b6K, A fertile imagination is a good thing to have, especially during these times, don't you think? I hope the following article can shed a bit more light on the real motives behind Kenya's "anti-terrorism" operations. American empire and 'excluded states': the millennium challenge account and the shift to pre-emptive developmentSusanne, Soederberg (2004) Third World Quarterly, 25:2, 279-302ABSTRACT In March 2002 President George W Bush announced the creation of what many insiders have heralded as a revolutionary development initiative: the Millennium Challenge Account (MCA). The latter seeks to provide assistance to 79 of the world’s poorest countries — many of which have been often equated with the term ‘failed states’ — so that they may reap the benefits of neoliberal-led globalisation. One of the most novel, and coercive, features of this development compact is the ‘pre-emptive’ method in which it will administer aid. Under the MCA, only countries that govern justly, invest in their people, and open their economies to foreign enterprise and entrepreneurship will qualify for funding. To this end the Bush administration has devised 16 eligibility criteria — ranging from civil liberties to ‘days to start a business’ — that each country must successfully pass before receiving aid. Despite its impact on normalising, and thus legitimating, the tendency towards the privatisation of aid and militarisation of development, there has been very little critical work on the MCA. This paper sets out to fill this gap in the literature by attempting to understand historically the MCA as a moment of American empire. In doing so, I suggest that, while the form of the MCA represents an unabashed articulation of US-led imperialism vis-a-vis the poorest regions in the South, the content of this allegedly novel strategy reflects the same goals and interests that underlie the neoliberal agenda, namely, that the path to increased growth and prosperity lies in countries’ willingness and ability to adopt policies that promote economic freedom and the rule of law. Definitely. In fact, there is proof that Al Qaeda members are just ordinary Americans who for many years have been fed certain, special types of GM food produced by Monsanto.

Friend Wanyee: It's much worse that that. First, all the "Al's in the world are actually linked together, and if you trace through the spider-web of the links, you will find the centre in Langley, Virginia, USA. How does that come about? Second, most of the world's population is currently having nano-chips and nano-sensors* (i.e. on sub-microscopic scale) implanted and used for remote control. In the West, this is being done through seemingly harmless things like flu-vaccinations, which most people will have at some point. In our parts of the world, these things are in the food we get during famines. In the USA, so far total success has been achieved with 47% of the population. When Romney said 47% of the US population is out of reach, do you think he just pulled that figure out of thin air? And in Kenya, how did it come about that, for example, 99% of the people in Nyanza are robotic voters? Do people just turn into robots all of a sudden? And if there is no remote control, how is it they are robotic when needed to be so and seemingly normal otherwise? Take a look at the leading presidential candidates and ask yourself who has travelled the most to the USA in recent years. Then ask yourself why, during those travels, that person has rarely been more than a 2-hr flight from Langley, Virginia. I encourage you to keep digging and exposing. The truth is out there. But just you know: you've only scratched the surface. Ask yourself these questions: Who really controls the world's governments and the UN Security Council? Who controls the world's banks? Who sits on top of the military-industrial complex? Why did the US economy nearly collapse as soon as a black man was elected president? Don't confuse the tools with the persons wielding the tools. Without getting into details that might lead to the end of my life, I'll just wonder ... who are the 13 people--not the same people, always changing but the number is always 13---who live in caves under Zurich, amidst unimaginable wealth and splendor. What do they do there? Etc. Take a look at the book www.amazon.com/History-Thirteen-Penguin-Classics-Honor%C3%A9/dp/0140443010 (just a small hint in 1835) and ask yourself why Balzac died suddenly, at age only 50 and just after his marriage to certain member Polish-Russian royalty. Quote: "They were thirteen kings...judges and executioners too, they had equipped themselves with wings in order to soar over society in its heights and depths, and disdained to occupy any place in it because they had unlimited power." Look beneath the surface when you read it: superficially, it's just three stories, but underneath lie The Thirteen. The truth is out there. Here is what a certain sage once said: when you see something happen, don't immediately get excited about it; first look at what's behind the something. Then look at what's behind what's behind the something. Then look at what's behind what's behind what's behind the something. Then ... Footnote *: See en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nanosensor

Kenya Police Bomb Squad just picked up an abandoned bag left by unknown person/s outside the Office of the Prime Minister, Harambee Avenue Nairobi. Earlier this morning, there was this report: High Terror Possibility levels in Nairobi, Mombasa, Garissa and major towns like Thika over the weekend.
Al-Shabaab planning on launching a coordinated terror attack in Kenya.
Coordinated means an orchestration of events/attacks on various facilities/institutions at the same time.
Targets include internet cafe’s, hotels, churches, public areas, and transport facilities.
- Intelligence sources
There have been reports that a muzungu lady Samantha Lethwaite alias Natalia Webb, travelling on a forged South African passport, is primed by al shabaab as the next suicide bomber in Kenya, this time looking for a high value target. Police Spokesman Eric Kiraithe confirms al-Shabaab has trained and deployed female suicide bombers to carry out planned attacks. Keep safe guys.

Yes, let us be very vigilant indeed! For we not only have “false flag” terrorism, but “double agents” as well: “Amply confirmed by official documents, Al Qaeda was a creation of the US intelligence apparatus. Both the CIA and its British counterpart MI-6 are known to have links to Al Qaeda operatives.”London 7/7 Terror Suspect Linked to British Intelligence? www.globalresearch.ca/london-7-7-terror-suspect-linked-to-british-intelligence/

OPM is directly opposite the AG Chamber which is 20 or less meters from office of the president. Yes, it could be a conspiracy between these three offices to deflect attention. And do you really expect me to answer what was found in the bag? Or you asked that to justify your second idiotic statement?

I am glad that we can at least be objective enough to acknowledge the possibility of this being a "conspiracy between these three offices to deflect attention."Ref:Summary of False Flag Operations and False Flag Terrorism " False flag terrorism occurs when elements within a government stage a secret operation whereby government forces pretend to be a targeted enemy while attacking their own forces or people. The attack is then falsely blamed on the enemy in order to justify going to war against that enemy. Or as Wikipedia defines it..." MORE: www.wanttoknow.info/falseflag

BREAKING! Explosion goes off in Eastleigh sectionin Matatu No. 28 plying Gikomba-Dandora route leaving 5 dead and several injured. The explosion comes only four days days after Muslim Youth Centre, a pro-Jihad/Alshabaab Islamic group based in Majengo, Nairobi, Kenya issued this statement! For Immediate Release: Defend Our Sheikh’s Honour: Humiliation of Sheikh Aboud Rogo’s Family
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Tanga (14/11/2012) – MYC is following media reports that the Kuffar has arrested three family members of our Sheikh Aboud Rogo (May Allah accept him as a martyr). This is yet another attempt by the Kuffar to continue humiliating the family of Sheikh Aboud Rogo following his assassination.
There can be no justification, legal or otherwise for the arrest of three innocent Muslims. Our information suggests the three innocent Muslims have not been charged with any offence but denied access to legal representation. With this in mind, it remains clear that Sheikh Aboud Rogo’s family is now being victimized purely for being Muslims and according to our information for consistently refusing to cooperate with the Kuffar on informing on Muslims.
MYC urges the family of Sheikh Aboud Rogo to remain steadfast and resolute in their commitment to Islam and to see Muslims prevail over the Kuffar in East Africa. We further encourage our Muslim brothers and sisters in Kenya to immediately consider viable ways of shielding the family of Sheikh Aboud Rogo from continuous harassment and humiliation.
As always, MYC will continue to stand by and support the family of our dearly missed Sheikh in their struggle for justice.

There has been mayhem in Eastleigh, and Garissa. MEDIA STATEMENT ON THE SUNDAY KILLINGS IN EASTLEIGH AND REPRISAL XENOPHOBIC ATTACKS ON THE SOMALI COMMUNITY
Nairobi Monday November 19, 2012
To all News Editors For immediate release
The Muslim Human Rights Forum (MHRF) wishes to condemn in the strongest terms possible the senseless killings in the explosion that hit a Matatu in Eastleigh on Sunday and the xenophobic attacks that have been witnessed since that gruesome attack.
The attack on the Matatu by an explosive was a merciless, dastardly and murderous act by criminal elements that can not be justifiable by whatever means and the perpetrators must be legally sought and be made to suffer for the horrific crime against innocent passengers. In the same vein those who have resorted to attacking members of the Somali community for allegedly being involved in the attack on the Matatu must be arrested and be brought to book for equally unacceptable reprisal attacks on a community that cannot, by any stretch of imagination, be held responsible for the crimes of individuals, known or unknown.
The xenophobic attacks must be stopped at all costs lest they escalate to unmanageable mayhem at grave costs to the nation. It is regrettable that the police have been looking on as goons attack people, invading homes and looting property. There are unconfirmed reports of people having been killed, many seriously injured amidst attempts to torch Mosques in the area, acts that could degenerate into inter-religious fighting with dangerous consequences if left to go on. The government has an obligation to ensure that peace and harmony prevail and therefore must act decisively to stop these attacks.
It is also worrying that the media has not adequately focused on the xenophobic attacks as disturbing as they are, with the potential they have of blowing up to full scale warfare that threatens the lives of many.
It is still not yet known who the culprits in Sunday’s killings are but even if those suspected were Somalis, it does not mean that the whole community was involved or supported the dastardly act. The explosion must be seen for what it was, a terrible criminal act by criminals – individuals and NOT a community.
Ultimately, the police have a bigger responsibility of ensuring that peace and security prevails. They should not allow this mayhem to continue hence standing by and watching as the parties fight it out is as reprehensible as participating in the crimes and an act of grave irresponsibility.

The jingoistic coverage of this crisis by the Kenyan media is not helping matters at all

The jingoistic coverage of this crisis by the Kenyan media is not helping matters at all Media and blogs had labelled those demonstrators in Kisumu as ODM supporters. Would I be wrong to label those gangs seen on TV openly attacking Somalis and their business as supporters of TNA? Why is media not calling out both principals, when we know there is only one CiC, on this injustice that is being metted out on Kenyan citizens? Who would be most interested to have their people take over Somali businesses in Eastleigh? Simple as ABC!

Phil,
I find your remarks to be rather reckless and tasteless. Kindly reconsider and do the needful. Mine is just a plain observation.
My honest opinion regarding all these murders and the gross insecurity experienced in Kenya at the moment, are as a result of the acquired culture of corruption which our own 'politial leaders' have demonstated by example!
Sadly, I think the necessay 'repair works' to remedy the same may take decades to be realised, and that is IF anything can be and will be done in the first place!
Is Kenya gone to the dogs yet? I wonder.
