1st red highlight MM is not a ‘leader’ Kenyan style! Otherwise he would be splashing money to the downtrodden or promising them heaven. He certainly is a slave driver if given an opportunity to lord over others. He definitely is a workaholic and hence would make an excellent behind scene strategist and/or tactician. But leading people no, No, NO, nO, no. 2nd and 3rd red light MM appears to have made up his mind to concentrate on RAO. At UoN the 'jilted lover' adage sunk in properly hence the vindictiveness. MMs single minded mission now is to make sure through crook and by crook that RAO does not become PORK. All those other pretenders to the throne G7, etc will gladly bankroll his County tours and it is no crime. It is RAO's sycophants who will do more harm to their deity by reacting as they did in Kisumu and Mombasa, especially. Of course a cold calculating G7, etc supporter can harm MM and like ‘programmed robots’ all of us will see RAO's hand! After all MM is inflicting blows to RAO and not G7, etc. Hence any harm befalling MM is RAO’s hand work and hence the futility of the good Prof (ODM Secretary General) and BM (ODM’s Director of misInformation) proclamations as it is R911, rr and the multitudes celebrations that will point real fingers at the beneficiaries of MMs outage! Do not be surprised if MM starts singing praises to Mo1 and the current PORK. As many Kenyans saw happening with the staged show in Mombasa.. G7 are looking to nail Raila desperately and if any harm were to come to Miguna as you mentioned above, they expect Kenyans to think, since Miguna vendetta has been specifically pointed at Raila, then the chess game plays out that he must be the one vying for his demise.. G7 or Miguna's rumored handlers are foolish enough to think that they can get away with such actions, but it is Miguna who would have made himself and easy target for them to act.. not realizing that the chess game is up and that Kenyans can see through the smoke screen Breaking News:Its now confirmed that MM will attend Ramogi night AKA State function tonight at carnival. And he is a teetotler so will see how he ohangla's! have to also to go there nijionee. first get the dress code instructions which can be downloaded on mobile phone, yawaaah

Miguna asks "where are the law suits"? Apparently he has not been served with a libel notice since landing back in KE two weeks ago. The Caroli Omondi's of this world were just posturing politically, it seems ;D Miguna tears into the Efficiency Monitoring Unit which white-washed Raila's minions, as it falls under his docket & couldn't possibly have carried out an impartial investigation of its boss. He also rips into The Inspectorate of State Corporations as Caroli & Isahakia supervise it. KACA & the DPP come under his wrath as well. This guy will not be cowed B6K, The cowards know that Miguna has everything on his palm about their thieving and immoral tendencies. If you have paid a keen interest on Raila's kitendawili about wazimu (Miguna) and his (Raila's) cloths, you will hear him admit that he has been caught with his hand in the cookie jar and has decided to leave it at that in the hope that the matter dies away. But Mguna says, no, Kenyans deserve better, and I agree with him. How can Miguna who is minting $$$ from a book full of lies! innuendo's, allegations and propaganda that he can't substantiated know about what Kenyans deserve? How can a man who shouted on top of his lungs on National media that he is withholding crucial information in regards to "PEV" claim that he knows that Kenyans deserve better? what a Joke.. go tell your Buddy that those innocent Kenyans who lost their life's during the "PEV" deserve better and it is up to his conscious to produce the crucial information to the ICC or Kenya police so that it can shade more light to what happened.. THEY TOO DESERVE BETTER!! AND JUSTICE MUST BE SERVED!! he can start from there instead of crisscrossing all over the country yapping Raila this Raila as rumour has it playing up to his handlers banker rollers tune with full police protected paid by taxpayers !! ask Githongo he was never given such protection when he was promoting his book! ati Kenyans deserve better? what horse manure!!!

How can Miguna who is minting $$$ from a book full of lies! innuendo's, allegations and propaganda that he can't substantiated know about what Kenyans deserve?,,, because as a good libel lawyer....... How can a man who shouted on top of his lungs on jukwaa I mean Reporter911 if you have not checked the stats you have actually outdone Miguna by shouting again and again on what he shouted and you have not even thought of suing him; yet you know taxpayers will cover your lawsuit too. If you are relaxed watch the video again. Actually empty debes..... I bet you have not read peeling back the mask, the best thing in Kenya since OTP DEDUCTED. If you Reporter911 sincerely seeks answers from Miguna about PEV in this manner online of 3500 Deaths 7000 injured 50000 raped Billions destroyed, 400000 Kenyan refugees in Kenya and 38 million Kenyans traumatized including yourself, you need a patient approach because it is different from corruption e.t.c Matter of fact is the PEV perpetrators of most of the violent incidences you are looking for are next to us. They are the so called decent folk, well known neighbors, priests you worship with, teachers, professors, our jobless brothers and sisters, uncles and aunts, mothers and fathers and of course Big brother. You personally MIGHT be with holding crucial PEV information whether you know it or not because if you were in Kenya during PEV and have not reported what you saw live or hearsay which led to someone else or even yourself as a victim of PEV, then to other Kenyans you are with-holding information.

Refer to Githongo's whistle-blowers report, at least he had the audacity to get some of he crooks on tape and detailed records on how it went down, he did not use allegations, lies, innuendo's and propaganda to bring Kibaki or those around him down, he used facts but Kibaki refused to act on all prove presented to him. Now Miguna has been asked to substantiate his allegations but WAPI! he keeps crisscrossing the country shouting on top of his voice and when wanaichi ask him to lay down the facts of his allegations, he starts screaming that they are after his blood.. what utter nonsense!!As for "PEV" I'm shocked that you can brush off what Miguna himself announced on National Media " he himself claimed that he was withholding crucial "PEV" information and people should start licking his feet! that is a serious statement from where I'm standing.. When you mention Kenya citizens withholding information, it is up to every individual to use their wisdom to present any information to the appropriate authorities, I have not heard any Kenya citizens other than Miguna's and from Gachoka shouting on top of their voice while Gachoka at the same time begging ICC to give him a chance to present it.. Kenyans are asking where were Miguna & Tony Gachoka when Waki team was going around asking any Kenyans with information to step forward? where were this two individuals when the ICC come to Kenya asking PEV witnesses to come forward to record statements and even assured them safety? and now they want Kenyans to believe that all this time they were withholding information in order to come out later to present it? Bure kabisa.. fake, forges information by those who are behind their distorted campaigns.. ati their are the nights in Armour ridding in to save Kenya? tell them to go try it on fools.. Kenyans has a very intelligent society and can see through their fake tramped up propaganda.. alah wake up!!

MEgoona thinks he is the only one with rights in Kenya ,even the people rejecting him have a right to express themsleves and it will sometimes include burning effigies and yes he may be shouted at or shoved around just to drive the point home.He claims to have been an active student leader at UON ,when they went on strike and attacked innocent pedestrians and drivers was this not barbaric? and did the students not feel that this was the only way their percieved enemy will feel the heat? ,MEgoona should be prepared to face the heat he has generated ,even RAO was denied food in central kenya at the height of politics back in 2007 ,Kalonzo was heckled and a few rotten eggs hurled his way in coast but they all know that Kenyan Ploitics is a dirty game ,so MEgoona should man up and stop running to daddy in statehouse everytime his comfort is disturbed .

MUTUA: Physical attacks on Miguna Miguna are barbaric
By MAKAU MUTUA
Posted Saturday, September 1 2012 at 19:20
I know some people think he’s “getting his just desserts”. I am not one of them.
I was shocked to see TV footage of the man with the “same name twice” – Miguna Miguna – in “full flight” from a bunch of thugs.
In the indignity of the melee, Mr Miguna lost his trademark Muslim cap revealing a nearly bald pate. Also gone were his eyeglasses and a shoe.
It was Mr Miguna like the public hasn’t seen him before. I thought I was watching a movie – only it was all too painfully real.
Let me state the bottom line up front – such barbaric conduct is impermissible in a civilised society. Mr Miguna has every right to promote his book unmolested.
DPP Keriako Tobiko must order the arrest and prosecution of Mr Miguna’s attackers pronto. He can’t claim to lack evidence because it was all caught on tape.
In one chilling video clip, a particularly aggressive man wearing a sports shirt emblazoned “Destroyer” is seen upsetting chairs and tables while charging at Mr Miguna. He shouldn’t be too hard to locate and put in custody.
He and his gang of thugs acted with impunity. It doesn’t matter what Mr Miguna wrote in his book, or says in public.
There can’t be any excuse for a physical attack on any person because of their speech. This is an open and shut case – it’s totally unarguable. There are no rebuttals, or counter-arguments.
Mr Miguna’s book, Peeling Back the Mask, has upset many people. This is also unarguable. But the answer to the book isn’t physical violence against his person.
In a democracy, the answer to “bad speech” is “more speech”. That’s why I supported the Nyando villagers when they demonstrated against Mr Miguna.
They burnt his effigy and buried him in a mock funeral. Mr Miguna was wrong to attack the villagers for exercising their constitutional rights.
That’s permissible free speech – so long as they don’t cross a line and resort to physical violence against anyone, or any private or public property. Nor should he, or his relatives and friends, be menaced or threatened.
Speech – whether abusive or not – is permissible. It’s true there are certain limits to free speech in a democracy. But those limits are so narrowly carved that the benefit of the doubt lies with the speaker, not the censor.
Clearly, defamation – slander and libel – laws are one limitation on speech. But even here, the legal standard of scrutiny is very high.
“Malice” is often required as proof of defamation, while “truth” is a complete defence. The public’s interest to know sets a high bar for claims of defamation by public figures.
Even when a false claim is made against a public figure, the plaintiff must show that it’s dishonestly made. That’s why it’s difficult to sue Mr Miguna for alleged defamation in Peeling Back the Mask.
I am sure these legal niceties are lost on the goons attacking Mr Miguna. That’s why Mr Tobiko must sue them to remind them they don’t live in a lawless society. www.nation.co.ke/oped/Opinion/Physical+attacks+on+Miguna+Miguna+are+barbaric/-/440808/1492844/-/cdv30xz/-/index.html

I guess the rest of the queries refer to Miguna and while you are at it.. ask him to hand over the Crucial "PEV" information he claimed he is withholding and just maybe if you lick his feet, he might just hand it to you..
