I think and now believe Kamwana Uhuru , does not have proper advisers , he keeps making mistakes and missteps every now and then . It seems those who are surrounding him are playing games on him.
Look at that combat fatigue aka 5 star general ,
Nets distribution in migori , then heckling and shoieng,
Land problem in lamu and the entire coastal region , then NLC comes in because of the constitution,
Then the referendums (okoa and pesa mashinani.), using 2009/2010 audited accounts that is just 12% of the projected budget then saying it is 43% to counties,
He keeps getting his facts wrong every now and then, and it is becoming shameful when the truth is known every now and then . The main reason is that Jubilee is full of liars who lie through their teeth everyday and they do this on tv and newspapers thinking kenyas are such gullible.
Let me give them a free insight in the entire east, central and south africa , kenyans are the most read people on the daily readership of newspapers and tv news viewership, so whenever they go lying in the villages then their friendly press moulds and sweetens the lies , kenyans just look and ask where did this fools come from or do they really live in kenya or are they some outer space aliens .They keep drumming their lies day in day out but unfortunately its not working for them instead it is wrecking them without knowing , Kanu style .
So JUBI-LIES we are feed up with your nonsense , that is why Migori shoeing happened and Mandera Ole lenku tongue lashing and Kericho heckling and name calling On Chekwony turf and Isaac Ruto occurred.
Some keep fermenting the lies and breathing fires of hatred and nepotism you won't know when it will consume you , it will be worse than a oil tanker blaze or lethal like Ebola cause it does not choose the mighty and the lowest.

we suffer from what happened and maybe it has come here. the cargo cult mentality. African regimes in the late 1950s/1960s (baseline decades for the “restoration of African independence” after centuries of the European conquest and occupation) uncritically keyed into the Fraudulent Developmentalism music of the age which was trumpeted noisily and widely by the Western World – led strategically by none other than Britain and France, the core conqueror states of Africa. Thanks to the nauseating naivety of these leaderships, Britain, France and other European World states and institutions that had committed heinous crimes of conquest and occupation in Africa for 500 years, were overnight “entrusted” with a role, the central role for that matter, to embark upon Africa’s seeming project of societal reconstruction in the wake of the holocaust. South Korea, for instance, has demonstrated that if the country’s leaderships in the late 1940s/1950s (after the country’s liberation from Japanese conquest and occupation) had “allowed” Japan to play a similar role in their reconstruction project as the Africa example just cited, their society would not have been “endowed” with the scientific know-how in the very short 50 years time lag to co-stage the recent World Cup Football competition with Japan and with such comparable dazzling technological finesse as the latter. re-thinkingafrica.blogspot.com/2011/03/cargo-cult-mentality-nigeria-and.htmlfast forward to 2002/3 when NARC under Kibaki came into power. cargo cult mentality again besieged Kenyans as we were voted the most optimistic people one earth forgetting that the man who became our PORK had served both Kenyatta and Moi regimes that did enjoyed patronage politics and we saw it come to pass when Mt. Kenya mafia entered the space previously held by Kiambu and Rift Valley mafias. President Kibaki's reign started on a hopeful note, but things quickly went downhill from there, according to the author. The loose coalition of parties that had formed a coalition to oust the previous ruling party quickly fell to bickering. The anti-corruption platform on which the government had been elected was abandoned, and the culture of impunity for the wealthy and powerful continued unabated. As the 2007 elections approached, the author was a power broker in the opposition ODM party. Disagreements between Raila Odinga and Kalonzo Musyoka led to a split in the party, and the author describes how he supported Kalonzo and brokered a secret agreement between Kalonzo and Kibaki that would result in Kalonzo becoming vice-president when Kibaki was re-elected. www.amazon.com/The-Politics-Betrayal-Kenyan-Legislator/dp/142695445Xso when DPs men start throwing tantrums in public why do we act surprised?

podp, I would have preferred to link this to Jubilee and the National question. Because this is a cleavage manifesting itself as an aspect of the contradiction between the local government and the national government. -- And Onyango Oloo had theorised this was a contradiction which would cut across parties, within parties, opposition and government. The referendum clash is actually a manifestation of this tendency. An exemplification. it catches the deputy Pork awkwardly, and it will be noted there is talk of an alternative party being fronted in Kalenjin Land, to counteract what is percieved as William increasingly becoming detached from the grassroots, and not competively compesated enough by the coalition partner. here is another running reference. jukwaa.proboards.com/thread/8795/keter-outburst-tna-pact-unraveling

Developing a philosophy of who we were and ought to be was then buried in inter-ethnic elite competition for primitive accumulation. That is how we came to worship the presidency, venerated as the giver of all. That wound has not healed despite a brand new Constitution that has dreams of a cannibalised presidency. That we are in awe of the presidency manifests in an insatiable appetite during elections for that post. Soon after elections, we cannot detach the aura, the hope and failed ambitions. mediamaxnetwork.co.ke/peopledaily/?p=106222as for Keter's outbursts I think it was something DP was privy of, approved and encourages as in Jubi-Lies exists an un unwritten MoU of 50%:50% although the TNA side is giving URP side a nearly raw deal but not as bad as RAO got from Kibaki. the advisors of URP side are compromised by TNA side and hence the continuation of TNA dominance in their MoU with URP.
