject and halal bits to internalise. But okay, I admit at worst it could mean the elimination of my ilk. That is the physical extermination of western educated Africans. --Africa look east! For a change in of elite corps! (Not yet Afrika look within!) You hear that you goats!' Aaaah! I woke up drenched in sweat, and possibly a bit of sheet, because that was the executioner's sword swishing through the air toward my neck! Shhhhhiiiiiiiite! I should drink less and definitely avoid party drugs! --terrifying hallucinations! An Africa whose vast wealth serves Africans first! Haram or Halal? As the dice rolls in the air, blood will flow, just like in the middle east outgrowing the picot-sykes straight jacket shell. Dictators come and go. Samora Machel's battlecry ringing out, ever echoing in the depths as warriors fall and new ones rise to the sword. Only song I ever had, songs of freedom -Bob Marley.

And Gosh! all that oil and nearby trade routes! the one indispensable nation on earth can not shirk her duty and let simple-minded desert folk have a say in that, no!?
TAKING A DEEP BREATH.
NB: We may need to take a deep breath and wonder if, with either Hilary Clinton, Donald Trump, or some other future republican nincompoop in the White House, a case can still be made for the transformative power of the United states as a leading capitalist ideological nation. It may still be a leading technological and innovator, but ideologically speaking, with the Donald now spooked the establishment into overt embrace of (reli-racial) bigotry --Clinton has changed tact after the latest failure of denouement to lower the poll ratings of the Donald within voting white males, I am of the opinion they dropped the baton.
So we will return to the ideological decay of the USA later, when we question whether in its Asian pivot, the post Obama presidency will have the depth to sort out China's rise in other terms than war mongering, and eventual war.
Only song I ever had, songs of freedom -Bob Marley. Also taking a deep breath, are the barons of the Grand Old Party, what we call in Kenya, THE OWNERS! This is spell-binding stuff. It is old-fashioned, Shakespearean skulduggery, how to kill off an unwanted candidate, one outlawed by the establishment but still drawing on other forms of legitimacy to mount a challenge to the chosen ones. This, is a thriller. Coups against the peoples will always are, nail-biting stuff. The guys aren't kidding. whether the American people want it, Donald Trump is not gonna be it! That is a decision too big to let the American people carry. So the plotter's knives are out for the Prodigal Donald son. It is like Old Rome and every court. Senators and power brokers plot in the thick of the night to guarantee the correct outcome in the succession. Those of us who come from countries which do not boast of their electoral process to the world, -----we rig openly or just do Men in Black stuff, like kicking the bucket in HomaBay or running away with the ballots in Siaya into the bush to use as toilet paper----, grin knowingly when they attend lectures about the exceptional America and its 200-year functional electoral colleges! May be they can introduce murder to rid them off the Prodigal Donald when all else fails, like a Kennedy. We saw that with Ouko and Mboya too. But remember, our focus remains what all this portends for Africa in the next century. --- All those military bases mushroomed across Africa, how will the men in suits in Washington and beyond, be plotting in the dark to use them, during contested moments in history!? Gotta have an idea. What else can we do but think, a lot and then some more, think! lets follow the lead of Americans themselves. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE MIDDLE CLASS DISAPPEARS? remember in Africa the middle class is marginal, as a % of the total population. The USA being racially what it is, a further breakdown of the middle calss figure will be useful. And then Donald Trump will no longer be a riddle. How did that happen, and how can it be reversed? If hell hath no fury like a woman scorned, the fury of a 500-year privillege coming to an end mustn't be belittled neither. But remember, old greek historians apart, our focus remains what all this portends for Africa in the next century. All those military bases mushroomed across Africa, how will the men in suits in Washington and beyond, be plotting in the dark to use them, during contested moments in history!? What else can we do but think, a lot and then some more, think! It will be important to hold a moment of thought on the death of Muamar Gadaffi, and the reaction the gory video illicited in Obama's successor, Hilary. History gives you them lessons raw, and this laugh was deep raw. I will be back with the link.

just to rehash ... It will be important to hold a moment of thought on the death of Muamar Gadaffi, and the reaction the gory video illicited in Obama's successor, Hilary. History gives you them lessons raw, and this laugh was deep raw. I will be back with the link. O yes I found the link now! THE YAWNING TRAP OF THUCYDIDES CAN BE AVOIDED!We are not there yet, but if Rome took 100 years to fall, it surely can take a hundred years to brew a world war between China and the USA! So let us plot the points just in case. Who knows what will be decisive in retrospect? The question now is if Donald Trump is capable of persuading the majority of his fellow Americans to vote for him in preference to Hilary R. Clinton. And how the American people would live with the coup against the outsider. ---Over the dead body of the establishment we saw his rise to the top! He will be stopped. But he could still run as an Independent. Hilary is course a would-be softer face of a corporatist rot, a sophisticated apologist and perfect fit, yes, a better gift to civilisation from the indispensable land. But, there is the public persona, and the real, hidden one. Oscar Wilde's Dorian Gray stuff. And then sometimes the carefully laid masks fall, and hitherto you never saw her get the pleasurable hysterics in a moment of candour. Here is a peek into just how blood-curdling her heart really is: a gory peek after she saw the Gaddaffi snuff movie. WE CAME, WE SAW HE DIED. and cornered ... AND RUSSIA AND CHINA WILL PAY A PRICE Donald Trump does not look that bad, does he? He will bar Muslims from the USA, expel Mexicans, allow whitemen to carry guns at will, figure out what the hell is going on out there in the middle east before he sends the marines, but he is not foolish enough to threaten both China and Russia in one sentence. So Xi Jinpin looks at that; and Putin too, and they ask for a psychological profile of Hilary under duress. The ambitious men limbering in the shadows to succeed Putin and Jinpin too, have their take on this. And they wait to be weak enough to be cowed by Hilary? I wager they have taken a look at the last moments of Gadaffi in life, noted how the stake sticking out his bloody oily arsehole's amuses Hilary to convulsion. Yes, Jinpin, Yes Putin, they damn well know How President Hilary will love sticking, even if by proxy, sharpened poles up their crappy arszoles, raw. It is there in the open for all to see, and the blind to hear. You can fake orgasms, but some pleasures are too deep to faked. And then they show in all glory. Raw. The next question is: How we teach the hysterical (white) American elite loosing an empire is not the end of the world? O we say, look at Brittania. Great, she ruled the waves of all Earth and the sun never set on her empire. Then the unthinkable happened, the Titanic sank, but look where Britain is now: below Germany, below France and Japan, below South Korea and China, next to Spain and Poland, but Britain is still one of the best loved nations on Earth. Every Saturday through Sunday the world tunes Britain. Football fixtures. From Mbita in HomaBay, to every small town in China, Mongolia, Latin America, Premier league rules! and the sun never sets on Man-U talk! If camera and audio technicians went on strike at the peak of football season, there would be a world-wide riot! There is lots of life after empire. We can afford to avoid Athena Sparta, and lay Thucydides to rest if not author a detour. I love to dream these days, don't I. So I will be back. With more from the pot of my grandmother. Dreams of peace. But that was it for the moment amigos!

Our boko elite in power are ruthless yes, they are resolute yes, -pitiless like France's Hollande will be against IS yes, but only to further degrade Africa, never to uplift her. They are intractable and tenacious yes, and resourceful yes, but only in quisling pillage and facilitory collaboration with vampires from afar. Check this figure: THE TRILLION DOLLAR SCANDAL. perpetrated by their governments in collaboration with shell companies. That is the genesis of the maniacal kill kill kill kill situation. that level of stupid theft unpunished will evoke a satanic reaction. i guarantee it, on the oath of of the unrottable grey pu-ssy hair of my long dead granny! ONE Africa Executive Director 3.6 million preventable deaths; caused by deliberate theft!? Don't those numbers qualify what they call a genocide, stuff like crimes against humanity!? And who really has the technical know-how, the power of impunity to cover up for this PHANTOM FIRMS like AngloLeasing and Goldenberg; falsify accounts and move loot around international banks with Eurobonds creating smokescreens to defraud!? Aint that you and I, the Boko-savvy apparatchiks!? That is an indictment to kill for! What say you in your defence, O boko people, when the verdict is HARAM, kill kill kill kill kill! Yes, that was the undying Abubakar Shekau in a legendary video. What can you buy for a trillion dollars!? Methinks one could BUY OFF the continental squalor of our people, from Cape Town to Cairo. From Maputo to Rabat; from Mombasa to Accra. You name it. case slum dunk! That Africa can rise with that level of theft to keep her down, informs of a resilience beyond super human. And that is where I get my confidence from. That resilience has a dark side. Utterly hardened hearts. Seen the rage when African states burst? the way the youths handle the matchetes? ( A friend passed through Bangui the other day for the UN. he is in shock! And I ask him if he thought Rwanda was fiction. History first repeat is farce, and then tragedy. who can really be surprised, except a deluded bokoman!?) WHY BUHARI M. MUST FAIL! A CONSIDERED OPINION in installments! mgafrica.com/article/2015-07-22-buhari-says-us-will-help-trace-nigerias-stolen-oil-fortune-corrupt-officials-looted-150-billionEldoret Buhari guard of honour. buhari with khamenei of Iran. 1. THE PROMISE MUHAMMADUHe is tall, dark-glasses immaculate and grand in public shows. He is lean and would appear modest, but try he might, president-elect Buhari oozes a boastful flair and carries himself with a dignity which, verily, can only be described as royal. Then there is the traditional regalia he revels in, theatrical in his official shows: dare I say he ends up being colourful and a real event, like some flashy peacock flaunting tails around the globe. All modesty here is wishful thinking. And that has gotten me thinking. I therefore propose we cut through the theatricals and get straight to the bone, right here on gravely Jukwaa. (Elsewhere on the Mugabe and Obama thread I already discussed a bit of the mental steel I perceive in Obama. And his historical limitations according to me. I will just about do the same for Buhari, president elect 2015 of Nigeria, the sleeping giant of Africa, and the world. If the 200M people economy of Nigeria fires, wakes up, then will you know Africa is on the run ahead, turbo-footed Achilles past!)Now this Buhari: What is his mind made of? Is it lean and mean iron, considered and severe as his outer-cut figure, or are his inner already rotten, and what we are watching is just the latest charlatan at the top of an African promise, a quisling harlot adorned in desperate make-up to hide the ravages of life which has left a distorted moral compass!? Is he a reform minded old hand, or is he merely an apparition, a former sexworker now risen to be madam of the same brothel of her historic abuse? an aging monster now set to prey on young flesh, like some dracula revisit of legend. I wont be taking prisoners on this one. Nigeria is the leading African land. Her potential past Brazil and Russia. .... Potential I repeat. I will therefore show some respect to her current leader who shoulders the hopes dashed over 5 decades. His performance I expect ... Performance I expect I said, but suspect will be goodluck mediocre. Two men have recently rejuvenated their lands under highly controversial times. And it is against them that I will reflect the options of Muhammad Buhari. Here is how I take a measure of the man: 1. Hugo Chavez of Venezuela. 2. Vladimir Putin of Russia. That is some care I have taken to choose calibre. Nobody will accuse me of disrespecting Mohammed Buhari, president elect Nigeria 2015. So what is? (as bengaman Dolla Kabari of the legendary Hekaheka band enriched the dholuo lexicon) 9a) Venezuela was oil rich, (Was, because at $18/b, the price of oil is now so low it is a loss!). Yeah, howbeit since its inception as a cash cow the oil -or the devil's sh!t as it is called in Nigeria, had never flowed down in any form to the people. Nay, not even as trickle-down token, or windfall economics. It and the proceeds therefrom had always been the private property of the corrupt elite in concert with foreign oil multinationals. And that is before we add a local, colonial flavour of colour hierarchy. 'Native Indian' Hugo Chavez came from the outcasts, les miserables indigenes, doomed to be worms in the excreta of the white colonial offspring. These are historically on top of the social pyramid in Latin America. In Bolivia they declared secession when indigene Evo Morales was elected. Anyway PVDSA, the local oil company in Venezuela, was historically just a looting shell, a quisling front housing the local comprador, until Hugo Chavez arrived with a popular and populist mandate to challenge the situation. And did, challenge and change it, the status quo. -Behold! Republican blackdiamonds from the North, Condoleeza Rice and Colin Powel, part of the Bush's lying team which destroyed Iraq on false pretences, were at hand in Caracas too to facilitate a coup against the Venezuelan Indian trouble-shooter. A coup which failed, thanks to the people defending their interests. Here is the otherwise articulate Guardian Newspaper talking while sucking its thumb. A peculiar coup!? How about Mossadegh in Iran after he nationalised Iranian oil? The guardian does not want to say CIA-orchestrated! Very peculiar. Salvador Allende, Arbenz. Business as usual I would say. riff-raff types who mourned Chavez Bizarre turn-around: chavista activists, party loyalists and lower-rank soldiers loyal to socialist revolutionary experiment of Chavez organised a counter coup. One of the stars of the Chavez loyalist triumph was a young black sergeant. Quick witted, he rose to the occasion by quickly taking charge of a loyal commando and seizing a depot, arming themselves, surprising and holding senior coup-plotters hostage to exchange for the life of Chavez. Bizarre turn-around of events? Journalists have a bizarre vocabulary when they are sucking up to stuff. (I passed by a Venezuelan consulate in those days carrying an English newspaper and asked: it is your country guys, is this journalists about right? Give me your propaganda version. I will compare notes!). Re-directing the proceeds of the national wealth, oil, from the elite to the common people of Venezuela lead to an American-orchestrated and financed coup against Hugo Chavez. And a very close shave with death by summary execution. Opponents: may Chavez rot in hell! I can just sense the cautious Buhari feeling his balls at the thought of nationalising Nigerian oil which historically belongs to the environmentally-genocidal royal dutch shell. He, Buhari can not find his balls, because that thought would have shrunk them back past his intestines. Royal Dutch Shell owns him, and the banks to where he has been serving his honour, to pay salaries in Nigeria. In other words President Mohammedu Buhari can not find the willpower to expropriate the Nigerians who have stolen $150bn, with which he can pay for civil servants salaries. Those Nigerians, the untouchables, may very well be the owners of the coalition of parties which thrust him to power. In that case even if he is not owned and he genuinely wants progress (unlike our confused Muigai here who is totally imasculated), the coalition of forces reigned against the progressive agenda is too powerful to be disinherited in Nigeria. At best is a shaky coalition with mass cynicism as the result. Which brings me to Vladimir Putin of Russia. Our second reference of the Buhari options. But that is a story for another day. Today is Saturday evening. And the madam is dressed up, and I am going butt-tapping a dance out. But I will be back.

2. VLADIMIR PUTINTHE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE VERY UGLY. From his detractors and harshest critics will we draw for a counter balance on that rejuvenation quip. Under which circumstances did Putin rise to power? These were the chaotic years of Boris Jeltsin. Russia was a mess and the leader a sick clown permanently under the influence. Russia was in turbulence. The great Kremlin drunk Boris Jeltsin had lost it. Sick weak and stuporic, a coterie of oligarchs and courtiers around his daughter jockeyed around for the spoils as the population starved in hyperinflation. It was a national crisis which beggared a solution. So there was a vacuum at the top. Solutions to be originated. A nation to be run and held togeether. A people to be led and fed. Stuff like hyperinflation to be done, and the contraction in productivity too, solved. Looking at a Nigeria kept in squalor by an incompetent thieving elite --an oil-dependent looter oligarchy I think, I would about say the situation beggars a stiff solution. A nation to be held toghether and run. A people to be led off bad leadership and fed the goodies of civilisation, an elite to be brought to heel or killed off, a state to be reformed, an economy to be reformed and transformed. Tough decisions to be made and implemented. And time is on the short. Are there any original paths to wander? To paraphrase Deng Hsiao Ping, is there a route of national liberation and economic transformation with Africanised characters? Success brewered in the African pot as it were!! As ---necessity is the mother of creativity--- we ponder how to re-invent the wheel, lets take a look at what rides around the globe. Never know what we might learn. SO WHAT DID PUTIN DO? --confronted with a Russia down and out? First thing he did was to take back Russia's wealth from the control of the oligarchs. The savings of ordinary Russians had been looted as banks artificially collapsed, old age benefits were no longer paid, medication prohibitive for the majority, and oil fields had been auctioned on the cheap. The Russian state, with proven oil and gas resources only second to Saudi Arabia, was bankrupt. The federation was falling apart at the seams, various ethnic groups running for the exit. A giant was at its knees. Brought low by parasites at the top. Home-bred parasistes! Talk about looting machines! He he He! No kidding. Home-bred parasites! It reminds of the Congo with at least 2 Trillion dollars worth of minerals but a carcass of a land some time. Stone age marooned, centuries of loot. But Putin then, the bear bared a fang. The battle would be bloody. Some oligarchs accommodated and entered a parley, living to fight another day. Other oligarchs fled West with their Russian loot and imagined they had escaped. It later proved these misunderstood where Putin came from and what he was about. The KGB visited them with death warrants in their cosy West. Money back or dead. A great Russian patriot in the old murderous take, Vladimir Putin was as late as 2016 January, mentioned personally in the death of Alexander Litvinenko. This controversial man, a traitor to some Russians, a conscientious martyr to others, was poisoned in London with a rare heavy metal, Polonium, and a British enquiry eyeballs Vladimir Putin in name. Murdered: Alexander Litvinenko But that is a side-show. The issue in reclaiming Russia from Yeltsin oligarchs, was Putin mobilised the security resources of federation to hunt down the looters wherever they fled, and present them with offers they could not refuse. Most wisely went for a parley, even the most recalcitrant Boris berezovsky finally caved in. The then richest man in Russia and Yukos oilman Khodorkovsky was especially singled out to make the point. Mikhail Khodorkovsky exampled. The oligarchs would be under political control of the Kremlin, and Russia's great energy reserves too. But this controlled civil war at the top between the new Putin bureaucracy and the entrenched J eltsin orligarchy and its remnants, was so time-consuming and intensive it distorted Russian politics and, in stalemate, prevented Putin from reforming the Russian economy. Russia continued to be an oil-and-gas, primitive raw-material exporter economy. That was an open Achilles heel waiting to be hit. As the empire struck back. With oil and currency price wars. Ouch! Politically Putin has been controversial. He is authoritarian and his elections come like Yoweri Musevenis narrated elsewhere by Africa Confidential. Laughable farce. But while M7 has zero to show for it in 3 decades, Putin on the other hand rejuvenated his land in one, brought her back on the international stage, and is no doubt recognised as one of the most formidable leaders operative on the world stage today. He is a fearsome and ruthless man no doubt, but so is every Tom Dick and Harry who came to power in Africa! Here we should pause to ponder the limitations of Vladimir Putin. he is now a suspected Tzar of some sort. And who else to listen to than his own-home-bred Russian critics, sensing their history setting traps: ALEXEI NAVALNY: Putin has entered the historical cul-de sac of the corruption of power. That feeling of indispensability. Remember Tshaka: 'I am Tzulu and there is no Tzulu without Tshaka! That was merely megalomania running away with him. The Swashbuckling He-Man was wrong of course. In similar vein, Russian critics say Putin and his nepotistic network of cronies are constructing a new aristocracy to automatically run Russia as a private fiefdom, much like the Czarists. -Indispensability once again! Ha! Alexei Navalny paying the price of a dangerous opinion. PUTIN'S BLACK HOLE That is the tip of the web. And Russians are not blind! After all, it is the land of great poets, Pushkin, great writers and satirists. It takes a lot of state terror to cut their tongues off, but their minds? Naah. Even if one is tougher and more terrible than Ivan the mad Czar. NB: Alexei Kudrin (Minister of Finance in 2000 2011). Anatoly Chubais (minister in charge of privatization, deputy PM and head of Presidential administration under Boris Yeltsin, presently director general of Rosnano state corporation. Yegor Gaidar ) That was Putin in a nutshell. Good job but when one overstays his welcome at the top, the people get nervous, and the ruler even more nervous! And we do not want a jittery Buhari do we!? coz Africa has had no shortage of jittery experiences at the top! Vermin I called them. An oversupply of them our sides.

THE AIRMILES OUR PRESIDENTS COVER! YAWA!
It started when I spied the media reporting Muhammadu Buhari in Qatar after doing Saudi Arabia. A kind of pilgrimage. He was looking for investment, and pitching for stability in oil prices. The meaning of that stability is easy to decipher. News for the tall ex General though; Saudi Arabia, in economic woes too, is going to up the pumping rate, and with Iran re-entering the market, a glut is on.These two large producers of the middle east are not on talking terms yet. They are at war in Lebanon, Syria and Yemen, and that extends even to oil price skirmishes. This means the real reason the Nigerian head of state went to Saudi Arabia was as a supplicant for any would be royal beneficence. But here is the polished version he also just needs cash money to pay salaries at home. But the Saudis are already hard-pressed by another Election-winning General out of cash, namely Al-Sisi of Egypt. The begging line is long, and Buhari joined late. But with Nigeria being a net supplier of dark domestic sex slaves to the gulf, the old general may just cut the queue to a reasonable slot. Users can have their reasons to nice to aspiring pimps. New merchandise, at a bargain. In this pitch, Buhari can be seen as an old harlot forced out on to the street by ruthless military pimps holding Nigeria hostage in the shadows. He has to peddle his old honour to rake in cash. The 70% drop in oil prices has hit the unprepared that hard. Social turmoil must be avoided by fronting a hope. By the time the disillusionment sets in, may be the wheels of fortune would have changed. Meanwhile a glimpse of the unbridled pathological gluttony which tethers a nation down. The catch is President elect promised amnesty upfront to Goodluck --that is why he surrendered power that easy, and also, to Old dictators like Obasanjo and Babangida, to let the many stones go unturned in his drive against corruption. It looks like Patsies who were only obeying orders are the ones up for trial. And if the Kenyan judiciary is a labyrinth, then the Nigerian one is a devil's dungeon. And then the case of Emofiele the Central Banker described by Nigerians as headless chicken. But no worry, he will go places like Okonjo-Iweala, after ruining Nigeria. Okonjo-Iweala's introduced FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS -IFMIS in Kenya, and still the likes of Sambo Dasuki and Airmarshal Alex Badeh stashed away billions of dollars in broaddaylight. Partnered with the chairman of the central bank Imofiele, Okonjo was a golden girl. The military men in the shadows used her well.
Detail: top talent she went to the same school as our own Henry Rotich, Eurobond leaking man.
Boko, can be very Haram.
If she, Africa's former candidate to head the world bank, had done her job as finance minister when the oil price was sky high --and the lady is endowed with top brains for sooth, the old general Buhari would hav spent his presidential time otherwise, and not have had to to paddle his buttocks around Arab capitals like a dirty little streeet hooker (or the much-abused African domestic servants in those same lands!).
It hurts my dignity to see Buhari so out of options in his old age. All these top class brains entrusted with commanding positions, and it comes to this, the president of Africa's greatest country prostituting ### himself.
There gotta be a bill coming.
###Qatar played a very dark role in the capture and execution of Moamar Gadhaffi. To produce that video that so appetised HRC.

This missive was written as a rejoinder to this ... We are here today, strident tones, fraying tempers: This episode is one of those drum-beats which may need several keen listening to interpret. That is a photo as a talking drum beat. A bit like Ambroise Boimbo caught in the glare after lifting Boudewin's sword on the streets of Kinshasha/Leopoldville. WHAT IS IT ABOUT ELECTORAL COMMISSIONS IN AFRICA? -- I will check out the performance of a few to put things in perspective. Kenya is not the only crisis. What of Al-Sisi's Egypt, Mauritania and Niger last month, M7's Uganda, Kagame's Rwanda, the two Congos both sides of the river, Equatorial Guinea yesterday? or Tanzania and that Zanzibar hitch Waiguru so bespoke of?
And now the Americans themselves can not deny it to themselves neither. Their own elections are a sham. Here is a clue to the massive pro-Hilary rigging, this time in the Democratic New York Primary.
nypost.com/2016/04/21/board-of-elections-official-scapegoated-for-voting-mess/
2017 we will be on our own! Best we start looking for our own modes of conflict resolution now.
And yes, investors will hold their purses. When leaders of the opposition are teargassed in capital cities, you want to study the situation more, wait for it to unfold more. Others prudently re-route their oil pipelines.
Who are the saboteurs!?.... in the siasa moto moto ii thread, but it outgrew the Kenyan situation, and evolved into a candidate for a Boko Haram Boko Halal delivery. So here we go. NOW THAT WE KNOW THESE ELECTIONS IN AFRICA ARE SHAM, DO WE CONTINUE KEEPING UP APPEARANCES? Aaah, men of a stronger breed, you disturb my sleep an intrude my wakeful thoughts, much as I would like to forget you! The snake has entered the gourd of milk, what now!? Obviously then, the crisis creates its own template for possible solutions. I was out looking for the historical context of independent electoral commissions in the current so-called rising Africa, and to this end I came across a table arrayed by the magazine Africa Confidential. It does not make for heart-warming reading, except for inbred pessimists. Here is a hint of ELECTIONS IN THE AFRICAN UNION Undermining confidence in the ballot box! Hmmm. Escalating the prospects of seeking other options such as force to gain power! Very de ja Vu and every day I would say, reminding myself of the disintegration post independence in the 1960s. I was thinking this conclusion has already been reached by common sense around the continent, and not just hot heads alone; and that is why there is violence everywhere you might look. And if there is no violence, it is the peace of the graveyard. Kagame, Nguesso, Museveni, Idris Chad Debby, the ruling Ethiopian TPLF Derge, Afeworki's Eritrea --which fool would think elections are going to remove them? So too does Zanzibar know the score, and the Pwani si Kenya movement too. If Africa were rising so fast and the distribution of the cake so just, you could just have the citizenry swallowing authoritarianism without much ado --say like China. But when the African model is Kagame, you know it is a post-humus beauty pageant! The Rwandese economy to the extent it is not a parasite on DRC's reserves, is a foreign aid dependent subsidiary. A rising model in deed. On sweeping things under the red carpet, Gaddo is a cheek! Elections in Africa have become what they were during the epidemic of one-party states of yester decades. Endorsing incumbency in a fraudulent process, then terrorising the populace into acquiescence. It is already a dead-end. Even the popular ANC of South Africa is pushed so much on the defensive by their former boy Julius Malema, that they are making a mountain out of him, charging him treasonable instead of shrugging him off as domodomo. Or may be in deed in a free and fair election they could loose power --like Hilary Clinton could have to Bernie Sanders without an institutionally rigged process! As Africa rises in the common narrative, but her political system regresses to earlier dead-ends, this mismatch sets the situation for nothing else but political instability. In the absence of new good thinking to lead the continent out of this dark, closed path, the vacuum is likely to go to the old school solution: strong men who kill and intimidate. There are two kinds of such men/women?. Backward and progressive. Under progressive I would vouch someone like Vladimir Putin. He is authoritarian and a corrupt crony runner, but he manages to respond to the economic and psychological needs of his country and people. He defends their interests of sorts in a flawed but operable, bearable system to them. So far. They are nobody's colony. Under primitive authoritarianism, are old school savages like Arap Moi or Yoweri Museveni. They preside over peace and stability of the graveyard. They are economic simpletons, plunderers and quisling vassals who, for sooth, are a messy waste of time. They are a permanent stagnation. The rising Africa then, is in a tight spot. Its political practice is not matching in step with its famed risingness. Making it more the high of a drug trip. This is the question of the age for thinkers come of age. For humorists the topic is already closed. Real men have not yet come to power. (Leave women out of it!) This mountain of debt off our path is where real muscle men, mental and physical, will be stand up to be counted. Economic liberation which some will remember caused Gadaffi's horrible death to the orgasmic delight of Hilary Clinton. Until then, the practice of that economic liberation theology, the African Union General assembly in Addis Ababa is just a herd of goats bleating in a kraal --Chinese or American kraal! Africa confidential summarises.

THE LOOMING PROSPECT OF A RETURN TO THE RITUAL MURDER OF AFRICAN KINGSSome interesting smells in the air. But we are not all endowed with a powerful olfactory system like those of the hunter- or hot bull-dogs. This means our disinterest in an Africa in heats, is guaranteed. Many will only wake up at the finals or the last bend, when the cheers are too deafening to ignore. Nevertheless, even the blind today shall see a hurting Africa. And so painful are most of her sights, it is better for our sanity to pretend total indifference. On the other hand, a comical look may sometimes diffuse the explosive tension. That is comedy standing in for a form of therapeutic act. [ ACT ONE: THE JOVIAL UHURU KENYATTA SEES AN APPARITION AT THE INAUGURATION OF M7.As Uhuru Kenyatta sat as the representative of the people of Kenya at the inauguration of Yoweri Museveni, the ceremonially adorned ghost of Kizza Besigye smileD at him sexily. ---To keep up the act let us say correspondents dinner style, for instance when Obama the joker is at work, with carefully selected texts. Mesays at such a 'correspondents banquet' African style, as we witnessed in Kampala, slips of the tongue are allowed. And thus did Uhuru Kenyatta speak: 'A tongue is as slippery as anywhere when wet. Mateeri Kereri I think it was who had a near lethal one --lethal for his career in any case. In the presence of Lucy Kibaki, he called Margaret Wamboi First Lady. Even in death, Lucy never forgave Marge for bewitching Mateeri. She managed to blackmail the Othaya people into pretending their Mpig did not exist. When Kibaki was minded to declare his undying fidelity and monogamy in public, Emilio too got the name of his supposed one and only one wrong! But life went on. in Kenya we know how to manage these things. Therefore, His Excellency Dr. Kizza Besigye Museveni, --pardon! president elect of the republic of Uganda, being elected and assuming office are two different things. Again we Kenyans have vast experience of that. I think you should think of yourself as Mandela, Besigye. In his solitary cell under the dungeons of apartheid Rohilala was always the future of South Africa. The white tribal government as powerful as it was, nuclear armed and militarily rampaging throughout the frontline states, was always a bubble waiting to burst. And it was to Mandela they would run to save them from black anger.
Pity Museveni, de facto ruler of Uganda. Like Hosni Mubarak with Gamal, he is lining his son Muhoozi to succeed him. Uganda is a monarchy, the Musevenis the (new) Kabaka dynasty. New? Time passed him bye. He just don't know yet! --cheers, let us drink and be merry!'We all know how the Kabaka story ends. A republican reckoning. KABAKA MUSEVENI I AND PRESIDENT ELECT BESIGYEIn the dark ages when a queen bore identical twins, it was immediately recognised as a historical curse. A precursor to murder. It always had to be a terrible drama for one of the two, and for the mother, always. A dual Kingship is a trial to put it mildly. Thinking of modern Kenya, we are of course successful pioneers. Currently we have a co-presidency in the Uhuruto arrangement, and immediately before this Jubilee farce, Raila was of course the co-principal to Kibaki. The strategic balance of terror which sustains the Kenyan comedy insures the junior partner ---and equal power always has a junior partner, in this case Ruto, is not thrown into the dungeons, or worse, executed summarily in old school power struggle fashion. And if we have to bring the opposition into play, in Kenya where the ethnic balance has a different dynamic of mayhem, the tyranny of numbers in power does not bestow the ability to arbitrarily arrest and throw into Kamiti, the trouble-shooting trio Raila Kalonzo and Weta.Of course the KANU youthwingers Uhuru and Ruto would love to, but even mad men know live wires. That is why there is ever hardly any mad men electrocuted. How the digital dynamic duo must be jealous of the absolutist and long-horned Ankole Kabaka, sending the president elect to the tower! Yes, like Abdel Sisi of Misri. It is as plain as it can get. Africa has entered the period of the ruler King and the president elect. Africa must find a name for the winner of elections who does not assume office. The president elect will usually be found in a dungeon or graveyard. But there is an old template observed by Kagame's Rwanda and which now seems to be the one Joseph Kabila is out to follow: Why wait for after the elections to deal with the president elect? --And so Moise Katumbi will be barred from contesting and defeating Joe Kabila, and Joe Kabila will be saved the trouble of organising a rigging in that massive country. Katumbi is charged with plotting to overthrow the government, which is true technically --He has announced his candidacy to run for the presidency! Now, winning elections is overthrowing a government by other means than military coup! Aint it! That is why Dr. Bessigye is in jail, it took a rigging to prevent him overthrowing the incumbent Ankole Kabaka ----added to the fact that he had himself sworn into office! treason! Power hates a dual act. Africa, there is a showdown coming to sort out this stalemate: why bother with elections if ... ? How do you get rid of a leader overstaying his welcome? OLD BROOMS SWEEP BEST?NB: Africa has an interesting variation to the common answer which is murder. It is called ritual murder. After a set period of time the King must be ritually killed. So many Kings absconded (abdicated) before their term limits, (and so many crown princess were so reluctant to succeed their fathers) that the institute ceased to be a dynasty! --Remember Vatican Popes have ritual names which may sound like dynasties, (John Paul 1, 2, 3; Pius 6. 7 etc) but are not blood relatives to the formers!) In fact somewhere in Ghana are still the remnants of this solution. As a new King is sought to be crowned in the absence of volunteers and eligible Kings flee the honour, the unfortunate victim when caught is dragged and crowned King by force. Thereafter he becomes a virtual prisoner until death (ritual murder!) Never have so many royal suicides been reported before the official expiry date! Suicide being less painful than the official method of ritual murder! So, I prefer to tackle this problem as a joke for the moment. Because it is that deep and dark. You rig elections and jail or murder the real winners? How long does that comedy run in historical time before man invents a solution!? But as they say, why bother invent the wheel twice!? Culture! Let us steal from the museum, dust and sharpen and recommission into use, the old sword that rips out the heart of Kings on their pre-set sell by date. Culture! Scares me sh!tless I say!

THE MERCHANT HOLLANDE SELLING SNAKE OILThe reasons Nicolas Sarkozy was in the lead to clear off Gaddafi are still running France's foreign policy. Hollande I would treat like a rattle snake. His kiss is pure poison. And his own people from his standing in the polls, agree! As I keyboard away, there is a security conference in Abuja Nigeria. The star guest is Francois Hollande of France. They are two birds of a kind, Francois and Muhammadu; they head failed or busily failing republics. They have to jump-start something or go down in ignomity. The spectacular peacock aka Buhari is a journey man. He clocks more airmails than the legendary tourist Uhuru Kenyatta. That was the day when Twitter Kenya trended with the picture of a foreign head of state, on a stop over visit to Nairobi for a day or so. He was being shown some of the wonderful game of Kenya, kept in one of our national parks reserved for white tourists. His name, yes, Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta. Buhari had barely woken up from his jet-lag from distant London. He was there for an anti-corruption summit. The summit was hastily organised by an embarrassed David Cameron. Davy boy needed some image saving media extravaganza. He had been caught off balance by the Panama papers which visited his late father as having been a facilitator of tax-dodging. The Panama paper also stated out loud what is otherwise known. The overseas territories of Britain in the Carribean and West Indies, are the Soddom and Gomorrha of tax evasion. The underworld to The City.If Nigeria is fantastically corrupt, which I think is true considering the amounts the Nigerians themselves admit to be looted --a whole Kenyan GDP in 10 years! the city of London where most of that loot is laundered is not far behind. Handling in stolen property is always a crime very close to the original theft itself. And ignorance not much of a defence neither. Buhari was courteous regardless of the altruistic remark. But he had steely cheek. He took no offence, he just breathed a sigh of relief this would be a trip well spent. Apologies would come in cash. No, liquidity we say these days. www.naij.com/829967-anti-corruption-summit-60-prominent-nigerians-lose-cash-assets-uk.html www.naij.com/826632-must-read-pm-cameron-sheds-light-comment-fantastically-corrupt-nigeria.html PANAMA PAPERS --what again was that? At a time when austerity, low wages, high prices of health, expensive education and the demolition of public services like mass and cheap housing are the standards of a neo-liberalism in crisis in the capital motherlands, a colluding political leadership caught pants-down in the act need must do some PR. There has been real public anger at the PANAMA papers, and the forced resignation, an eviction in effect, from office of the prime minister of Iceland, serves as a hint. In London too, there were demonstrations calling for David Cameron's head. A wonderful cartoon captured him protesting his innocence in front of a half open casket, the skeletal limb of his father I presume, waving for help. This public anger must be assuaged or managed. People like Barrack Obama have been out in force making the right noises like Of course the great Harvard lawyer with the greatest intelligence assembly on earth ---he can switch Angela Merkel's phone with the bat of an eyelid to eavesdrop on her bedtime stories with her husband---- just discovered yesterday how tax evasion works! Goodluck, Mr. Lem Duk! The security conference then. To return this visit to Paris Here we go! Nope! Wrong file! How about The topic is Boko Haram. Africa's big and biggest economy cannot deal with an internal rebellion. It makes me wonder how those boers not only managed to run apartheid at home, but still organise mayhem in the frontline states. Economic sanctions and all. Do not fcuck with Nigeria, Buhari, be your age, or die quick and be gone. Shameful sod. Take a look at this hint below. And do you know who is paying for France to play soldier in Africa!? --Germany. So why don't you just cut down to the Chase and deal face to face with The Boss? And you are now going to call MOSOP (Ogoni) AND MASSOB (Igbo) terrorist groups!? Here is a hint of things to come. And why a definition of terrorism is important. It makes or breaks Nigeria! NB: There is a stalemate in Syria over which groups qualify as non-terrorists. Kerry (USA) and Lavrov (Russia) are having an interesting disagreement worth noting. Why!? For Kenya which has just lost pipeline transit fees to Tz as Uganda re-routes its crude oil for fear of Al-Shabaab on the Lamu trajectory could think like Kerry, of redefining 'terrorism' in such a way that we go for a Somali solution with Alshabaab on the peace table. This is why I am watching Buhari's security conference. May be he got a new idea. We have our own Boko Haram an our own NFD here. Now be good, General. Show some way. there are lots of guys these days bent on divorce. If Picot Sykes is wilting in the middle east, why would Berlin 1885 be eternal in Afrique?

OF CLEAR MINDS: VLADIMIR PUTIN UNWOUNDThere are many reasons to hate Vladimiros Putinos, the rebuilder of Russia after the near fatal decay under the years of the Oblomovian Boris Yeltsin. Yeltsin was the slayer of the last Soviet imperial pretender, Mikhail Gorbachev. But if there is one reason to love Putin to death, it is the clarity, or the near absolute clarity of his mind. When a land is blessed with a mentally clear leader, like Konrad Adenauer of the German, post-world-war-two wirtschaftswunder, or that Singaporean despot, Lee Kew Deng Hsiao Ping, the giant leaps forward are indisputable. Petrogradian Vladimir Putin, former KGB colonel in the defunct German Democratic republic, successfully slashed down a parasitic oligarchy which, having colonised Yeltsin, captured the Russian state and primed her for an orgy of stripping loot. That should ring a bell if you are Kenyan, Nigerian, Congolese, South African, Gabonian, Ghanian, Sudanese, Mozambican, Chadian, Malian,
....... Putin cleaned up the sh!t as KRA Ngatia would say. He unclawed Russia from the monopoly grasp of the predatory oligarchs. He recovered lost monies, he (re)-directed the confiscated, released cash toward R&D and rebuilt the Russian educational system, and ultimately the economy and military. Of course power did get a bit to his head, forcing him into an untidy one-two with prime minister Dmitry Medvedev around the presidency of the Russian federation, but his period can accurately be referred to as a RESTORATION, or normalcy. Here is what the Kenyans call A KAPUTIN! This -- restoration--- means internationally the world order has reverted to a MULTILATERALISM. It isn't just China and the USA in a bipolar cake-cut, nay, Russia has re-emerged as a geopolitical factor of own accord. Russia's limited intervention in Syria and its overwhelming political success is a fact to deal with, for all global players. Here is Putin on Africa, off the cuff, unmitigated by diplomatic confusionism Eh, COMMON African man! ---he invests in Germany and travels to France for a medical! Africa Rising, the Rising Cemetery!Officially FOOTNOTE Whereas Raila Odinga Met and Held Talks With Russian President Vladimir Putin, Uhuru Met Deputy Assistant Prime Minister and Requested Him to Ask Putin to Visit Kenya, Roger That. August 19, 2013 COMMON AFRICAN MAN? Purely from the perspective of the Kenyatta family banking interests: THE INTEREST RATES CAP LAW? how does the dice roll!? common African man!?
