CITIZEN WEEKLY Newspaper has shaken all readers with its Outrageous remarks and claims this morning. It Says That ORWA OJODE was Professor SAITOTI's Running mate and goes on to speculate whether the duo was assasinated.
According to the paper his Liberalism was way too far not welcomed in the greater Nyanza Backyard.
Reports Surfacing from our Jukwaa platforn claims that ODM side of coalition had intended to drop him from CABINET and it was Mr KIBAKI's refusal that saw him remain afoot.
His widow also caught both mainstream and Pocket media on there guard with new speculation arising that there was a seventh passenger in the fallen Eurocopter.

Keep spinning the tales, I love it, so in actual fact then if that is the story then it seems Kibaki was backing the Duo " Saiitoti & Ojode and if that is true then no wonder Uhuru Kenyatta went crazy a a few weeks ago pointing a finger at Kibaki that he should have been the one questioned at the ICC...and not him Uhuru (weird comment) If Kibaki was not backing Uhuru & Co and instead was backing ( not secretly now that it is out in the open) Saitoti & Ojode then maybe the Mt. Kenya Mafia were not happy campers.. Like Citizen mention ODM wanted to Drop Ojode but Kibaki kept him on, in other words he was on Kibaki's team.. and now we hear he was Saitoti's running mate with backing from Kibaki!!SO WHERE THE HELL DID THAT LEAVE UHURU KENYATTA & CO? THEY MUST HAVE BEEN VERY FURIOUS! lets wait for the Eurocopter investigation.. Kenyans are not holding their breath on that one!! WHERE

His widow also caught both mainstream and Pocket media on there guard with new speculation arising that there was a seventh passenger in the fallen Eurocopter. A grand coalition cabinet reshuffle is not an overnight affair. There are party consultations to be done and political considerations to be taken into account. Yes, previously there had been talk of moving Ojode (his participation to party affairs = NIL), and his defence of police crimes was not in the interest of ODM, but this was simply talk. Nothing concrete. Remember, it is the party that maketh the man and not the other way round. Besides, Ojode counted the PM as a personal friend. But to suggest that Ojode was a Saitoti running mate designate is a little too far fetched. It is akin to mixing oil and water. Kibaki tried it once before, after the 2005 referendum, by sacking LDP ministers and awarding Ojode with a portfolio in his national unity cabinet that also included akina Nyachae, but LDP member Ojode rejected it. But now that he is dead (RIP) and strictly from a personal point of view, this position of assistant minister in OP - Internal Security & Provincial Administration - looks tailor made for someone like Ababu Namwamba. Perhaps then the vacant cabinet position of Local Government can be handed to Gumo on basis of first hand experience and then Regional Development given to one of Ojode's neighbouring constituencies. But these also may have to wait until the by-elections because no one knows for sure if the elections will be held in March 2013.

So how about this one from Ole Sakuda (remember he was the ODM man against Saitoti) that the Prof was on the Raila side hence his goose had been cooked?

Even his brother Tom Namwambah my lecturer at KU thinks he is still a young politician. i do agree with you about the issue of Ojode falling out of favour in Jaramog jnr's pecking order but that doesnt mean he lost his fame in kenyans heart. if your seasoned enough in kenyan politics you should know that Ojode and another former legislator Jimmy angweny were the only Luo politicians accepted across Kenyayah Gumo should be handed the Local government docket. but you can bet with me here, Gumo's heart is not for Rao's candidature
