Ida should stop meddling into the affairs of ODM party and know that its her husband who stand to lose if she continue showing these stupid traits of wanting to monopolize her husbands campaign. Its things like these one which sometime make it very hard to support people when they show insensitivity to what others feel. If Raila Odinga can not bring his house in order then he might as well kiss his ambition goodbye. I am just sick and tired of dealing with sick things like what Ida wants. She either accept to be the spouse to a presidential candidate and support his bid by building and creating more bridges rather than what she seem to be doing right now. To Rila i say "Get rid of Ida, Midiwo and other hang-ons who are now beggining to suffocate your campaign. Ida has only one vote and you need more than that to be elected president" Johns, If it's true that Ida is meddling in ODM affairs then I totally agree with the above. Wasipo ziba ufa watajenga ukuta...ni wahenga waliosema haya sio mimi!

Meanwhile, iko shida, no wonder reloaded was nowhere to be seen on the campaign train in RV over the weekend: The spouse of a presidential candidate has run into trouble. Corridors has been informed that a woman walked into the offices of a leading daily complaining that her husband is "being confused" by the politician's spouse. The aggrieved woman says telling her story is the only way she can secure the future of her children, since her husband has disappeared from home.the-star.co.ke/national/corridors-of-power/91389-corridors-of-power

While it's too early to tell who excatly commands the votes of this region, me thinks that RAO may perform better RV than many expect. Also, i didn't quite get the relevance of your quote for the star. Did you also post the same on UDF, URP, TNA threads? Just curious mogaka..

I'm not sure whether my brother Mwalimu found it offensive but if he did, I humbly apologize and withdraw. Folks outside my area call me mogaka all the time and It's a title I wear so proudly.

Mwalimu, I think I stated very well that it's too early to tell who will command the majority of votes from RV and by what %age. All the leading candidates have been drawing huge crowds wherever they go and I do agree that we can't equate the crowds to actual votes. If I remember correctly, you have in past, posted some pics here in jukwaa of some candidates to highlight their popularity or how successful their rallies were. Going by your anology, it will be hard to tell who among our candidates are the mad men...lol I think sometimes we try too hard to be partisan...I still believe we can still acknowledge the good on the other side without losing our patronage to the base!!

I never missed a political rally in hometown when I was growing up...it's from those rallies that i knew i was destined to be a politician. The kids are the future leaders and there's nothin wrong if they listen to the current leaders in action.

I really don't like it when the so called leaders exploit slum dwellers to prove their political might when things are going pear shaped for them. Places like Dandora and Kibera have some very high levels or poverty and people there are most desperate. When politicians roll in these slums and prey on these people, most who may have slept hungry, what exactly do they hope to accomplish yet these people have been lied on for decades? My bet is that the leaders will keep looking at their Sh 3M Rolex watches hoping time will fly as fast as possible due to the stench coming out of the flying toilets, then they will ride out of these slums in their sh 10m fuel guzzlers and head for a snobbish bash in Serena where they will hatch more plans to increase their perks from our taxes.
