Jeff and the Kalenjin also believe he has Kalenjin roots through his father jamii.wordpress.com/2008/03/07/mzee-jomo-kenyatta-was-a-kalenjin-says-too/After years of research I am now able to display Jomo Kenyatta’s early portrays, his real father and why he dropped [his] Kikuyu names (Kamau). Mzee Jomo Kenyatta is believed to have been a Kipsigis who grew up among the Kikuyu. The legend is like this. After the demise of the great Nandi Oloibon Kipnyolei arap Turugat (Simbolei) his sons went to other parts of the Kalenjinland. One of them, Chebochok arap Boiso was to stay in Londiani in Kericho District. While in Londiani arap Bosio met a young lady later to become the mother of Mzee Jomo Kenyatta. It is believed that their friendship resulted in the birth of Kenyatta whom we are told was originally called Johnstone Peter Kamau. Kamau’s mother Wamboi is reported to have been a widow who used to herd cattle in Londiani. She later sought employment in European farms in Central Province. While in Kikuyu land, Wamboi got married to Muigai who is wrongly believed to have been Kenyatta’s father. After sometimes, Muigai divorced Wamboi “for having a child from Lumbwa (kipsigis) people. She went back to work in European farms. In 1913, all brothers of Koitalel arap Samoei were rounded up and banished to Central Province for opposing the evil plans of the white man. They were Kipchomber arap Koilegen (Kochich-lem), arap Boiso and Kibuigut. They were detained in Nyeri and Forth Hall now Maragwa. While in Kikuyuland, Kenyatta’s mother was assigned the role of taking care of the three detainees. Why the white man did chose Kenayyat’s mother. Is it possible that Wamboi was able to speak Kalenjin, or did the detainees choose her for reason detailed above? When arap Koilegen was about to die in July 1916, he summoned Kenyatta to his house for briefing. Kenyatta was then a student at Thogoto Mission School. He gave him a beaded belt known in Kalenjin as Kenyattet, a container for holding stuff (tobacco), a flywhisk and a monkey skin called Siombuut. He then told Kenyatta that when the white men go back to Britain he would lead the nation. He instructed him to drop Kikuyu names, Peter Kamau which he did. After that he instructed him to go to Loita and seek further advice from Maasai Laibons and in particular Ole Mokompo who died in the early 70s. After being blessed by the Oloibon, he was told, “Shomo Kenyatta!” i.e. go with this belt.Through divive power, Kenyatta thought his name was Jomo Kenyatta. Jomo is devived from Maasai verb Shomo arap Bosio, Kenyatta’s father died in 1929 after being tortured by the white man. When he died, Kenyatta was schooling in London. His demise shocked Kenyatta so much that for three days, Kenyatta was indoors crying and mourning the death of arap Bosio. Why then mourn arap Boisio!? Back to Nyeri, arap Boisio again befriended a young Kikuyu lady named Margaret Muthoni who was President Kibaki’s father’s sister. They married and had children who now live in Kericho District. Before arap Koilgen died, another old man form Tugen named Chepkeres arap Toroitich visited him, he later blessed him and told him that one of his grandsons would one day rule Kenya. This later came to be true when Daniel Kapkorios arap Moi became president. Sadly throughout the time he was in power, Moi never assisted the descendants of arap Koilgen, the Talai clan. They are squatting in Kericho Township since their land was taken by the white man. Moi later gave power to Uhuru Kenyata and Kibaki will do the same. By: ORIOP KIRUI

Easy, fellas, Africa is pulling a big one on you! Please listen to her poets and uncode the big drum! Read between the lines of a tabloid tale! Ni vitendawilu tu! ;D ;D
Otherwise No, UK is not Ugandan, because his official father is also his biological father, Kenyatta, and this man was Kenyan at the time of the conception. Further, the birth took place in Kenya, bestowing the nationality Kenyan to the new-born Uhuru. FACTOLOGY CASE CLOSED. LINEAGE IS GENUINE.
But this is Afrika, and she has a double perspective. Song of Lawino, Song of Ocol. A questioning perspective which according to Prof. PODP, Achebe says are the headaches African writers must wreak upon her peoples.
Human beings will have reason to ignore factology when it pleases them to, or simply choose to, and it is important to understand why, in a specific case. For all I know, the Holy Bible story of the Virgin Birth may just be a yarn impossible in scientific Biology! But watch me every Sunday in church preaching it!
So these stories of dubious birthrights of power men in Afrika, may simply be humour, but a good one that annoys power. I do not know, but the prevalence of the denunciation of a head of state, by --directly or in code-- ascribing to him the term foreigner, seems a world trend.
--Birthers in the USA, and Obama. --Lots of fun judging where Joseph Kabila comes from. To his opponents, he is definitely not Congolese! not 'authentique'! He is a Tanzanian. --Museveni to some Ugandans is 'from the other side of the border!' --Kagame is referred to as a Ugandan Tutsi! of doubtful '--Rwandese-- father. Doubtful an understatement. --Kaunda of Zambia, they said in court, is from Malawi or Nyasaland! --Charles Taylor of Liberia, folks just called him the 'black American'!
And for good measure, Miguna Miguna, if I remember my Luo history correctly, is actually a Kikuyu, Njuguna Njuguna!
So, for those with a political mind, these tabloid birther stories, their resilience, ubiquitousness in certain political dispensations, tell another story about that society, a story that perhaps lies beyond the realms of facts. A story of deep-seated psychological anxieties perhaps.
Many things. Some to do with reflections of feelings of a usurped POLITICAL birthrights. others Psychological rejections, even de-legitimation of the head a hated regime, and in the case of UK, a particularly vicious intimation that his mother was sleeping around as his father was locked in Kapenguria. Making him a fake Kenyatta, a bastard. When you hire the best PR-firm in the world to polish you up, reckon Afrika sets a trap in the bush. The joke is the top-range PR-firm now has to come up with the DNA-test to prove parentage: Is he a real Kenyatta, asks Africans as they joke and drink in bars around the continent! Pure hate speech! ;D
By the way the same insinuation is also popular in Uganda where Museveni's brother, Gen Salim al Saleh, is of very striking biological difference to the standard Muhima.
WRATH: NB: Gamel Abdel Nasser, hero of Egypt later dictator of Egypt, when he heard the street joke about his physique ---he was a giant of a man, towering above all Egyptians so to speak, is said to have entered a murderous rage of temper.
The joke went: In the morning is when the two legs of Nasser's mother used to meet. Then the Right would ask the other: 'Lo, Left leg, where did you go the whole night? I never set sights on you!'
And the Left leg would reply: 'Lo, Right Leg, you know our fate! the whole of male Egypt was passing between us! But our son will have the strength of all of them rolled into one!'
And the other concurs in consolation: 'Yes, he will be bigger than ALL Egypt. Let us celebrate by opening the wider when duty calls!'
Oral sources then say in vengeance, Nasser chose the artistic area of town, razed it down, killed the bohemians and banished the rest to death in the deserts. Their women he sold to various brothels around Arabia.
An Arab poet comments:
Big Nasser of Masri was a god, But that night the god was a devil. You that insult an Arab Mother Beware the fury of an Arab son.
*************************
So dear Jukwaaists. These are tabloid stories. Vitendawilis. But when you ran through your mind and put them in context. Africa is telling you something. But is like the so called talking drum.
You first must learn to decipher the codes. Or it is just animal gibberish of savage tribes to you.
Hail Okot P'Bitek, fellow waragi-man who taught me the ruthless lesson of making the extra effort to listen to Afrika. Afrika is ever talking, reporting her reality. It is your problem if you are interested in her but bothers not to listen. She wont cure your deafness. You will just miss the warning, and run into a present of death from her!

Uhuru was born in Kenya, his mother is a Kenyan, so the issue of him not being a Kenya is shallow and does not add value to anything.
What is important and time should be spent on is the ICC question and his style of governance, not his birth and nationality.
We should know by now Uhuru is a wealthy man, and he is using the best PR machine money can buy, we should not fall into that trap of picking up information in the media or internet which is basically to server his agenda.
Uhuru kept on telling us, his and Ruto is a digital government, and we should take him seriously, if we look at what happened to the IEBC digital systems, you can understand the depth of the truth in Uhuruto claim of digital duo.
The TNA and IEBC shared the same server, it overloaded and crushed, was it coincidence? I don't think so.
Everything Uhuru and Ruto does or say is meant to achieve a certain goal, to hoodwink the public to believe that they are saints and they are good in that, in public they will talk of making sure the devolution works but when it comes to funds allocation to make it work, that will be a different story
