They have targeted the Speaker for censure. They have targetted the Prime Minister for censure.
They have defeated severally the important Special Tribunal for Kenya Bills.
They vote according to their ethnicity rather than for the good of Kenya.
They now call themselves frontrunners for 2012 presidential elections.
They are the Kikiyu, Kamba and Kalenjin alliance, mooted by Kalonzo Musyoka, and very ably promoted by Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto together with their surrogates.
We have the 4th session of the 10th parliament starting today. Parliament has at least 10 bills that it must pass into law before the end of the year. How will they behave? Will it be turned into a comedy for attempting to purposely delaying the 2012 general elections ostensibly to give the Ocampo suspects ample time to clear their legal problems. Will it be a circus of fighting the Prime Minister who is their perceived rival?
Kenyans must not agree to be held at ransom by this rogue parliament. Kenyans must call up their individual MPs and tell them to act in the interest of the country and not in the interest of two suspected criminals who are only good at whipping ethnic emotions.
Kenyans are watching!

Kenyans are watching! Phil, the politics of name calling and divide and rule may have almost worked in 2007 when the infamous kabila adui and madoadoa were patented by ODM inc. We all know how that ended. We are in 2011 and once again the same politics of brewing tribal animosity against some communities is being stirred up by no other than raila and his sympathisers with the KKK tag. Its like there was a referendum of all the Kikuyu's, Kambas and Kalenjin that endorsed this label. These politicians and their hangons learnt nothing from PEV. You can start a thread telling us about the origin of the that tag, I dont care and it makes no difference, but the bottom line is that this is meant to awaken the same demons that made Kenyans slaughter each other. As the politicians continue to stir raw emotions of hatred amongst Kenyans, they are voting for a hefty tax free send off package next year and the cost of living in Kenya has just but skyrocketed. Tribal tagging for political mobilization letter to the Chairman, National Cohesion and Integration Commission My attention has been drawn to the ongoing debate about the so-called Kikuyu, Kalenjin and Kamba alliance (KKK). I note with grave concern that the so-called KKK has been associated with myself and other leaders. To the best of my understanding, the branding of certain leaders as KKK is divisive because it purports to bring together some communities to the exclusion of others. This is against national unity, integration and cohesion. Further, the KKK tag is against the spirit of the new Constitution that the country recently enacted. It is instructive to note that the current debate on the KKK tag is taking the same pattern reminiscent of the perceptions that fueled tribal animosity and tagging for political mobilisation in the run up to the 2007 election. This misinformation, actively propagated from certain quarters, has the potential of pitting other communities against the said communities illegitimately associated with the KKK and vice versa and must be stopped forthwith. The KKK tag is being used as a tool to deny certain leaders the right of association. Mr Chairman, the continued referral to the KKK tag and further association of it with myself, despite my repeated public rejection of the idea of tribal alliances, can only be interpreted as a deliberate and sustained campaign to malign my name and good standing among Kenyans of all walks of life, ethnicity and creed. Further, it is designed to portray me as having an agenda that is tribalistic, exclusionary and against the principles of cohesion. The irresponsible use of this tag by certain politicians, foreign diplomats and its perpetuation by the media is creating a fertile ground for retrogressive politics of ethnicity and tribalism and must be construed as hate speech. Additionally, the KKK tag is designed to deny me my constitutional right to associate with other leaders from all walks of life and all parts of the country. It is my constitutional right to associate with other Kenyans without tribal tags being pinned on me. Mr Chairman, in respect of the foregoing and in the interest of public good and furtherance of your statutory mandate, I ask that you give guidance to the country to the effect that the continued use of the KKK tag is against national unity, cohesion and integration. I also request you to declare that the KKK tag is being used to set communities against one another. I ask your commission to investigate those propagating the KKK tag and their intentions and, if found guilty, to prosecute them. We cannot afford to see our beloved country succumb to the dark forces of ethnic bigotry, impunity and hatred as it did in the last election. I deem it my personal responsibility as a nationalist, a citizen and a leader to play my role in ensuring that this does not happen. What do you expect from a den of thieves bickering as they share the loot? When the MPs were away, Kenya still functioned, the birds still sung, the sun still rose and a few millions got spared from the itchy fingers of these useless wheeler dealers. Actually there was less noise pollution coming from parliament avenue. Kenya is a funny country, the police and city askari LOVE arresting innocent hawkers and makangas trying to eke out their living by shouting for their goods and services. Yet the worst noise makers from bunge who NEMA should target for polluting and poisoning the environment with explicit name calling and tribalized tones are never touched. Lame duck Mzalendo Kibunja of NCIC actually cheers them on. That's the Kenya we have today, one law for the rich and one for the poor.

Lame duck Mzalendo Kibunja of NCIC actually cheers them on. That's the Kenya we have today, one law for the rich and one for the poor. The theatrics of the Kenyan scene reminds me of the fictional writings by J. R. R. Tolkien's. The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, and The Return of the King . The reconvening of Parliament for a continuation of the fourth session of the tenth parliament will definitely be a battle for Middle Earth, Parliament.A strong and fair national government is ideal. However individual freedoms must be protected. The government must be prevented from abusing its power as we have witnessed lately. This can only be achieved by the autonomy of the three branches of government. The dark forces of Kenyan politics are keen to forge the One Ring for continued oppression of its people and entrenchment of impunity to gain power over other rings. (Executive, Legislature and Judiciary) The Executive is already compromised. The legislative has checked the excesses of government and has stood with the people. The people have no faith whatsoever in the judiciary that needs serious reforms. Now the dark forces are gathering to frustrate the 4th session of parliament and implementation of crucial bills. They wish to convert our parliament into Mordor. Mordor was the realm of the Dark Lord Sauron. It was a terrible land of darkness and fear, inhabited by Orcs and other evil creatures. If what is happening in the flower party is anything to go by, then the 4th session of parliament is up for a tough battle. My hypothesis tells me that the likes of Kabogo/Juja MP are seeking protection from the ruling class for peddling medicine and hard weaponry, like kitchen knives. www.the-star.co.ke/national/national/17979-kabogo-kabogo-explains-why-he-left-karua-partyEmbakasi MP Ferdinand Waititu has had his many pending charges dropped or put on hold. www.standardmedia.co.ke/InsidePage.php?id=2000024681&catid=159&a=1Ruto and others are to be sanitized soon by the Judiciary before reforms come in to play. Now here is another one, joining the dark forces. www.capitalfm.co.ke/news/Kenyanews/Another-Narc-Kenya-lawmaker-sees-PNU-light-12135.htmlIt is obvious that Sauron, (read the network of impunity) are in need of the Ring to regain full power, and are sending forth the Ringwraiths, there dark, fearsome servants, to seize it. The battle for Middle-earth is on. We must not allow the Dark Lords of Sauron and their allies to weaken nor erode our institutions. They must be defeated.

Words don't kill name tags, actions do.
The KKK tag either dies naturally or takes a life of its own as exhibited by Kibaki, Kalonzo, Uhuru, and Ruto's actions in and out of Parliament.
When Kamba, Kalenjin and Kikuyu MPs caucus together in parliament to sabotage justice for PEV..the KKK tag sticks.
When they band together to stall land reforms..the tag sticks...
When they cocoon together to target the Speaker or Prime Minister for mischevious censures, the tag is enforced.
When Kibaki deliberately appoints Kioko Kilukumi, Githu Muigai and Kirwa into three crucial constitutional positions, the rest of Kenyans can see the exclusion-vs-inclusion dynamics at play...people are not idiots...that is how the KKK tag sinks in....
And wheh election time comes, even some hitherto assumed KKK members will start questioning themselves as to the benefits of Kujipanga behind the Kalonzo-mooted KKK.
These are fair questions!
