Just went and revised the piece for those who had already looked at it. I have added what I think is an important observation at the end.
So please "Reload" or "Refresh", as the case may be.

Onyango, You have shown to be a true friend by following this sad event to the bitter end. I only hope that you are also taking care not to be harmed by this thugs.
But what I know is that the more you put in public the less likely someone is to harm you.
The current owner of sailfish seems to be some kind of murderer. The law needs to catch up with him.
I wonder if there are any jukwaa or DC members who reside in Emiel Van Der Werf country of origin who can dig up his true background? The man is simply a thug.

Thanks Oloo this is shocking updated information: this reads Like a Horror movie which has no ending with repeated re-runs
SHOCKING INSIGHT :THE MURDER OF LILLIAN MWIKALI ANDREE "KASUKU"
How on earth can two people MR. & MRS VAN DER WERF be allowed by the Kenya security forces/police to get away with all this MURDERS THROUGHOUT THE YEARS? Who the hell is PROTECTING THEM ? this is a question that needs serious answers.. it is either they are THE MOST POWERFUL TWO INDIVIDUAL IN KENYA TODAY EVEN MORE POWERFUL THAN PRESIDENT KIBAKI.. THE HEAD OF STATE.. if indeed they can get away with continuous murders without a finger being lifted by the police/CID/NSIS ...
Good work Oloo ..we all thank you for all the detailed info & efforts and representing Jukwaa members at Lillian's funeral, May Lillian Mwikali Andree spirits be the guide so that her Killers don't go unpunished.

An email from a Malindi-based human rights activist:
Dear Hussein and Oloo,
The two who killed (Kasuku) Mwikali over 70 million property were taken to court. Mr. Emericus Hendricus Van De Werf, a Dutch man, who was running the disputed Sailfish Club, and Said Abudala Mwaweche, a manager of hotel, appeared before Malindi resident judge Christine Meoli and denied the charges.
Four other suspects were released after the investigation found no evidence linking them to murder of Lillian Mwikali who was killed and dumped in septic tank at club weeks ago. The judge set the case for mention and bail application on December 18 to give time for preparation of report by probation office.
Judge Christine Meoli set the case for hearing on February 12 and 13 next year.
The four who were released include Samson Kimbej a private court process server based in Malindi, Baraka Dzila, David Ngalla and Mwinyi Garashi. Regards
Auma

Romans 12:19 “Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord'' I do hope and pray that justice will be carried out in this matter. My sincere condolences to Kasuku's family. Death is never easy to accept, but for it to happen in this manner, it makes it even more difficult. Rest in Peace .

Message from Kasuku's Brother:
Mr. Oloo,
Good afternoon.
My name is Joseph Munyao, brother to Lilian Mwikali Andree.
We met during the Nairobi meetings and later during the Funeral.
I must take this opportunity to thank you very much for publishing extensively about the brutal murder of our sister and also giving a detailed correspondence concerning the main reason why she was killed.
The main reason must have been to silence her devoted efforts to repossess the Sailfish Lodge.
Now that our sister has been buried, we are left with the task of tough legal battle to make sure that those who killed her are given capital punishment so that nobody else will suffer the same brutal act from their dirty hands. We have recruited a criminal lawyer by the name Ole Kina to represent the Family in the Criminal case, and we still retain Advocate Kilonzo to continue with the Civil case.
The financial implication for the 2 cases is enormous, and we would welcome anybody willing to chip in to the legal kitty to do so through the account number Aswani and Ndila opened with the Cooperative Bank or the M-PESA number forwarded to you.
Please keep the fire burning on the social media through your Jukwaa Forum, We are very grateful for your good work and will support you by availing all the information you might require.
Have a good evening.
Kind Regards,
Munyao.

Oloo,
Good morning.
I am going to see the lawyers of our late Sister next week.
I will try and the the information you wanted from him if you tell me what it is.
Also we have not seen any body sending any financial assistance for the case even after opening the bank account and the Mpesa as per your request.
Also the social media campaign died immediately Lilian was buried, Please try and re ignite it.
We need your support.
Have a good day.
Kind Regards,
Joseph (Lillian's Bro).
