I just want to ask fellow Jukwaaists: what if there is evidence of blatant rigging and stealing, will they accept that this is a serious issue that Kenyans need to know and that the process needs to be stopped and the irregularities addressed?
Will they accept?
Why this sheepish and knee-jerked reaction to everything in a partisan manner?

Kalonzo is (supposedly) a lawyer. He says he has ironclad proof that the results are being doctored. Yet CORD holds a press briefing instead of flying to court and getting an injunction.
They're simply politicking and in a very bad way!

All those who have attacked me for doing my patriotic duty as a Kenyan of speaking out when an illegality is in progress, I will need a full and unqualified apology when all this is over. There is evidence of tampering and doctoring with results. These will be addressed in the courts as required by law. Now the judiciary is reformed. I hope nobody is going to say that CORD cannot do that. If Raila is NOT winning fairly, his supporters will accept and move on. All that we want in Kenya is fairness. What a cry baby, you insulted everyone who dared challenge you on your wild allegations only to turn around and claim that you have been insulted. Go away my friend, follow Kalonzo Musyoka to the supreme court and leave us alone. You are being silly, what wild allegations? I spoke even before Hon Kalonzo and others and now they have come out. Does that not lend credence to what I said? Are you not intelligent enough to suspend judgement until you see full details? In any case, hold your horses and wait to see the evidence. You are a pathetic idiot.

Remember CORD have a responsibility to the millions who support them. You are the one who is politicking by wearing your tinted partisan spectacles to look at this issue. And derogatory remarks aimed at Kalonzo make you look painfully silly when you seemingly haven't the faintest idea what you are talking about. Iko swali ingine?

No, the matter was first taken to the streets by CORD after which they're now promising to go to court, hoping to sway the masses to support them (look in the mirror and note that you have swallowed the rigging allegations 101% without a supreme court decision purely based on allegations by CORD).

The matter is going to the supreme court and the public deserves to know. CORD called a conference to say they were complaining using legal channels. Or you preferred them to do it secretly. Stop repeating yourself like a broken record. The public has been given the information which is relevant for now, and in the interest of public responsibility not all can be said. I am soon going, if you have a different line of thought, share it. I will not respond to this one again.

Folks, go easy on RR. The fact is anyone who has access to data that the parties have collated from the various counties will know that this election has already been won (or lost depending on which side you support). IEBC is taking its sweet time to unleash the inevitable lest people end up in hospital wards from the shock. Let RR vent. Better online than on the streets ;D ;D ;D ;D

Let me guess, IEBC also has a responsibility to many more millions than CORD, right? So they should do like CORD and hold press briefings slinging unproven allegations at CORD before going to court? You really want us to follow that path? Logic and reason are unfortunately not the forte in CORD.

I believe both coalitions have a fairly good idea what the final numbers will be. I suspect that these CORD fellows know they are losing and as is expected, Raila will not concede. The blundering by IEBC has given CORD a perfect excuse to protest but in my view, these are the last kicks of a dying horse.

CORD are wasting time with press conferences & high drama instead of doing the needful & going to court. We do not need a repeat of 2007 with emotions being fanned. It appears so far that judging by the general trend of either the provisional votes or the actual ones, that Raila has been rejected resoundingly this time around. He should go peacefully like Ntimama of Vasco da Gama fame....

More than a thousand CORDS. IEBC have been holding press briefings to explain things. They have refused to explain glaring irregularities raised by CORD. For example Kenyans are asking what happened to the 300k plus rejected votes? Also why are so many constituencies reporting ballots more than the registered voters? All Kenyans need to know is that there are problems but they are being addressed using the right channels. I am sure you prefer that we remain 'peaceful' and let IEBC do its work. You are among the sheepish Kenyans who are responsible for the utter backwardness our country has gone through for decades.

Jukwaa Folks:
Let us remain CALM. Is that too much to ask? Onyango Oloo Jukwaa Administrator Dear Mr. Politician, Don't be a reckless mouthpiece! You all signed to follow and to entrust the IEBC to conduct the elections. Numbers don't lie and the IEBC cannot be doing the right thing only when the numbers are in your favor. An honest competitor is the one who is prepared to win or lose in a contest. We love Kenya and don't want loose cannons that could cause panic and chaos in the nation. Surely media should not accept to be used as a vehicle to spread propaganda that has no credible claims. If at all you have a dispute, kindly use the right channels to solve the disputes. I believe the Chief Justice assured us that the Judiciary is more than ready and able to handle any disputes that arise. Use the right channels and let the tallying continue. Kind regards, Dr. C. J Kirubi

And don't be surprised when CORD goes to court....many of you will complain about that too. In fact some will say that the public should not be allowed in the Courts...Oh it will inflame Kenyans...Always complaining!!!! Oh that! Oh This! Oh RAO! You forget that we the public are the ones who voted! We are the electorate
But if I may ask...how many cases is your fella gonna handle....Monday, he should be attending ICC matters...soon it will be presidential elections
