AO, wrote on this board but in another thread that thieves have no honor even among themselves. How in the world did Kombo expect PNU to nominate him???
So Ford K will quit with their three MPs and then???
By Sunday Standard Reporter
Ford-Kenya has threatened to pull out from the PNU coalition over the parliamentary nomination row.
The party would hold a meeting to review its links with PNU, two MPs said on Saturday.
The members are against the nomination of Ms Beatrice Wasike as the party representative and instead want their party chairman, Mr Musikari Kombo, picked.
Kimilili MP, Dr David Eseli and Saboti MP, Mr Eugene Wamalwa, said Ford-Kenya was not consulted over the nomination.
The two, who said they were speaking on behalf of several party leaders, accused top PNU officials of undermining the party.
"This is not the first time we are being short-changed by PNU. As a senior partner, our party is entitled to nominate a member and this should be Kombo because he has sacrificed a lot for PNU," Wamalwa said.
Eseli said he had spoken to Kombo, and was equally at a loss how Wasike was nominated. He said the nomination of Wasike, who comes from his constituency, is an attempt to undermine his constituents.
"Kimilili has an MP. I will soon convene a meeting and ask my supporters and elders to review our PNU affiliation in view of what has happened," Eseli said.
The MPs accused a former MP of influencing Wasike’s nomination.

Did you just say 2 Mps? Kombo got what he truly decerved in this. The hatered he had on Raila will haunt him for the rest of his political life. Those two MPs will not change the tide. Judas KM is next. I'm sure after the annan talks, he will have no place to lay his shaggy head. He was conviniently brought on board the PANU ship with a motive of trying to silence ODM but seens like things are heading to a separate direction and for sure he has no place.

Deyiengs F-K is dead. Judas KM shot himself in the head, havingshothis feet duering th pre-election period. We always maintained that joining PNU was a death knell for him. He is at the head of the table but will be nudged out soon and drop several notches lower.
A bloody hypocrite this little twit is, decrying the need of mergers while he himself selfishly engineered one.
Despicable human being he is, an obstructionist par excellence.

I say Kombo is a lesson in Kenyan history on how not to run a political party.
