With things kinda stalled and less killings, one gets a false sense of security, that gen kegs will ride this one out- AGAIN! But that wont happen.

I think the moment the violence get down, Kibaki will not move. He will keep chilling at state house with his kikuyu buddies. That people are displaced is not the least of his worries. It seems to me that they want to create an impression that all is well except in Kisumu where people are "suffering". I know that for sure that people are not suffering in Kisumu. If the residents of Kisumu had chased Asians away then they would have suffered. But since that was not the case there is no suffering as claimed by the gava friendly newspaper Daily Nation.
