Bob are you there? Has Agwambo won? That he can be voted for has never been in doubt but has he been elected? Hiyo tu.... Oh my God!! Einstien I don't think I stammered. Raila has not won so he has proven once again that he remains unelectable to 50% + 1 of Kenyans....

According to the NY Times, Raila will not concede. Seems like too many unanswered questions about the tallying process. Honestly, some numbers don't make sense like some of the calculations. Anyway, let Mutunga find the truth, if he can. “Raila has no intention of conceding and will be challenging this in court,” said Salim Lone, the adviser to Mr. Odinga. “The level of the failures in the system makes it very difficult to believe it was a credible result, and if Uhuru is declared president, Raila will go to court.” Read more here. What now? Annan time? Mank, actually this should be Mutunga time. As I said before, expect a lot of litigation in the days, weeks, & months to come. Annan can pursue other hot spots for now.....

an excerpt from the article shared by OO: .....Secondly, as Ghana’s NPP claims in their petition, the ruling party used Super Lock Technologies Ltd to hack into the system and pre-determine a mathematical formula that adjusts figures as they come for both candidates while keeping any other candidates at a predetermined formula to ensure they do not harm the intended outcome. (This possibly explains why Uhuru’s margins with Raila never changed even with random results coming from all over the country)....... This is true. It is the only reason I am enjoying my 18 years Glenfiddich while scanning the results. I am a law abiding citizen. Meanwhile have you seen this analysis? The results were, apparently programmed to move in exactly the same pattern... hehehe. The system was also rigged to reject results from certain areas. A full IT audit is in order.
