Former Gachoka MP Mutava Musyimi GIVEN A DIRECT The National Alliance (TNA) nomination IN Mbeere South AMID RIGGING CLAIMS BY HIS OPPONENT [ EASTERN; KENYA: Former Gachoka MP Mutava Musyimi has secured The National Alliance (TNA) nomination to contest the Mbeere South constituency seat after beating his opponent, former President Kibaki’s aide de camp He alleged that the list of the registered voters, which was used during the nomination, was fake, while some of the registered members were thrown out and denied a chance to vote for their preferred candidates. Kinga'ng'i claims that polls were rigged!!!!! Less materials He said the polling stations in the Gachoka region where he enjoys massive support were closed by police officers by 5pm who also allegedly locked up his agents the whole night when tallying was going on. On Friday morning, his supporters stormed out of the main tallying centre at Rwika Technical Training Institute and held a protest along Embu-Kiritiri Road after it emerged Musyimi had won the ticket. At the time of going to press, King’ang’i said he was in a meeting with his secretariat to decide on the next course of action. TNA Embu County Chairman Jamal Runyenje said the party held free and fair nominations in the area and any aggrieved persons should lodge complaint to the County Nominations Board or the TNA National Nominations Board as soon as possible. He said King’ang’i had not informed him about his discontent. www.standardmedia.co.ke/?articleID=2000075361&story_title=Kenya--Musyimi-wins-TNA-ticket So what say the Uhuru"TNT" supporter who are very fast to condemn elections in other political parties while turning a blind eye to the shenanigans & rigging claims happening in their own parties BURE KABISA!

Both CORD and Jubilee are acting like these nominations are an act of god...some unforeseen event that came out of nowhere, tragic...the only thing that’s saving them is there are very few Oduol’s out there (or real competition), people who won’t take this Sham lying down...Jubilee’s Mugambi in Othaya is crying foul for a number of reasons, and it looks like it’s too early to even speculate, most TNA zones are still voting or still in a mess...but politics is about perception and CORD today is the biggest loser... We now have five ODM MP’s branding Oduol a mole, siasa ya pesa nane hiyo...what happened to the 13 Billion ODM had for elections? They go to bed on Wednesday then show up Friday evening claiming Oduol is a mole when they did not even have returning officers counting the ballots! Sending a petrified returning officer to announce what is obviously a sham Siaya result is very Kibakiesque, that won’t fly... And some people are still defending this sham...Wycliffe Muga captures this political fanaticism very well in this Star article.... www.the-star.co.ke/news/article-102349/how-fanaticism-defines-politicsMiguna must be smiling somewhere...

Franklin Bett said ODM had done fairly well in 44 out of 47 counties (now 43 if one excludes Siaya). He went on to say that although there were teething problems in other counties, the locals were able to resolve them amicably unlike in the counties of Migori, Homabay, Kisumu and now Siaya. Is it by coincidence that all happen to be from one region? The stereotyping continues.

wuod gem, i will be shooting from the hip. there are many factors that worked against oduol:we in odm smelt the biggest rat the moment the raila hate society and anyone but raila brotherhood begun to troop into oduol corner robbing him of the much needed credibility and to my type effectively making him the vessel for dishonoring the most iconic brand that has been painstakingly built. the level of hypocrisy being demonstrated over this siaya choice baffles me.i asked an aide to do an audit of relatives who are seeking elective pots in kenya this season and the results were eye popping. yet it is raila odinga and the odinga family that is being targeted for obvious reasons. it is hypocritical to denounce what you have been made to believe is theft of votes in siaya while keeping mum at the direct nominations and boardroom deals in other party. james orengo from siaya has not been subjected to any election and by the way how did he make it to bunge in 2007 and with the benefit of hindsight, was that worth vindication? moral equivalency aside, the oduol happenstance for that is what i can imagine of his surprise and suspicious presence in odm, is worth interrogating far beyond the prism that the avowed anti-raila crowd are wont to. as raiswakesho may want to indulge, agwambo has nothing to lose with the outcome or consequences whether he defect or used as poster boy of anti raila movement in luoland form simple reasons that kenyans have made up their mind on raila. the other reason is that oduol is attracting support from the usual crowd who have either never supported raila or are opprtunist. the good news though is that oduol and those voters in siaya who feel disenfranchised but believe they have what it takes to undermine the authority of agwambo and odm, should proceed to tna, sdp or any anti-raila party and "rescue the luos from odingaism" for the record may i state that the results of the siaya county polls for governor seat as given by the duly appointed returning officer are factual unless anyone, anyone at all in jukwaa or lurking could provide incontrovertible evidence to the contrary.spare me the gibberish of why the results were announce in bondo and not siaya and nada nada. nyagem Nereah, I echo word by word the sentiments you have expressed here.

So, an opposition party mole is allowed to acquire membership in a party with its own "owners", declare interest in a seat, be vetted and pass the requirements for participation in nomination contest, and only outed as a mole once he has comprehensively won the contest!!!
Methinks if Oburu had not abandoned (or was he forced to se the light?) his senatorial ambitions, someone else would be the alleged mole right now, while Oduol would be smiling all the way to the Governors House (or wherever), holding his duly won nomination certificate issued by ODM!!

Didn't Mudavadi do the same? pretending and denying when confronted of his dealing with then Uhuru/PNU? until he shown proof? by ODM that they were aware of his dubious deals? ODM is a democratic party, it was not going to throw ODOUL out of the party, the party was aware that ODOUL was a spoiler sponsored by UHURU"TNT" TO DISRUPT the Siaya vote as a long time strategy.. SAME METHOD UHURU"TNT" had planned with MUDAVADI until the SIRI was caught red handed..it is a waste of time on their part.. they will not be able to destabilize "CORD" With their bought and paid for Aspirants as rumour has it.. na mambo bado

ODOUL WAS BRANDED A MOLE VERY EARLIER ON A FEW MONTHS AGO.... AS RUMOUR HAS IT...ODOUL CAN'T HIDE FACTS FOR LONG.. SIRI'S ITA TOKA.. You are right. He was branded. And why? because he refused to step down for the "prince"? Yet even you, and all the other acolytes know that it is a baseless rumuor started by none other than the people who demanded that he steps down and accomodates Oburus wishes or else be shown that ODM, Siaya and Luoland has its owners. Eyes are open, and they are watching keenly. The truth is that Oburu did not deserve and was not going to be Senator over Orengo (his initial ambition). He should not take out his disappointment in that regard against Oduol, and especialy not in this manner. It is an extremely poor show. calling an oponent names just because hes refused to bow out for you is very juvenile, and sometimes does even work poiut against you, especially if the people you are dealing with can see through you. Oduol should not give in, No matter what. Electroal theft should not be allowed to fester and thrive, no matter who the prepetrator is.

The incumbents including the future PORK'S brother, maternal cousin and legal brains, branded and publicly denounced Oduol as a TNA mole and Uhurite project. Yet Oduol went on to beat, trounce is the word on the ground, the loyal party and family establishment candidate! HMMM! That is an earthquake, and it shows nothing can be taken for granted. Poor Orengo, must he now align with the people, whose choice is now betrayed, or must he maintain loyalty to the party and the boss? I will watch the care with which his tongue shall dance. Like when he tackled the so called Ruto-Clause in the statutes of ODM, when Mudavadi too suddenly noticed it!

From what I have read, Monica Amollo, the returning officer for the Siaya duel between Oduol and Oburu failed the Kivuitu's how to steal elections basics. Her performance was opaquectacular if there is such a word.
Nereah and Grundiq have explained that there were no problems in Siaya and those seeing any problems are haters trying to tarnish the good name of baba. Nereah argues that the Odinga brand, which has matured in the Bondo xxxx cellars should not be mentioned in any bad light. They correctly point out that there have been problems in other parties and contests- and then lose it-so we should sleep easy since everyone is doing it.
Ofcourse Grundiq dives into the deep end with the usual eye aching tirade about Oduol being a mole nad nada.
There are many other contests involving relatives - including the Siaya Governor seat. This contest in particular captured the attention of the nation because it involves the brother of the PM(we have only one) who also is an assistant minister. The hype generated by the Orengo/Oburu deal also pushed this contest a notch higher - there is nothing strange with this @ Nereah
Grundiq has accused Oduol of being a TNT mole because the guy was seen with the fake OO somewhere - this is desperate - but knowing you grundiq, I am not surprised. I guess this justifies rigging out Oduol- eeh? It is obvious that the voters did not buy this line of rubbish and did the right thing. To sit behind your keyboard and spew such nonsense is childish- makes me wonder whether you think before you post those eye aching, gibberish, colored, CAPITAL, BOLD good for sewer nonsense you keep on dowloading into this blog.
The arrogance exhibited by Nereah et al is what voters are voting against. RAO can be the president all he wants, we are just wary of people swinging branded surnnames.

If we were to go by rumours on the ground there are numerous claims that ODUOL is being sponsored by Uhuru"TNA" a in house spoiler in "CORD" and he was actually seen with them on several occasions, what say ODUOL to this allegations!if ODOUL thinks he has been rigged and has the majority of support in Siaya, he can leave "CORD" and seek GOVERNORSHIP under JUBILEE or any other coalition as many other aspirants have done.
We await for your Evidence if you can kindly Post it here on Jukwaa.
... James Orengo (Ugenya), Jakoyo Midiwo (Gem), Edwin Yinda (Alego-Usonga), Oburu Oginga (Bondo) and Nicholas Gumbo (Rarieda) have branded Oduol as a project put up to fight ODM. www.the-star.co.ke/news/article-101509/aspirant-oduol-denies-he-tna-moleWHERE THERE IS SMOKE THERE IS "FIRE" as the saying goes..
What you're saying is rumor has been circulating quite some time but, as you aptly note, where there is smoke, there is fire. Meanwhile, here is what I blogged earlier about this: You people are hyperventilating over nothing; there is no evidence of rigging and even if there is, there are procedures in place to check and correct that both within Cord and outside. Before anyone payukas and starts saying this is what HMK said in connection with the last stolen presidential elections, be reminded we did not have a reformed judiciary as we do now. Not a perfect one--it's striving in that direction, but one we are proud to finally have as a country and I am happy to note the rule of law and respect for democracy is alive and well in Cord and, indeed, will be the case in Kenya upon Raila's swearing in as our next president.

Senti 5 patriotis101d-u-m-b I will say it again, if ODUOL is like Mudavadi paid for lock stock and barrel by Uhuru"TNT/ in the case of Mudavadi ( his statehouse handles) as rumour has iit then he must be busted and stopped! voters must be told the truth, not not have an impostor/mole in sheep's clothing in their mist pretending to case for the Constituency while his masters are in central province.. Saiya Province will not accept to be governed from central province!! ivyu tu

Meanwhile, here is what I blogged earlier about this:
You people are hyperventilating over nothing; there is no evidence of rigging and even if there is, there are procedures in place to check and correct that both within Cord and outside.
Notice the same individuals are on all central shenanigans, happening in CENTRAL PRIVINCE PRIMARIES!!!like what happened to Martha karua's party primary voting results or Peter Kenneth's, or the Bus party? nothing being reported on all the above party primaries? are people to conclude their aspirants received direct nominations? or joined hands with JUBILEE to field candidates??? wapi news

William Oduol criticised remarks by the Gem MP, terming them “unfortunate, reckless, presumptuous, dictatorial and insensitive” to the opinion and views of the majority and reiterated that he was in the party to stay and will stage a fierce fight from within. I join all GENUINE Kenyan patriots, democrats and progressives in denouncing the brutal armed robbery against the the true victor in the Siaya County gubernatorial contest, William Oduol.
It is ironic that Dr. Oburu Oginga, who shared the anguish with millions of Kenyans witnessing his younger brother being conned of his Presidential win a mere five years now crassly colludes to perpetrate what must be the BIGGEST electoral fraud in the history of Siaya County.
Dr. Oburu and your supporters I say:
SHAME ON YOU!
History will NEVER FORGIVE you for this blatant undemocratic crime!
Having gotten that off my chest, let me say this:
I am by nature, an optimist. All is not lost.
True people's victories are reaped after protracted, multi-pronged struggles involving many democratic forces.
As one Asian poet-revolutionary poet put it eons ago, adversity only steels and tempers those with a resolve to achieve their objectives.
Let us smile, roll our sleeves and soberly explore several realistic alternatives before us.
I can think of at least THREE OPTIONS available to William Oduol.
But I am keeping my mouth firmly shut for some fairly obvious reasons.
Onyango Oloo Secretary for Ideology, Social Democratic Party of Kenya OO,Are you trying to be opportunistic in this tragedy? I have always nursed the dream that SDP will one day be an alternative party to be reckoned with sooner rather than later. But if SDP wants to get into the limelight by reaping where they never sowed, then I have a massive problem with the party and more so your person given that we both know each other very well by now! OO, Truly speaking, what was your intention of starting this thread?
